Abstract
【解決手段】発泡プラスチック系断熱材は、プラスチック系発泡体の表裏面のうちの少なくとも片面に積層されたシート状物の表面に、セラミック塗料の塗布により形成されたセラミック断熱層が設けられていることを特徴とする。セラミック断熱層の厚みは、0.1〜1.0mmであることが好ましく、プラスチック系発泡体は、フェノール樹脂発泡体であることが好ましい。

Description
フェノールとホルムアルデヒドを、モル比1:2で反応させて得られたレゾール型フェノール樹脂(旭有機材工業株式会社製、商品名「PF−329」)100重量部に、整泡剤としてひまし油エチレンオキサイド付加物3重量部を混合した。
フェノール樹脂発泡体の片面(発泡体の外側表面)にセラミック断熱層を設けたこと以外は、実施例1と同じ操作を行うことで、フェノール樹脂断熱材を得た。
セラミック塗料の塗布により形成されたセラミック断熱層の厚さが、0.05mmである点を除いて、実施例1と同じ操作を行うことで、フェノール樹脂断熱材を得た。
セラミック断熱層を設けない点を除いては、実施例1と同様の操作を行うことで、フェノール樹脂断熱材を得た。
上記実施例1〜3および比較例1で得られた各種フェノール樹脂断熱材について、熱伝導率測定装置(英弘精機社製、商品名「HC−074 314」)を用いて、それぞれ初期熱伝導率を測定した。
上記実施例1〜3および比較例1で得られた各種フェノール樹脂断熱材を、600mmm角に切断し、得られた試験片を、ギヤオーブンの高さの中央部にセットし、該試験片でオーブン内を上部区画と下部区画に完全に仕切るようにした。そして、オーブンの頂部内面には、1Kwの棒状の遠赤外線ヒーター3基を、遠赤外線が試験片に均一に照射されるように、配置した。試験片とヒーターの距離は約300mm、ヒーター表面は250℃に設定した。なお、オーブン内のフレーム等から熱が伝達しないよう、側内面および下内面は、別の断熱材で被覆した。
上記実施例1〜3で得られた各種フェノール樹脂断熱材の試験片の表面に、セラミック断熱層側からバーナーにて、30秒間、火炎を吹き当て、断熱材が着火するか、どうかを確認した。着火しないことが、難燃性に優れていると言える。一方、比較例1で得られたフェノール樹脂断熱材の試験片の表面に、片側からバーナーにて、同様に火炎を吹き当て、断熱材が着火するか、どうかを確認した。
部屋A:温度調整及び湿度調整が可能な1000mm×1000mm×1000mmの部屋で、室内温度を25℃、相対湿度を50%に設定した。
断熱材の評価用の小屋を作成した。合板の上に間柱を打ち込み、その上から隙間なく断熱材を貼り合わせ、気密テープで合わせ部を固定し、さらに、間柱に合わせて断熱材の上から厚み18mmの通気胴縁で固定し、これを1片とした4面体を形成し、最後に胴縁に外壁材を打ち込んだ。上下は合板に直接断熱材を貼り合わせて固定した。この状態を、2か月間維持し、その後、4面の断熱材表面、及び周辺の結露の発生、およびカビの発生状況を目視観察した。ここで、結露が生じると、カビが発生しやすくなる。

- プラスチック系発泡体の表裏面のうちの少なくとも片面に積層されたシート状物の表面に、セラミック塗料の塗布により形成されたセラミック断熱層が設けられていることを特徴とする、発泡プラスチック系断熱材。
- セラミック断熱層の厚みが、0.1〜1.0mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発泡プラスチック系断熱材。
- プラスチック系発泡体が、フェノール樹脂発泡体であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の発泡プラスチック系断熱材。
