Description

The present invention relates to a lock device used in a window that can open and close a shoji incorporated in a window frame in the indoor and outdoor directions, and more specifically, can prevent erroneous operation of the lock device when the shoji is open. The present invention relates to an improvement of a window locking device.

As a locking device used for windows that can open and close doors that are built into window frames, such as vertical sliding windows, side sliding windows, single swing windows, or projecting windows, they lock when the shoji is open. Some include an operation error prevention unit that prevents operation (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3).
The erroneous operation preventing means in the locking device of Patent Document 1 is provided with an engaging member on the opening side edge of the shoji, a hook is attached, and a moving member that moves up and down by being operated by the locking operation member is provided on the window frame. A stopper is attached to a cam provided on the window frame corresponding to the joint member so as to be able to swing, and in the open state of the shoji, the moving member is obtained by engaging the plate-like protruding portion of the stopper with the notch formed in the moving member. Is to prevent movement.
Further, the erroneous operation preventing means in the locking device of Patent Document 2 is provided with an engagement frame having an engagement groove on the open end side of the shoji, an engagement plate, and an interlocking plate that moves up and down when operated by an operation member. Is provided on the window frame, and the stopper is swingably supported by the window frame. In the open state of the shoji, the movement of the interlocking plate is prevented by engaging the stopper with the engaging pin of the interlocking plate.
Further, the erroneous operation preventing means in the locking device of Patent Document 3 is provided with a locking roller at the free side edge of the shoji, which guides the hook operated by the operating lever so as to be movable in the vertical direction and swings the trigger. A case to be supported is attached to the window frame, and in the open state of the shoji, the movement of the hook is prevented by stopping the locking protrusion formed on the hook by the end of the trigger.
The conventional window locking device having the above-described erroneous operation preventing means is configured such that the erroneous operation preventing means is activated when the shoji is in the open state, and the erroneous operation preventing means is inactive when the shoji is in the closed state. In the state, erroneous operation of the lock device is prevented, and when the shoji is closed, the lock device can be locked.

特許第3777460号公報(図2−4)Japanese Patent No. 3777460 (FIGS. 2-4) 特開2006−22515号公報(図1−2)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2006-22515 (FIG. 1-2) 特開2001−82021号公報(図2)JP 2001-82021 A (FIG. 2)

The window lock device of Patent Document 1 is characterized in that the pulling distance of the shoji increases due to the configuration in which the shoji is pulled in by the inclined portion while the hook swings, but the cam corresponding to the shoji engaging member, the moving member Since the locking mechanism is configured by a hook that is swingably attached to the hook and forms a pair with the engaging member and the cam, and a cam follower fixed to the hook, the structure is relatively complicated and the number of parts increases. The cost increases and the adjustment work during construction takes time.
Further, in the window locking device of Patent Document 2, an operation of attaching an attachment member that supports the interlocking plate so as to be movable in the vertical direction to the window frame, an operation of attaching a stopper body separate from the attachment plate to the window frame, an interlocking plate It is necessary to adjust the engagement between the engagement pin attached to the stopper and the engagement surface of the stopper, and to adjust the engagement between the engagement groove formed on the engagement frame attached to the shoji and the engagement pin attached to the interlocking plate. Therefore, the construction work takes time.
Furthermore, in the window locking device of Patent Document 3, the upper and lower guide pins provided in the case are slid into the upper and lower guide slots formed in the hook so that the hook can be moved vertically with respect to the case. The guide box has a structure in which the operation lever is supported by the upper guide pin and the trigger is supported by the lower guide pin, so that the structure of the hook and the thick plate are bent and the back plate is caulked. Since the structure of the case is relatively complicated, the manufacturing cost increases.
Furthermore, in any of the configurations of Patent Documents 1 to 3, it is difficult to adjust the degree of engagement when locking the locking device from the indoor side. It is hanging.
As described above, the window lock device provided with the conventional erroneous operation preventing means has room for improvement, particularly from the viewpoint of facilitating construction work and reducing costs.

Therefore, in view of the above-described situation, the present invention intends to solve a window lock device that can facilitate construction work and can reduce costs while being configured to include erroneous operation prevention means. The point is to provide.

