Abstract

Description
本発明は、上面および底面を有するポリマー光学コア層;コア層の上面上のトップベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層;コア層の底面上のボトムベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層;トップベース層上の、可視光を実質的にコリメートするための光方向変換層;を含み、コア層およびベース層が、約70℃を超えるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する物質を含む、液晶ディスプレイのための多機能光方向変換膜を提供する。
別の例示的な実施態様に従って、複数の光学フィーチャーを有する上面、ポリマー光学コア層、コア層の上面に隣接したトップベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層、コア層の底面に隣接したボトムベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層、ベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層に隣接した少なくとも1つの共押出可能な熱可塑性ポリマー光学表面層、を光学構造体が含み;少なくとも1つの表面層が少なくとも1Hの鉛筆硬度のポリマーを含む。

Claims (10)
- 複数の光学フィーチャーを有する上面を有する少なくとも1つのベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層;
ベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層に隣接した少なくとも1つの共押出可能な表面熱可塑性ポリマー光学層;を含み、
少なくとも1つの共押出し可能な表面が少なくとも1Hの鉛筆硬度を有する、
液晶ディスプレイのための多機能光方向変換膜。 - 複数の光学構造体が可視光を実質的にコリメートするための光方向変換層である、請求項1に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- ベース層が70℃を超えるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、請求項1に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- 少なくとも1つの共押出し表面層がポリカーボネートコポリマーを含み、少なくとも1つのベース層がポリカーボネートを含む、請求項1に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- 上面および底面を有するポリマー光学コア層;
コア層の上面上のトップベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層;
コア層の底面上のボトムベース熱可塑性ポリマー光学層;
トップベース層上の、可視光を実質的にコリメートするための光方向変換層;を含み、
コア層およびベース層が、約70℃を超えるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する物質を含む;
液晶ディスプレイのための多機能光方向変換膜。 - コア層が約115μmの厚み、および約5.0GPaの弾性係数を有する、請求項5に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- ボトムベース層上に、少なくとも1Hの鉛筆硬度を有する少なくとも1つの表面層をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- 少なくとも1つの表面層がポリカーボネートコポリマーを含み、トップおよびボトムベース層が、ポリカーボネート、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、セルローストリアセテート、ポリプロピレン、PENまたはPMMAを含む群から選択され、コア層が二軸配向ポリエステルを含む、請求項5に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- それぞれの層の1以上が曇り剤を含む、請求項8に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
- コア層とトップおよびボトムベース層との間に接着層をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の多機能光方向変換膜。
