Abstract
【解決手段】伝熱管内部に熱交換媒体を流通せしめる一方、伝熱管外部に設けられたフィン部において伝熱管外部を流通せしめられる空気との間で熱交換するようにした空冷式熱交換器において、かかる伝熱管を、外面フィン14が一体成形により管外周面に一体的に形成されてなる外面フィン付き管10にて構成すると共に、かかる外面フィン付き管10を、その外面フィン14を含む外表面の表面積(A1 )と熱交換媒体の流通せしめられる管内面の平滑な形態としたときの表面積(A0 )との比(A1/A0)が、10以上、25以下となるように、構成した。

Claims (10)
- 伝熱管内部に熱交換媒体を流通せしめる一方、伝熱管外部に設けられたフィン部において伝熱管外部を流通せしめられる空気との間で熱交換するようにした空冷式熱交換器において、
該伝熱管を、前記フィン部が一体成形により管外周面に一体的に形成されてなる外面フィン付き管にて構成すると共に、該外面フィン付き管を、そのフィン部を含む外表面の表面積(A1 )と熱交換媒体の流通せしめられる管内面の平滑な形態としたときの表面積(A0 )との比(A1/A0)が10以上、25以下となるように、構成したことを特徴とする空冷式熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱管の内部に、伝熱促進手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱促進手段が、前記伝熱管の内面に形成された多数の溝であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱促進手段が、前記伝熱管内に挿入、配置された伝熱促進挿入体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管が、所定の間隔を隔てて配列された互いに平行な複数のストレート管部と、該複数のストレート管部の隣り合う端部同士を交互に連結する、U字状に湾曲せしめられた、外表面が平滑なヘアピン形状管部とから、蛇行形状に、且つ一体形状に形成され、そして該複数のストレート管部の外周面にのみ、前記外面フィンが一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか一つに記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 所定の間隔を隔てて配列された互いに並行な複数のストレート管部と、該複数のストレート管部の隣り合う端部同士を交互に連結して、それら複数のストレート管部を直列に接続するヘッダー管部とを有し、且つそれらストレート管部とヘッダー管部とが、それぞれ、前記外面フィン付き管にて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか一つに記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管が、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金からなる材質にて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一つに記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 前記伝熱管が、銅又は銅合金からなる材質にて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6の何れか一つに記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 前記外面フィン付き管の外面フィンが、転造によって螺旋状に形成されている請求項1乃至請求項8の何れか一つに記載の空冷式熱交換器。
- 矩形角筒形状の対向する一方の開口端に空気入口部が、そして他方の開口端に空気出口部が、それぞれ形成されて、内部に熱交換されるべき空気が流通せしめられるようにした箱体状のシェルを備え、該シェルの内部空間内に、前記伝熱管が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9の何れか一つに記載の空冷式熱交換器。