In order to solve the above problems, the window locking device according to the present invention is used for a window that can open and close the shoji incorporated in the window frame in the indoor / outdoor direction, and is a lock that locks the shoji on the window frame. An interlocking member that is supported so as to be movable in the vertical and horizontal directions along the vertical frame or horizontal frame of the window frame, and is operated and moved by a lock operation member attached to the indoor side of the window frame; A hook-like hooking piece attached to the interlocking member, and a hooking pin attached to the vertical or horizontal hook of the shoji that is hooked in the closed state of the shoji by the hook-like hooking piece, A trigger receiver attached to the vertical frame or the horizontal frame so that the interlocking member moves in a locking direction of the locking operation member with respect to the hook-shaped hooking piece; The stop part to be stopped by the receiving part of the receiver and A contact portion that contacts the latch pin is formed, and supported by the interlocking member so as to be swingable about a horizontal axis or a vertical axis. When the shoji is in an open state, the contact portion is attached to the receiving portion. When the shoji is closed from the open state, the abutting portion is pressed by the latching pin when the shoji is closed from the open state. Since the swinging motion is about the direction axis, a trigger that prevents the locking portion from being stopped by the receiving portion when the interlocking member moves in accordance with the operation in the locking direction of the locking operation member in the closed state of the shoji It is provided.

Here, a long hole in the indoor / outdoor direction is formed in the interlocking member, and a mounting screw is inserted into the through hole and the long hole formed in the base portion of the hook-shaped hooking piece, and the window frame of the interlocking member is inserted. It is preferable that the hook-shaped hooking piece is attached to the interlocking member by being screwed into a screw hole of a back plate disposed on the side.

Further, by engaging guide bodies attached to the upper and lower or left and right ends of the interlocking member with guide grooves formed in the vertical frame or horizontal frame of the window frame, the interlocking member is moved along the vertical frame or horizontal frame. Therefore, it is preferable to support it so as to be movable in the vertical and horizontal directions.

According to the window locking device according to the present invention, the locking device is used for a window that can open and close the shoji incorporated in the window frame in the indoor and outdoor directions, and locks the shoji to the window frame. An interlocking member that is supported so as to be movable in the vertical and horizontal directions along the vertical frame or horizontal frame of the window frame, and is operated by a lock operation member attached to the indoor side of the window frame, and the interlocking member An attached hook-shaped hook piece, a hook pin attached to the vertical or horizontal arm of the shoji, which is hooked by the hook-shaped hook piece in a closed state of the shoji, and the hook-shaped hook piece On the other hand, a trigger receiver attached to the vertical frame or the horizontal frame so that the interlocking member moves in accordance with an operation in the locking direction of the lock operation member, and a receiving portion of the trigger receiver. The stopper and the latch pin A contact portion is formed, and is supported by the interlocking member so as to be swingable about a left-right axis or a vertical axis. When the shoji is in an open state, the stopper portion is positioned to face the receiving portion. When the shoji is closed from the open state, the abutting portion is pressed by the latching pin and swings around the left / right axis or the up / down axis against the elastic biasing force. In order to move, the shoji is provided with a trigger in which the stop portion is not stopped by the receiving portion when the interlocking member moves in accordance with the operation in the locking direction of the lock operation member in the closed state. In the open state, the locking portion of the trigger is stopped by the receiving portion of the trigger receiver, so that the movement of the interlocking member is prevented and the locking operation member is prevented from moving in the locking direction. When prevented In addition, in the closed state of the shoji, since the trigger swings due to the pressing of the latching pin and the stopper is not stopped by the receiving part of the trigger receiver, the lock operation member can be moved in the locking direction. The locking device can ensure locking.
Then, when the shoji is opened by moving the lock operation member in the unlocking direction in the closed state of the shoji, and then opening the shoji, the trigger swings due to the elastic biasing force, and the stop portion becomes the receiving portion of the trigger receiver. Since it returns to the opposite position, the erroneous operation of the locking device is prevented as described above.

In addition, a trigger that constitutes an erroneous operation prevention means is also attached to the interlocking member to which the hook-shaped hooking piece for locking is attached. Compared to the structure in which the trigger is attached separately from the interlocking member, the trigger is attached. There is no need for members, and there is no need to install a trigger during construction.
Furthermore, by adjusting the position of the trigger receiver attached to the window frame in the front-rear direction, it is possible to easily and reliably adjust the trigger engagement from the indoor side.
Therefore, manufacturing cost and construction work cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and facilitating construction work.

