Abstract
【解決手段】親水性ポリエステルと制菌剤とを含有するビニル系ポリマーを表面に備えてなる布帛であり、JIS−L0217−103法による洗濯を50回行った後において、殺菌活性値が0より大きく、摩擦帯電圧が800V以下であり、かつ再汚染防止性等級が4級以上である布帛。

Description
(1)親水性ポリエステルと制菌剤とを含有するビニル系ポリマーを表面に備えてなる布帛であり、JIS L0217 103法による洗濯を50回行った後において、殺菌活性値が0より大きく、摩擦帯電圧が800V以下であり、再汚染防止性等級が4級以上であることを特徴とする布帛。
(2)前記ビニル系ポリマーが、構成単位として2官能ビニル系モノマーを含むと共に、アクリレート樹脂、メタクリレート樹脂、エポキシアクリレート樹脂及びエポキシメタクリレート樹脂からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種のポリマーであることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の布帛。
(3)前記制菌剤がピリチオン亜鉛であることを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)記載の布帛。
経糸としてポリエステルマルチフィラメント加工糸167dtex48fを、緯糸としてポリエステルマルチフィラメント加工糸334dtex96fを用い、経糸密度128本/2.54cm、緯糸密度58本/2.54cmの綾織物を製織し、通常の方法で精練した。
ビニル系モノマー(ポリエチレングリコール400エポキシジメタクリレート) 60g/L
親水性ポリエステル(高松油脂(株)製「SR6200(商品名)」) 30g/L
ピリチオン亜鉛配合制菌剤(大阪化成(株)製「マルカサイドYP−DP(商品名)」) 20g/L
処方1に代えて下記処方2に示す組成の水溶液を用いる以外は、実施例1と同様にして本発明の布帛を得た。
ビニル系モノマー(ポリプロピレングリコール200エポキシジメタクリレート) 100g/L
親水性ポリエステル(日華化学(株)製「ナイスポールPR−99(商品名)」) 30g/L
ピリチオン亜鉛配合制菌剤(大阪化成(株)製「マルカサイドYP−DP(商品名)」) 20g/L
経糸としてポリエステルマルチフィラメント加工糸334dtex96fを、緯糸としてポリエステル綿混紡糸45番手双糸を用い、経糸密度66本/2.54cm、緯糸密度56本/2.54cmの平織物を製織し、通常の方法で精練、漂白、マーセライズ処理した。
ビニル系モノマー(ポリエチレングリコール1000ジメタクリレート) 100g/L
親水性ポリエステル(日華化学(株)製「ナイスポールPR−99(商品名)」) 30g/L
ピリチオン亜鉛配合制菌剤(大阪化成(株)製「マルカサイドYP−DP(商品名)」) 20g/L
重合開始剤(過硫酸アンモニウム) 10g/L
実施例1で用いた精練後の綾織物を下記処方4に示す組成の水溶液を用いて、浴比を1:30として130℃で30分間吸尽処理し、比較用の布帛を得た。
親水性ポリエステル(大原パラジウム(株)製「パラソルブPET−2(商品名)」) 3%owf
ピリチオン亜鉛配合制菌剤(大阪化成(株)製「マルカサイドYP−DP(商品名)」) 2%owf
実施例3で用いたマーセライズ処理後の平織物を、下記処方5に示す組成の水溶液に含浸した後、マングルにて絞り率80質量%で絞り、130℃で60秒間予備乾燥した。

親水性ポリエステル(高松油脂(株)製「SR6200(商品名)」) 30g/L
親水性ポリエステル用触媒(高松油脂(株)製「SR−CA−1(商品名)」) 10g/L
有機カルボン酸系化合物制菌剤(大和化学工業(株)製「アモルデンMTS(商品名)」) 20g/L
Claims (3)
- 親水性ポリエステルと制菌剤とを含有するビニル系ポリマーを表面に備えてなる布帛であり、JIS L0217 103法による洗濯を50回行った後において、殺菌活性値が0より大きく、摩擦帯電圧が800V以下であり、かつ再汚染防止性等級が4級以上であることを特徴とする布帛。
- 前記ビニル系ポリマーが、構成単位として2官能ビニル系モノマーを含むと共に、アクリレート樹脂、メタクリレート樹脂、エポキシアクリレート樹脂及びエポキシメタクリレート樹脂からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一種のポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の布帛。
- 前記制菌剤がピリチオン亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の布帛。
