Claims (6)
- 流体のための少なくとも入口孔(2)および出口孔(3)を有し、かつボディ(1)に固着されたアクチュエータ(10)を用いて、前記出口孔を閉じる閉位置と、それを開いたままにする開位置との間を動くことができる弁体(6)をボディ(1)に収容したバルブであって、前記弁体(6)は、支持体(7)と協力してチャンバーを定めるように前記ボディ(1)に取り付けた前記支持体と漏れないように連動する周縁部(22)を備える、ほぼ平面のダイヤフラム(21)の中央部(20)に取り付けた中央部(17)を備え、前記弁体およびダイヤフラムは、前記チャンバーと前記出口孔との間に恒久的連通を与える通路(26)によって貫通され、前記ダイヤフラムは弾性変形可能であり、かつ前記弁体をその閉位置とするように、大きさが定められていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 中央部(17、20)は、管状リベット(24)によって連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 出口孔(3)は、収束部分(33)を弁座(5)に近くに備え、弁体(6)が、前記収束部分に対して相補形である外面を有する突起(25)を、前記出口孔のそばに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- ダイヤフラム(21)の周縁部(22)は、支持体(7)にそのまま押し付けられ、前記支持体(7)は、前記ダイヤフラムを横方向に位置決めするリム(27)を備え、そして前記ダイヤフラム(21)および弁体(6)は、入口孔における圧力を受けるように設計された接面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 弁体(6)は、その周縁部(16)から突出する中央部(17)を有する剛質の強度メンバーを備え、前記剛質の強度メンバーの中央部は、ダイヤフラム(21)の中央部(20)に取り付けられる凸面を備え、かつ環状密閉素子(19)が、前記弁体(6)のダイヤフラムと反対側の面に固着されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバルブ。
- アクチュエータ部(10)は、支持体(7)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバルブ。
