Claims (9)
- 羽根車を有する遠心圧縮機用の複数のディフューザ翼を備える翼形ディフューザであって、ディフューザ翼前縁とディフューザ翼後縁との間の距離と、任意の2つの連続する羽根の間の距離の比率が1よりも小さく、各羽根に対する前記ディフューザ翼リーン角が0°よりも大きく、前記ハブ食い違い角が各羽根に対する前記シュラウド食い違い角と同一である、ディフューザ。
- 前記リーン角が5°から60°までの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のディフューザ。
- 前記ハブ食い違い角及び前記シュラウド食い違い角が共に13°から30°までの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のディフューザ。
- 極低温空気分離プラントで用いるための遠心圧縮機に使用される、請求項1に記載のディフューザ。
- 羽根車を有する遠心圧縮機用の複数のディフューザ翼を備える翼形ディフューザであって、ディフューザ翼前縁とディフューザ翼後縁との間の距離と、任意の2つの連続する羽根の間の距離の比率が1よりも小さく、各羽根に対する前記ディフューザ翼リーン角が0°よりも大きく、前記ハブ食い違い角が各羽根に対する前記シュラウド食い違い角とは異なる、ディフューザ。
- 前記リーン角が5°から60°までの範囲内である、請求項5に記載のディフューザ。
- 前記ハブ食い違い角及び前記シュラウド食い違い角が共に13°から30°までの範囲内である、請求項5に記載のディフューザ。
- 各羽根が5°から50°までの範囲内の捻れ角を有する、請求項5に記載のディフューザ。
- 極低温空気分離プラントで用いるための遠心圧縮機に使用される、請求項5に記載のディフューザ。
