Claims (21)
- 高粘度製品の処理方法、特に熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーの単独重合又は共重合などの重合方法であって、
単量体及び/又は触媒及び/又は開始剤が長さ/径の比が0.3−3.5の練り直し混練器(1)に投入される工程、熱が供給される工程、既に反応し終わった製品と練り直される工程、反応し終わった製品が混練器(1)から取出される工程を含み、
混練器(1)内の生成物はその沸点まで加熱され、生成物の一部が気化されて生成物の発熱が気化物の冷却により吸収されることを特徴とする処理方法。 - 気化された生成物の一部が凝縮され、残留する生成物を冷却するためにその凝縮物が混練器(1)内に還流されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の処理方法。
- 上記凝縮物は気化された位置に還流されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の処理方法。
- 前記沸点は、混練器(1)内の圧力を変化させることにより設定されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法。
- 混練器(1)内の前記気化物を減圧により排出させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法。
- 高粘度製品の処理方法、特に熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーの単独重合又は共重合などの重合方法であって、
単量体及び/又は触媒及び/又は開始剤が長さ/径の比が0.3−3.5の練り直し混練器(1)に投入される工程、熱が供給される工程、既に反応し終わった製品と練り直される工程、反応し終わった製品が混練器(1)から取出される工程を含み、
生成物の粘度が所定の値に達するまで前記練り直しが行なわれ、前記粘度は単量体及び/又は触媒及び/又は開始剤を連続的に供給することにより所定の値に維持されることを特徴とする処理方法。 - 機械的な混練エネルギー及び混練熱交換面との接触を介しての熱の投入により、生成物は気化速度の中断点の上部近辺まで気化され且つ既に気化された粘度のある生成物中に新たな低粘度の生成物溶液が混合されることにより気化速度が中断点の上部に止まることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法。
- 前記混練エネルギーは、混練器(1)の回転数及び/又は充填度を変化させることにより調整されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の処理方法。
- 生成物は混練器(1)内において連続的に練り直されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法。
- 生成物は、混練器(1)から連続的に取出されて第二の混練器又は押出機(4)に投入されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の処理方法。
- 混練器(1)から取出された生成物は、押出機(4)に投入される前に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の処理方法。
- 押出機(4)内の生成物はピストン流れとなることを特徴とする請求項10又は請求項11に記載の処理方法。
- 押出機(4)内の生成物は、その表面の更新が迅速であり且つ良好に温度制御されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の処理方法。
- 高粘度製品の処理装置、特に熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーの単独重合又は共重合などの重合装置であって、
単量体及び/又は触媒及び/又は開始剤が投入されて既に形成された反応生成物練り直すために、長さ/径の比が0.3−3.5の練り直し混練器(1)、並びに反応し終わった製品を混練器(1)から取出す搬送装置(3)を備え、
混練器(1)は、3つないし5つ、好ましくは4つの室(1.1〜1.4)に分割され、該室内において練り直しが行なわれることを特徴とする処理装置。 - 高粘度製品の処理装置、特に熱可塑性樹脂及びエラストマーの単独重合又は共重合などの重合装置であって、
単量体及び/又は触媒及び/又は開始剤が投入されて既に形成された反応生成物練り直すために、長さ/径の比が0.3−3.5の練り直し混練器(1)、並びに反応し終わった製品を混練器(1)から取出す搬送装置(3)を備え、
搬送装置(3)の下流に、更に混練器を追加するか又は押出機(4)を備え、搬送装置(3)と押出機(4)の間に、搬送される生成物の細分化装置が挿入されていることを特徴とする高粘度製品の処理装置。 - 前記細分化装置は多孔板(18)であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の処理装置。
- 前記細分化装置の上流に、ギアポンプ(17)が挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項15又は請求項16に記載の処理装置。
- 搬送装置(3)の下流に絞り弁(16)が挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項15ないし請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の処理装置。
- 絞り弁(16)は第一の混練器(1)の充填度計量装置(8)に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の処理装置。
- 絞り弁(16)に脱ガス剤の添加装置が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項18又は請求項19に記載の処理装置。
- 前記脱ガス剤は水蒸気又は窒素ガスであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の処理装置。
