Claims (7)
- レーザー光を溶接する対象物にスキャナミラーを介して向けるプラスチック製品のレーザー溶接方法であって、前記スキャナミラーの動きを制御、調整し、焦点距離が200mmを超えるように増加させることで前記レーザー光の移動速度を増加させ;前記レーザー光の移動速度は10m/秒を超えるように構成されており;かつ、前記レーザー光は所定の溶接軌道に沿って数回移動することを特徴とするレーザー溶接方法。
- 溶接軌道に沿った前記レーザー光の移動回数が最適化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スキャナミラーの動きを制御するのみならずより長い焦点距離を使用するためのプログラムを作成することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー光の最高移動速度が使用するスキャナミラーと焦点距離に依存することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザー光がレンズを通過するように所望の最適な前記焦点距離を得るための適当なレンズを設け、かつ、前記レーザー光の移動速度を調整するため前記焦点距離を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が5,000mm未満の焦点距離を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が1,000mm未満の焦点距離を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
