Claims (20)
- 以下の変更:
S3T+V4I+S99D+S101R+S103A+V104I+G160S+V205I+L217Dまたは
S3T+V4I+S99D+S101R+S103A+V104I+G160S+A194P+V205I+L217D(BASBPNの位置番号)を有するズブチラーゼ酵素変異体。 - 親ズブチラーゼがズブチリシン309(BLSAVI)である、請求項1に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体。
- 配列ID番号2または配列ID番号4のアミノ酸配列を持つ、請求項1または2に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体。
- 27、36、56、76、87、95、96、97、98、100、102、120、123、159、167、170、206、218、222、224、232、235、236、245、248、252、274(BASBPNの位置番号)という位置のうちの1箇所における少なくとも1つの変更をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体。
- 上記変更の選択が、K27R、*36D、S56P、N76D、S87N、G97N、H120D、N123S、G159D、Y167、R170、Q206E、N218S、M222S、M222A、T224S、A232V、K235L、Q236H、Q245R、N248D、N252K、T274A(BASBPNの位置番号)からなるグループの中からなされる、請求項4に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体をコードするポリヌクレオチドを含む単離されたポリヌクレオチド。
- 配列ID番号1のポリヌクレオチドと配列ID番号3のポリヌクレオチドからなるグループの中から選択された、ズブチラーゼをコードする単離されたポリヌクレオチド。
- 適切な宿主の中でズブチラーゼの発現を命令できる1つ以上の制御配列と機能上関係した、請求項6または7のポリヌクレオチドを含む核酸構造体。
- 請求項8に記載の核酸構造体と、プロモータと、転写・翻訳停止信号とを含む組み換え発現ベクター。
- 請求項8に記載の核酸構造体または請求項9に記載の発現ベクターを含む組み換え宿主細胞。
- 細菌、好ましくはバシラス(Bacillus)、その中でも特に枯草菌またはB. licheniformisである、請求項10に記載の宿主細胞。
- 真菌または酵母、好ましくは糸状菌、その中でも特にアスペルギルス(Aspergillus)である、請求項10に記載の宿主細胞。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体を製造する方法であって、
(a)ズブチラーゼの産生につながる条件下で請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の組み換え宿主細胞を培養し;
(b)ズブチラーゼを回収する操作を含む方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体を含むクリーニング組成物または洗浄組成物、好ましくは洗濯物用組成物または皿洗い用組成物。
- セルラーゼ、リパーゼ、クチナーゼ、オキシドレダクターゼ、別のプロテアーゼ、アミラーゼ、ペクチン酸リアーゼ、マンナナーゼ、またはこれらの混合物をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体をクリーニング組成物または洗浄組成物で利用する方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のズブチラーゼ酵素変異体を用いて卵のシミを除去する方法。
- 請求項14または15に記載のクリーニング組成物または洗浄組成物を用いて卵のシミを除去する方法。
- クリーニングまたは皿洗いの方法、すなわち硬い面または洗濯物を洗浄する方法であって、その硬い面または洗濯物を請求項14または15に記載の組成物と接触させる操作を含む方法。
- 硬い面または洗濯物から卵のシミを除去する方法であって、卵のシミを含むその硬い面、または卵のシミを含むその洗濯物を請求項14または15に記載の組成物と接触させる操作を含む方法。
