Conventionally, it has been proposed to attach a water-absorbing substance to clothes as a disguised garment that exhibits an excellent disguise effect in the far-infrared region as well as visible light and near-infrared light (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, such a camouflaged garment has a problem that the camouflage performance in the far infrared region is good while wet, but the camouflage performance is lost when it is dried. Furthermore, there is a problem that the clothes are heavy while wet and the wearer's activities are restricted.
In Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3, Patent Document 4, and the like, a method for cooling the inside of the garment using the cooling effect of the Peltier element has been proposed, but a method for controlling the temperature of the garment surface is not much proposed. Not.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described background, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a camouflaged garment that exhibits an excellent camouflage effect in the far-infrared region even during drying by controlling the surface temperature of the garment.
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor can freely control the temperature of the outermost surface of the garment by attaching a Peltier element to the garment, and is excellent in the far infrared region even when dry. The present inventors have found that a camouflaged garment exhibiting a camouflage effect can be obtained, and have further intensively studied to complete the present invention.
Thus, according to the present invention, there is provided “fake clothes characterized in that Peltier elements are bonded to clothes.”
In that case, it is preferable that the Peltier device is bonded to the outside air side surface of clothes. Moreover, it is preferable that the Peltier device is bonded on the skin side surface of clothes. Moreover, it is preferable that a plurality of Peltier elements having a surface area of 1 to 20000 mm 2 are bonded together. Moreover, it is preferable that 50% or more of the total surface area is covered with a Peltier element on the outside air side surface or the skin side surface of the clothes. Moreover, it is preferable that an aramid fiber is contained in the said fabric. Moreover, it is preferable that the camouflage print is given.
Moreover, it is preferable that the camouflaged garment of the present invention is any one selected from the group consisting of combat clothes, ponchos, and bulletproof vests.
According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a camouflaged garment that exhibits an excellent camouflage effect in the far-infrared region even during drying by controlling the surface temperature of the garment.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The camouflaged garment of the present invention has a Peltier element attached thereto. The surface temperature of the Peltier element can be freely controlled by energization. By bonding the Peltier element to the clothes, the temperature of the bonded Peltier element surface can be freely controlled, and a disguised garment that exhibits an excellent disguise effect in the far-infrared region even when dried can be obtained.
Here, the Peltier element may be bonded to the outside air side surface of the garment, or the Peltier element may be bonded to the skin side surface of the garment. It may be bonded to both the outside air side surface and the skin side surface of the clothes.
Here, as the Peltier element (Peltier module), a Peltier element having a surface area of 1 to 20000 mm 2 (for example, YKM6A manufactured by Yamaha Corporation) is suitably exemplified. The power source is not particularly limited, but in consideration of portability, a battery-type Peltier element such as a dry battery, a button battery, or a lithium battery is preferable.
The number of Peltier elements to be bonded is preferably plural, and it is preferable to electrically arrange them in series. Further, on the outside air side surface or the skin side surface of the garment, 50% or more (preferably 50 to 80%) of the total outside air surface area or 50% or more (preferably 50 to 80%) of the entire skin side surface is a Peltier element. It is preferable that an excellent camouflaging effect is obtained in the far infrared region. In particular, when a Peltier element is bonded to the skin side surface of the clothes, it is preferably 60% or more for controlling the outside air side surface. If the Peltier element coverage is less than 60%, the infrared rays of the human body are emitted from the gap between adjacent Peltier elements even if the surface temperature of the Peltier element is the same as that of the external environment. End up. The upper limit of the coverage of the Peltier element is not limited, but if it exceeds 80%, the wearer may have difficulty moving.
The method for attaching the Peltier element to the fabric is not particularly limited, but preferred examples include a method of attaching using a normal adhesive and a method of fixing with a thread.
The fibers used in the garments are not particularly limited, and synthetic fibers such as polyethylene terephthalate and polylactic acid such as polylactic acid, meta-type or para-type aramid fibers, carbon fibers, polyolefin fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers, and rayon fibers. Furthermore, natural fibers such as cotton are exemplified. Moreover, the water absorptive fiber disclosed by Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2004-225958 may be contained. Among these, aramid fibers, rayon or cotton subjected to flame retardant processing, and the like are preferably exemplified in terms of flame resistance. In particular, it is more preferable that the aramid fiber is contained in the fabric in an amount of 30% by weight or more (more preferably 40% by weight or more). In particular, in view of flame resistance, it is preferable to use meta-type aramid fibers.
