Abstract
Description
The present invention belongs to a technique of a method of raising a dike during a flood.
In order to prevent the flooding of rivers, lakes, etc. in the event of flooding, it has been practiced since ancient times to pile up sandbags filled with sand and other fillers in heavy bags such as hemp bags to raise the embankment and prevent breakage. JP-A-2002-69964 and JP-A-2001-81752 propose a method in which a bag filled with a water-absorbing polymer is prepared, and its volume weight is increased by supplying water to use as a sandbag. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-283505 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-30669 propose a method in which a large number of open and closed frames are arranged in the front-rear and left-right directions and filled with sandbags or soil to be used for raising the bank.
Both methods require the presence of soil, making it impossible to obtain the amount of soil needed in an emergency where there is a risk of rupture in an urbanized area.
This invention exists in the proposal of the method in which the embankment of a bank can be raised also in the area where soil cannot be obtained.
The first invention comprises a block provided along the embankment and a block receiving portion, the block is substantially trapezoidal, and the lower wall portion constituting one side of the trapezoid has an edge protruding forward, and the block The receiving part has an inverted U shape, and the bottom side extends outward and protrudes upward at the tip, and the edge of the block can be inserted into the inverted U shape, and there is a risk of the bank breaking In some cases, the embankment is raised by fitting the block into the block receiving portion.
The second invention is composed of a U-shaped groove and a lid provided along the embankment, and one end of the lid is fitted into a small groove parallel to the U-shaped groove. This is a method of raising a dike composed of a U-shaped groove and a lid formed so as to rise at a right angle with a small groove as a base point.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, a tight bag is built in the U-shaped groove in the second aspect of the invention, and compressed air is blown into the tight bag when there is a risk of levee breakage. This is a method of raising a dike composed of a U-shaped groove lid for inflating and raising a pouch and a tight bag.
In the fourth aspect of the present invention, a block having a substantially trapezoidal shape and having an edge protruding outwardly at the open end of the side surface is laminated on the bank, and when the bank breaks down, the layer is stacked. This is a method of raising the levee by raising the levee by sequentially stacking blocks. The block for raising the dike was prepared in advance in the dike so that it could be used as a U-shaped groove.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an embankment can be raised in an emergency in an area where soil is not available by providing a block receiving portion on the embankment in advance and preparing a separate block.
The second invention is normally used as a lid for a U-shaped groove, one end of which is fitted in a small groove parallel to the U-shaped groove, and the lid of the U-shaped groove can be set up vertically in the small groove. Therefore, the embankment can be raised in an emergency even in areas where soil is not available.
