Abstract
【解決手段】入射した放射線の強度に応じて光を出力する第1の構成要素211と、第1の構成要素から出力された光を電気エネルギーに変換して、得られた電気エネルギーに基づく信号を出力する第2の構成要素212と、第1の構成要素と第2の構成要素を保持する支持体214と、第1の構成要素、第2の構成要素、及び支持体を収納する筐体とを有する可搬型放射線画像検出器であって、放射線の入射方向から、支持体214、第2の構成要素212、第1の構成要素211の順に設置する。第1の構成要素211はセシウムアイオダイドあるいはガドリニウムオキシサルファイドを用いて形成する。第2の構成要素212は、光導電性高分子有機化合物にフラーレン若しくはカーボンナノチューブを含有させて形成すると共に、有機半導体を用いて形成する。

Claims (7)
- 入射した放射線の強度に応じて光を出力する第1の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素から出力された光を電気エネルギーに変換して、得られた前記電気エネルギーに基づく信号を出力する第2の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素を保持する支持体と、
前記第1の構成要素、前記第2の構成要素、及び前記支持体を収納する筐体と
を有する可搬型放射線画像検出器であって、
前記放射線の入射方向から、前記支持体、前記第2の構成要素、前記第1の構成要素の順に設置した
ことを特徴とする可搬型放射線画像検出器。 - 前記第1の構成要素の次に、新たな前記第2の構成要素と新たな前記支持体を順に設置した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型放射線画像検出器。 - 前記支持体の前記放射線の入射側に新たな前記第2の構成要素を設置し、前記新たな第2の構成要素の前記放射線の入射側に新たな前記第1の構成要素を設置した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可搬型放射線画像検出器。 - 前記第2の構成要素は、前記第1の構成要素から出力された光を電気エネルギーに変換する光電変換手段と、
前記光電変換手段で得られた前記電気エネルギーに基づく信号を出力する信号出力手段を有し、
前記放射線の入射方向に対して、前記第2の構成要素の前記信号出力手段と新たな前記第2の構成要素の前記信号出力手段が、重なりを生じないように前記第2の構成要素と新たな前記第2の構成要素を設置した
ことを特徴とする請求項2あるいは請求項3に記載の可搬型放射線画像検出器。 - 前記第2の構成要素は、光電変換可能な光導電性高分子有機化合物にフラーレン若しくはカーボンナノチューブを含有させて形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の可搬型放射線画像検出器。 - 前記第2の構成要素は、有機半導体を用いて形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の可搬型放射線画像検出器。 - 前記第1の構成要素は、セシウムアイオダイド(CsI:Tl)あるいはガドリニウムオキシサルファイド(Gd2O2S:Tb)を用いて形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の可搬型放射線画像検出器。
