Abstract
【解決手段】 比較的高沸点の炭化水素から部分酸化により水素と一酸化炭素とを含む粗合成ガス(4)を生成するガス化設備である重質油POX設備(S)からの煤を有効利用する方法と装置。重質油POX設備の煤含有廃水(3)をナフサ(10)と混合して分離装置(D, D1)に導入し、分離装置から実質的に煤を含まない水画分(13, 20)と実質的に水を含まないナフサ・煤混合物画分(12, 17)とを別々に取り出す。ナフサ・煤混合物画分(12, 17)を別のガス化設備であるナフサPOX設備(N)に原料として供給し、ナフサPOX設備(N)内ではナフサを部分酸化により粗合成ガス(9)に変換する。

Claims (7)
- 比較的高沸点の炭化水素から部分酸化によって水素と一酸化炭素とを含むガス(粗合成ガス)を生成する第1のガス化設備(重質油POX設備)からの煤含有廃水をナフサと混合し、得られたナフサ・煤含有廃水混合物を分離装置(デカンター)に導入して該分離装置から実質的に煤を含まない水画分と実質的に水を含まないナフサ・煤混合物画分とを別々に取り出すことにより前記廃水中に含まれる煤を経済的に有効利用する方法において、前記ナフサ・煤混合物画分を第2のガス化設備(ナフサPOX設備)の反応器に原料として供給し、該反応器内では主にナフサを部分酸化によって粗合成ガスに変換することを特徴とする部分酸化プラントにおける煤の利用方法。
- ナフサPOX設備から生じる煤含有廃水を重質油POX設備から生じる煤含有廃水と一緒にナフサと混合してから前記デカンターに導入することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナフサPOX設備から生じる煤含有廃水をナフサと混合し、このナフサ・煤含有廃水混合物を重質油POX設備から生じる煤含有廃水とは別に独立して第2のデカンターに導入し、第2のデカンターから実質的に煤を含まない水画分と実質的に水を含まないナフサ・煤混合物画分とを別々に取り出し、第2のデカンターから取り出されたナフサ・煤混合物画分をナフサPOX設備の反応器に原料として供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ナフサ・煤混合物画分のうち、ナフサPOX設備の一時的な能力低下のために該ナフサPOX設備の反応器に原料として供給することができない少なくとも一部の量を、該ナフサPOX設備の能力が回復するまで一時的に貯蔵することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 比較的高沸点の炭化水素から部分酸化によって水素と一酸化炭素とを含むガス(粗合成ガス)を生成する第1のガス化設備(重質油POX設備)からの煤含有廃水中の煤を原料として有効利用する装置であって、前記煤含有廃水とナフサとからナフサ・煤含有廃水混合物の分散液を調製可能な混合設備と、該混合設備で調製された分散液を受け入れて実質的に煤を含まない水画分と実質的に水を含まないナフサ・煤混合物画分とを別々に取り出し可能な分離装置(デカンター)とを備えたものにおいて、第2のガス化設備(ナフサPOX設備)を更に備え、該第2のガス化設備は前記デカンターから実質的に水を含まないナフサ・煤混合物画分を原料として受け入れて主にナフサを部分酸化によって粗合成ガスに変換する反応器を有することを特徴とする部分酸化プラントにおける煤の利用装置。
- 前記混合設備が、重質油POX設備から生じる煤含有廃水とナフサとを混合する第1混合装置と、ナフサPOX設備から生じる煤含有廃水とナフサとを混合する第2混合装置とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ナフサ・煤混合物画分のうち、ナフサPOX設備の一時的な能力低下のために該ナフサPOX設備の反応器に原料として受け入れできない少なくとも一部の量を一時的に貯蔵するための貯蔵設備を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