Although the form of the fabric used for the garment is not particularly specified, a woven or knitted fabric or nonwoven fabric which is a known aggregate is used. Two or more of these fabrics may be bonded together to form a multilayer fabric. Especially, a textile fabric is illustrated preferably from a durable point. As the woven structure of the woven fabric, plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, 2/2 surge, or a changed structure thereof is preferably used.
In the camouflaged garment of the present invention, it is printed on a plain or camouflage pattern so that the spectral reflectance in the visible light and / or near-infrared region approximates natural natural plants, soil, snow, etc. A conductive yarn woven and braided with a disguise against radar waves, or a colored resin sheet attached to a fabric may be used. Here, when the Peltier element is bonded to the outside air side surface of the clothes, it is preferable that the surface of the Peltier element is also printed and colored in these camouflage patterns. Furthermore, known dyeing process, raising process, water repellent process, flameproofing process, flame retardant process, known functional process such as negative ion generator, water-absorbing resin as disclosed in JP-A-2004-225958 Even if processing and functional agents are added, there is no problem. Furthermore, a metal foil as disclosed in JP 2004-163019 A may be laminated.
Since the camouflaged garment of the present invention has excellent far-infrared camouflage, it can be suitably used as a camouflaged garment for combat clothes, ponchos, bulletproof vests, personal equipment, and the like. Moreover, there is no problem even if such camouflaged clothes are diverted to camouflaged sheets of military objects.
Next, although the Example and comparative example of this invention are explained in full detail, this invention is not limited by these. In addition, each measurement item in an Example was measured with the following method.
(1) Coverage (%)
The area of the clothes was calculated from the pattern of the clothes themselves. The coverage area of the Peltier element was calculated from the surface area of the Peltier element and the number of the Peltier elements used, and the coverage was calculated by dividing the Peltier element coverage area by the clothing surface and multiplying by 100.
(2) Camouflage The far-infrared camouflage effect was confirmed using the far-infrared imaging device "IR-20" (made by Nippon Avionics Co., Ltd.) which detects the far-infrared wavelength of 8-12 micrometers. The obtained camouflaged material was sewn on the clothes, and the subject wore the clothes under an environment of 15 ° C., and maintained the upright resting state against the background of the trees. The measurement was 50 m away from the subject, and the camouflage performance was confirmed with a far infrared imaging device. Judgment is made with the naked eye, and the contrast between the background and the subject is not recognized at all, and if it cannot be discriminated, it is grade 3, the contrast is weak, and if it is difficult to discriminate, the grade 2 is strong. The case where it can be identified was defined as the first grade.
[Example 1]
First, as a garment fabric, a 2/2 surge was woven with No. 50 twine spun with 38% by weight of meta-type aramid fibers, 4% by weight of para-type aramid fibers and flame-retardant processed rayon. The knitted fabric was subjected to conventional scouring and relaxation.
After cutting the fabric for clothing thus obtained and sewing the combat clothes, the Peltier element (Yamaha Corporation) is such that the coverage area of the Peltier element is 60% of the total surface area of the outside air on the outside air side surface of the combat clothes. YKM6A, 2.5 mm × 2.5 mm, area 6.25 mm 2 ) was electrically arranged in series and attached with an adhesive.
The camouflaged garment thus obtained was energized with a dry battery so as to have the same temperature as the outside environment. As a result, the outermost surface temperature of the clothes was almost the same as the environmental temperature, and the camouflage property was grade 3.
[Example 2]
The Peltier element used in Example 1 is applied to the skin side surface of the combat uniform sewn with the same fabric as in Example 1 in the same manner as in Example 1 so that the covering area is 70% of the skin side front surface area. The paste was energized. As a result, the outermost surface temperature of the clothes was almost the same as the environmental temperature, and the camouflage was second grade.
[Example 3]
In Example 1, a garment was sewn and energized in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the covering area of the Peltier element was changed to 50%. As a result, camouflage was second grade.
[Comparative Example 1]
In Example 1, clothes were sewn and energized in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the coverage area of the Peltier element was set to 0%. As a result, camouflage was first grade.
According to the present invention, a camouflaged garment that exhibits an excellent camouflage effect in the far-infrared region even during drying can be obtained by controlling the surface temperature of the garment, and its industrial value is extremely large.
