Description

The present invention relates to a finishing composition for clothing.

The clothing may lose its color pattern by repeated washing after wearing. Causes of fading can include the effects of fluorescent agents contained in detergents and the effects of ultraviolet rays when sun-dried. Especially, the effect of active chlorine contained in tap water is large, and only for washing. It has been shown that fading also occurs during rinsing. In addition, the standing of clothes caused by rubbing clothes during washing is also a factor that affects the deterioration of the color pattern of clothes. For this reason, it is thought that it is effective for the fading prevention of clothing to employ | adopt the means which can reduce the influence of chlorine, and the means which can provide a flexible effect to clothing.

Moreover, this invention contains the finishing composition for garments of the said invention, and water, (a) The density | concentration of a component is 0.1-500 mg / water 1kg of clothing which immerses clothing. It relates to the processing method.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the finishing composition for garments which expresses a higher fading prevention effect is obtained. In the finishing composition for clothing of the present invention, the amine compound can effectively remove residual chlorine in tap water at the washing rinsing stage, and further imparts high lubricity to the fiber surface with silicone, so Deterioration of fibers due to rubbing can be suppressed. Therefore, it is presumed that discoloration of clothing can be effectively suppressed by combining these effects.

After stirring for 5 minutes as it was, the pH was adjusted to the target pH using hydrochloric acid and 48% aqueous sodium hydroxide as a pH adjuster, and 70 ° C. ion-exchange water in an amount necessary to make the final mass was added. Thereafter, the component (b) was added to the mixture. Thereafter, the mixture was stirred for 10 minutes, the beaker was transferred to a water bath containing 5 ° C. water, and the mixture was cooled to 30 ° C. while stirring to obtain a finishing composition for clothing. The pH was adjusted with a 0.1N hydrochloric acid aqueous solution or a 0.1N sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. In the finishing composition for clothing shown in Table 1, the (a-1) to (a-3) components and the (a′-1) to (a′-3) components are almost all in the acid salt state. Present in the agent composition.

<Evaluation method of anti-fading effect>
A purple T-shirt made in Japan (Le Winner) cut into a 10cm x 10cm square is used as a test cloth, and put into a fully automatic washing machine (National NA-F70E) with 2kg of cotton underwear on the market and 0.7kg of blended Y-shirt. After washing with a commercially available weak alkaline detergent (a Kao commercial weak alkaline detergent (Kao Co., Ltd. Attack)), a total of 10 treatments were performed using each of the garment finish compositions during the second rinse (standard course, Detergent concentration 0.0667% by mass, clothing finish composition amount 10ml, tap water 40L used, water temperature 20 ° C.) Then, the test cloth was naturally dried under conditions of 25 ° C. and 40% RH, and then untreated cloth by a panel In other words, 10 panelists (10 men) were compared with untreated cloths and judged according to the following criteria to obtain an average score.
Not faded at all ... 4
Not faded ... 3
Slightly faded ... 2
Fading ... 1
In the color fade evaluation, if the evaluation after 10 times of cumulative washing is 3.0 points or more, the effect of suppressing the color fade due to washing is very good.

*(a)/(b)質量比:(a)成分、又は、(a’)成分に対する比。 * (A) / (b) Mass ratio: Ratio to component (a) or component (a ′). That is, in the table, in the comparative example, (a) / (b) mass ratio was shown with (a′-1) to (a′-3) as the component (a). Moreover, the mass of (b) component was computed by the mass of the silicone oil in (b-1), (b-2), (b-3).
