Abstract
【解決手段】外気を遮断し畜糞から発生するメタンとアンモニアを分離しながら畜糞を加熱して蒸煮する蒸煮工程と、この蒸煮工程の後に外気を導入し畜糞から発生するメタンとアンモニアを分離しながら畜糞を加熱して乾燥する乾燥工程とを備えた。

Claims (5)
- 畜糞を原料とした肥料の製造方法であって、外気を遮断し畜糞から発生するメタンとアンモニアを分離しながら畜糞を加熱して蒸煮する蒸煮工程と、この蒸煮工程の後に外気を導入し畜糞から発生するメタンとアンモニアを分離しながら畜糞を加熱して乾燥する乾燥工程とを備えたことを特徴とする肥料の製造方法。
- 前記蒸煮工程において、畜糞の温度を100℃まで上昇させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程において、畜糞の温度を125℃以下に維持することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程において、畜糞の水分を1%以下にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の肥料の製造方法。
- 前記蒸煮工程と前記乾燥工程において分離したメタンを、畜糞を加熱するための燃料として使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の肥料の製造方法。