Also, a long hole in the indoor / outdoor direction is formed in the interlocking member, and a mounting screw is inserted into the through hole and the long hole formed in the base portion of the hook-shaped hooking piece, and the interlocking member on the window frame side When the hook-shaped latching piece is attached to the interlocking member by being screwed into the screw hole of the back plate disposed on the interlocking member, the interlocking member is separated from the adjustment work of the trigger engagement condition. The position of the hook-shaped hooking piece can be adjusted by tightening and tightening the mounting screw without changing the position of the hook, so that the degree of engagement between the hook-shaped hooking piece and the hooking pin can be adjusted during construction. Work can be easily and reliably performed from the indoor side.
Therefore, the construction work cost can be further reduced in addition to the above-described effects by facilitating the construction work.

Further, by engaging guide bodies attached to the upper and lower or left and right ends of the interlocking member with guide grooves formed in the vertical frame or horizontal frame of the window frame, the interlocking member is moved along the vertical frame or horizontal frame. Therefore, the guide groove formed in the window frame supports the interlocking member, so that the guide member for guiding the movement of the interlocking member becomes unnecessary and the guide at the time of construction is supported. There is no need to install the member.
Therefore, in addition to the above effects, the manufacturing cost and the construction work cost can be further reduced by reducing the number of parts and facilitating the construction work.

The receiver 10 and the trigger 8 attached to the interlocking member 3 are configured.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lock operating member 2 swings around the support shaft 2A in the left-right direction, and the connecting piece 2B swings along with this swinging, and the locking operation formed on the connecting piece 2B. Since the interlocking pin 14 is inserted through the long hole 2C, the interlocking member 3 moves in the vertical direction in conjunction with the swing.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and 6, the trigger receiver 10 is positioned above the trigger 8, and is mounted vertically with the base portion 10 </ b> A along the left surface of the right vertical frame 22 </ b> S. The retaining pins 11 are attached to the right vertical frame 22S by screws 17 and 17, and the mounting screws 18 and 18 are attached to the upper and lower elongated holes 11B and 11B in a state where the base portion 11A is aligned with the right surface of the right vertical rod 23S. It is attached to the right vertical rod 23S by being inserted and screwed into the right vertical rod 23S.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the upper end portion of the substantially rectangular plate-like interlocking member 3 extending in the vertical direction is fitted into the fitting hole 5 </ b> A of the synthetic resin upper guide body 5, and the mounting screw 15 is inserted into the upper guide. The upper guide body 5 is inserted into the upper end of the interlocking member 3 by being inserted into the through-hole 5B of the body 5 and the through-hole 3B of the interlocking member 3 and screwed to a nut (not shown) on the back side (right side) of the interlocking member 3. Is attached.
Further, the lower end portion of the interlocking member 3 is inserted into the fitting hole 6A of the lower guide body 6 made of synthetic resin, and the engaging portion 14A of the interlocking pin 14 is inserted through the through hole 6B of the lower guide body 6 so that the interlocking member is inserted. The lower guide body 6 is attached to the lower end portion of the interlocking member 3 with the interlocking pin 14 projecting to the left by being fitted into the 3 fitting holes 3D and caulking the shaft end.
Since the upper and lower guide bodies 5 and 6 attached to the interlocking member 3 in this way engage with the guide groove 20 formed in the right vertical frame 22S shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the interlocking member 3 has the guide groove 20. Are supported so as to be movable in the vertical direction along the right vertical frame 22S.

