Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性エラストマー、オイルとしてプロセスオイル、粘着付与剤として脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂を含むことを特徴とする粘着剤組成物。

Description
(1)数平均分子量、重量平均分子量:ポリスチレンを標準物質とし、JIS K−0124(1994年)に準拠してゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーにより測定した。
(2)軟化点:JIS K−2531(1960)(環球法)に準拠した方法で測定した。
(3)色相:50重量%トルエン溶液として、ASTM D−1544−63Tに従って測定した。
樹脂1の調製方法について説明する。
樹脂5は脂肪族石油樹脂 クイントンR−100、日本ゼオン社製を用いた。
(1)タック:JIS Z−0237に準じ、23℃において傾斜角30度のガラス板上の斜面に長さ10cmの粘着面を上にして貼り付け、直径3/32インチから1インチまでの30種類の大きさの鋼球を斜面の上方10cmの位置より初速度0で転がして粘着テープ上で停止する最大径の球の大きさ(単位:ボールNo〔=×1/32インチ〕)で表示した。
(2)粘着力:JIS Z−0237に準じ、ダンボールに幅25mm×長さ100mmとした粘着テープを貼り付け、23℃において300mm/分の速度で180度の方向に剥離して剥離力(単位:N/25mm)を測定した。
(3)保持力:JIS Z−0237に準じ、ダンボールに25mm×25mmの面積が接するように粘着テープを貼り付け、50℃において1kgの荷重を加えて粘着テープがダンボールより脱落するのに要する時間(単位:分)を測定した。
熱可塑性エラストマーとしてスチレンーイソプレンースチレン型ブロック共重合体(D−1107CP、シェル化学社製 以下SISと略す)を100重量部に対して樹脂1を100重量部、ナフテン系プロセスオイル(シェルフレックス 371N、シェル化学社製)50重量部、酸化防止剤(イルガノックス 1010、チバスペシャルティケミカルズ社製)2重量部を含む粘着剤組成物をホットメルト法で得た。具体的にはSIS、樹脂1、酸化防止剤を160℃、窒素置換した攪拌翼型混練器に投入し、SISのペレット状が消失したら、プロセスオイルを投入し、粘着剤組成物を得た。
(実施例2〜8)
用いる粘着付与剤、配合量を変更した以外は、実施例1と同じ方法で粘着シートを作成し、粘着物性を測定した。その結果を表2に示す。
Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性エラストマー、オイルとしてプロセスオイル、粘着付与剤として脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂を含むことを特徴とする粘着剤組成物。
- 熱可塑性エラストマーが、スチレンーイソプレンースチレン型ブロック共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂が、沸点範囲が20〜110℃のC5留分及びジシクロペンタジエン類からなる混合物を原料とする石油樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 粘着付与剤が、脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂及びヒンダードアミン化合物を含む脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂組成物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂がC5留分20〜70重量%、及びジシクロペンタジエン類80〜30重量%を含む混合物を原料とし、軟化点75〜120℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の粘着剤組成物。
- 熱可塑性エラストマー100重量部に対して、脂肪族−脂環族共重合石油樹脂60〜140重量部、プロセスオイル20〜70重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の粘着剤組成物。
