Abstract
Description

硫黄含有化合物を濃縮してなる重質留分。
使用される固相吸着剤はシリカ、アルミナ、ゼオライト、活性炭、樹脂、クレイ、
金属酸化物と還元金属からなるグループから選ばれる。
に適応できることは注目に値する。
処理されるガソリンの特性に大変似ている特性を有するガソリンを回収することを可能にする。
本発明の第1の実施例(方法I)に従ってガソリンは2つの留分に分別される。

処理されるガソリンの蒸留のための工程a)から得られる重質留分は、水素化脱硫処理に供される。この工程は水素の存在下触媒の上をガソリンの通過させることにより実施される。その触媒は鉄、ルテニウム、オスミニウム、コバルト、ロジウム、イリジウム、ニッケル、パラジウムおよび白金のグループから選択された少なくとも一つの第VIII族の元素、そしてクロム、モリブデンそしてタングステンからなるグループから選択された少なくとも一つの第VIB族の元素からなる。そしてこれらの元素のおのおのは少なくとも部分的に硫化物の形で見られる。
この任意工程は、工程a)、b)とc)の上流で使用され、ガソリン中に存在するジオレフィンを少なくとも部分的に除去し、そして軽い硫黄含有化合物を重量増加させて変質するために行われる。特に固相吸着剤が酸性である時は、ジオレフィンは実際水素化脱硫または吸着の反応器で重合する樹脂状物の前駆体になり、従ってそれの耐用年数を短くする。従ってジオレフィンはこの工程でオレフィンに水素添加される。
Claims (12)
- オレフィンとチオフェン化合物を含む出発原料であるガソリンからの、高いオクタン価を有する脱硫ガソリンの製造方法であって、該製法は以下の工程からなる;
a)出発原料のガソリンを下記の少なくとも2つの留分に蒸留する工程:
− チオフェン、好ましくはメチルチオフェンと5から6個の炭素原子の
オレフィンを主に含む軽質留分。
− 5個の炭素原子のオレフィンを含まず、ベンゾチオフェンのような重い
硫黄含有化合物を濃縮してなる重質留分。
b)固相吸着剤の上に硫黄含有化合物を吸着させる該軽質留分の脱硫の工程。そこで
使用される固相吸着剤はシリカ、アルミナ、ゼオライト、活性炭、樹脂、クレイ、
金属酸化物と還元金属からなるグループから選ばれる。
c)標準的な水素化脱硫条件において少なくとも一つの第VIII族の金属と第VIb族の金属を含む触媒上で該重質留分を水素化脱硫する工程。そこで固相吸着剤の再生は重質留分の水素化脱硫工程の流出物の一部である脱着溶媒によって実施される。そして該水素化脱硫工程の流出物の余分の部分は、高いオクタン価を有する脱硫ガソリンを構成する軽質留分の吸着による脱硫工程の流出物と混合される。 - 軽質留分が25重量%以下の芳香族化合物を含有する請求項1に記載のガソリンの製造方法。
- 処理されるガソリンの分別の工程は、軽質留分と重質留分に加えて、少なくともチオフェンを含み、その最終の沸点が90℃と160℃の間、好ましくは90℃と130℃の間、さらに好ましくは90℃と110℃の間である中間留分を生成する請求項1と2のいずれかに記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 吸着による脱硫工程が、3つの留分に分別されるガソリンの蒸留から得られる中間留分に適用される請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 吸着による脱硫工程で使用される固相吸着剤が、ゼオライトから、好ましくはフォージャサイト−タイプのゼオライトから、また好ましくはセシウムで部分的に交換されたフォージャサイトの中から選ばれる請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 吸着工程が、液相で温度が0℃から200℃の間、好ましくは15℃から100℃の間、圧力が0.1MPaから20MPaの間、好ましくは0.2MPaから10MPaの間である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 脱着工程が50℃以上、好ましくは80℃以上、さらに好ましくは100℃以上の温度で操作される請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 重質留分の水素化脱硫の工程が、0.5重量%から15重量%の間の第VIII族の金属と、1.5重量%から60重量%の間、好ましくは5から50重量%の第VIb族の金属からなる触媒の上で実施される請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 第VIII族の金属が好ましくはコバルトであり、第VIbの金属がモリブデンとタングステンから形成されるグループから選ばれる請求項8に記載のガソリンの製造方法。
- 処理されるガソリンの留分の分別のための工程に先行して、選択的水素添加が、少なくとも一つの第VIII族の金属、好ましくは白金、パラジウムとニッケルから形成されるグループから選ばれた金属からなる触媒の上で行われる請求項1から10のいずれか記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
- 重質留分の水素化脱硫工程の後に、好ましくはニッケル、コバルトおよび鉄から形成されるグループから選ばれた少なくとも一つの第VIII族の金属からなる触媒の上で実施される最終工程が続く請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のガソリンの製造方法。
- 最終工程が240℃から360℃の間で、好ましくは水素化脱硫工程の最初の温度より少なくとも10℃以上で実施される請求項11に記載の脱硫ガソリンの製造方法。