On the upper side of the lower guide body 6 of the interlocking member 3, upper and lower through-holes 7B, 7B formed in the base portion 7A of the hook-shaped latching piece 7 and longitudinal slots 3A, 3A in the front-rear direction of the interlocking member 3 are attached with screws. 16 and 16 are inserted into the upper and lower screw holes 12 </ b> A and 12 </ b> A of the substantially rectangular back plate 12 that are positioned on the right side of the interlocking member 3 and extend in the vertical direction. Is attached.
Further, on the interlocking member 3, a swing restricting piece 8 </ b> D protruding rightward from the upper rear side of the base portion 8 </ b> A is formed on the interlocking member 3 on the upper side of the hook-shaped latching piece 7 and below the upper guide body 5. The stepped shaft 13 is inserted into the coil of the kick spring 9 and inserted into the fan-shaped hole 4 surrounded by the front and rear inner walls 4F and 4B and the upper and lower inner walls. The trigger 8 is attached so as to be able to swing around the left and right axis by being fitted into the fitting hole 8E and the fitting hole 3C of the interlocking member 3, and the kick spring 9 is elastically deformed. Therefore, one end 9A of the kick spring 9 is positioned on the rear surface side of the abutting portion 8C of the trigger 8, and the other end 9B of the kick spring 9 is latched in the latching groove 19 formed on the rear surface of the interlocking member 3. Trigger 8 is from the left around the left / right axis (stepped shaft 13) Is elastically biased clockwise Te, to rest with its swing restriction piece 8D is pressed against the wall 4B after the fan-shaped hole 4.

In this stationary state, the stopper 8B positioned on the front side of the trigger 8 is positioned on the lower side of the trigger receiver 10 so as to face the receiver 10B of the trigger receiver 10.
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, an abutting portion 8 </ b> C that abuts the latch pin 11 when the shoji 23 is closed from the open state is formed below the stopper 8 </ b> B of the trigger 8. When the contact portion 8C is pressed rearward by the latching pin 11, the trigger 8 is seen from the left around the left-right axis (stepped shaft 13) against the elastic biasing force. The stopper 8B also swings forward from the lower side of the receiving portion 10B of the trigger receiver 10 because it swings counterclockwise.

Next, the operation of the window locking device 1 configured as described above will be described.
In the open state of the shoji 23 shown in FIGS. 1A and 5A, the stopper 8B of the trigger 8 is positioned below the trigger receiver 10 so as to face the receiver 10B of the trigger receiver 10. Therefore, in this state, when the lock operation member 2 is pushed down to perform the locking operation, the interlocking member 3 moves slightly upward, but the stopper 8B of the trigger 8 is moved by the receiving portion 10B of the trigger receiver 10. Since it is stopped, further upward movement of the interlocking member 3 is prevented, so that the lock operation member 2 cannot be pushed down and locked.
In such an open state of the shoji 23, the swing restricting piece 8D is abutted against the rear wall 4B of the fan-shaped hole 4, so that the rearward movement of the abutting portion 8B of the trigger 8 is regulated, and the trigger Since the front downward inclined surface is formed at the front portion of the receiving portion 10B on the lower surface of the receiving portion 10, the forward movement of the stop portion 8B of the trigger 8 is also restricted.

When the shoji 23 is moved in the closing direction as shown by the arrow A in the figure from the open state of the shoji 23 shown in FIGS. 1A and 5A, the latch pin 11 as shown in FIG. It will be in the state contact | abutted to the contact part 8C of the trigger 8. FIG.
When the shoji 23 is further moved in the closing direction as indicated by the arrow B in FIG. 1B from this state, the shoji 23 shown in FIGS. 2A and 5B is closed, and the latch pin 11 As a result, the abutting portion 8C of the trigger 8 is pushed backward, the trigger 8 swings, and the stop portion 8B moves forward. In this state, the lock operating member 2 is moved downward as indicated by an arrow C in the figure. The hook-like latching piece 7 moves together with the interlocking member 3 as indicated by an arrow D in conjunction with the locking operation.
Then, in the state shown in FIGS. 2 (b) and 5 (c) in which the lock operation member 2 is pushed down to the lowest position, the hook-shaped latching piece 7 is positioned on the front side of the latching pin 11, and the latching pin 11 is Since it is latched, the shoji 23 is locked to the window frame 22.

In this state, when the locking is completed, the interlocking pin 14 is located at the front end of the substantially rectangular locking hole 2C of the connecting piece 2B shown in FIG. The fixed lower guide body 6 is pressed against the front wall of the guide groove 20 shown in FIG. 3, and this pressing force generates a frictional force between the lower guide body 6 and the front wall of the guide groove 20. The lock operating member 2 does not swing in the unlocking direction (upward) around the support shaft 2A due to its own weight such as the interlocking member 3 and the guide bodies 5 and 6 and the hook-shaped latching piece 7 and the trigger 8, etc. The state in which the shoji 23 is locked to the window frame 22 is maintained by the device 1.
Note that the mechanism for holding the locked state by the lock device 1 is not limited to such a configuration, and a configuration in which the lock operation member 2 is appropriately biased by a spring or the like may be employed.

