以下に示す粉体を均一に混合したものX質量%に、油剤(ジメチルポリシロキサンKF96A−10cs;信越化学工業株式会社製)をY質量%添加した後、さらにヘンシェルミキサーにて均一に混合して、油剤コーティング光輝性粉体を得た(*2)。