From the state where the locking shown in FIGS. 2B and 5C is completed, the locking operation member 2 is pushed upward as shown by an arrow E in FIG. In the state shown in a) and FIG. 5B, the shoji 23 can be opened by an operator (not shown). In FIGS. 1A and 5A in which the shoji is open, the elasticity of the kick spring 9 is shown. As described above, the trigger 8 swings due to the urging force, the stopper 8B moves to the lower side of the receiver 10B of the trigger receiver 10, and the stopper 8B returns to a position facing the receiver 10B. Since the lock operation member 2 cannot be locked by being pushed downward, an erroneous operation of the lock device 1 is prevented.

According to the window locking device 1 configured and operated as described above, the trigger 8 constituting the erroneous operation preventing means is also attached to the interlocking member 3 to which the hook-like hooking piece 7 for locking is attached. Compared with the configuration in which the trigger 8 is mounted separately from the member 3, the mounting member for the trigger 8 becomes unnecessary and the mounting work of the trigger 8 at the time of construction becomes unnecessary.
Further, by adjusting the front-rear direction position of the trigger receiver 10 attached to the right vertical frame 22S (window frame 22), the trigger 8 is engaged (the trigger 8 is stopped by the trigger receiver 10 in the open state of the shoji 23). In addition, the adjustment operation in a state where the trigger 8 is not stopped by the trigger receiver 10 in the closed state of the shoji 23 can be easily and reliably performed from the indoor side.
Therefore, manufacturing cost and construction work cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and facilitating construction work.

In addition, elongated holes 3A and 3A in the front-rear direction are formed in the interlocking member 3, and mounting screws 16 and 16 are inserted into the through holes 7B and 7B and the elongated holes 3A and 3A formed in the base portion 7A of the hook-shaped hooking piece 7. The hook-like latching piece 7 is attached to the interlocking member 3 by being inserted and screwed into the screw holes 12A, 12A of the back plate 12 disposed on the right side of the interlocking member 3. As another adjustment work separated from the condition adjustment work, the position of the hook-shaped hooking piece 7 in the indoor / outdoor direction can be adjusted by tightening the mounting screws 16 and 16 without changing the position of the interlocking member 3. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably perform the adjustment work of the degree of engagement between the hook-shaped hooking piece 7 and the hooking pin 11 on the side of the shoji 23 during construction from the indoor side.
Therefore, construction work costs can be further reduced by facilitating construction work.

Further, by engaging the guide bodies 5 and 6 attached to the upper and lower ends of the interlocking member 3 with the guide groove 20 formed in the right vertical frame 22S of the window frame 22, the interlocking member 3 is moved along the right vertical frame 22S. Since the guide groove 20 formed in the window frame 22 supports the interlocking member 3 because it is supported so as to be movable in the vertical direction, the guide guide member is not necessary to move the interlocking member 3 in the vertical direction. This eliminates the need to attach the guide member.
Therefore, the manufacturing cost and the construction work cost can be further reduced by reducing the number of parts and facilitating the construction work.

In the above description, the case where the window 21 is a vertical sliding window has been described. However, the window 21 may be a horizontal sliding window, a single-sided window, a protruding window, or the like, and the window 21 is, for example, a horizontal sliding window. In this case, the interlocking member 3 is supported so as to be movable in the left-right direction along the lower frame of the window frame 22, and the lower frame so that the lock operation member 2 and the connecting piece 2B are swung around the support shaft in the vertical direction. The locking pin 11 is attached to the lower arm, which is the door toe of the shoji 23, and the trigger receiver 10 is locked to the hook-like latching piece 7 attached to the interlocking member 3 in the locking direction of the lock operating member 2. Is attached to the lower frame so that the interlocking member 3 moves in the moving direction (for example, to the right), and the trigger 8 is positioned between the hook-shaped hooking piece 7 and the trigger receiver 10 in the left-right direction. (For example, on the right side of the hook-shaped On the left side of the guard received 10), it may be attached to the interlocking member 3.
