Abstract
Description
本発明は、コード化されたマイクロ粒子で材料をマーキングする方法に関する。
(i)少なくとも1種の水溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの存在下で、油中水型の逆懸濁重合により重合させ、その際、ドープされたナノ粒子を懸濁剤として使用するか、
(ii)水不溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、モノマー混合物に対して0〜10質量%の少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと乳化重合させ、その際、乳化剤として、ドープされたナノ粒子を使用して分散相を安定化させるか、
(iii)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、エチレン性不飽和二重結合を有する共重合可能な色素と一緒に重合させ、そして場合によりこれらの粒子を凝集させるか、又は
(iv)電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるマイクロ粒子群を平均粒径300nm〜500μmの凝結体に凝集させることにより得られるコード化されたマイクロ粒子を使用する方法を用いて解決される。

(ii)電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるマイクロ粒子群を平均粒径300nm〜500μmの凝結体に凝集させることにより得られるコード化されたマイクロ粒子を材料のマーキングに使用し、
その際、電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるコード化されたマイクロ粒子群を常に組み合わせて用いる使用である。
(i)少なくとも1種の水溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの存在下で、油中水型の逆懸濁重合により重合させ、その際、ドープされたナノ粒子を懸濁剤として使用するか、
(ii)水不溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、このモノマー混合物に対して0〜10質量%の少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと乳化重合させ、その際、乳化剤として、ドープされたナノ粒子を使用して分散相を安定化させるか、
(iii)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、エチレン性不飽和二重結合を有する共重合可能な色素と一緒に重合させ、そして場合によりこれらの粒子を凝集させるか、又は

Claims (15)
- 材料をコード化されたマイクロ粒子でマーキングする方法において、
(i)少なくとも1種の水溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの存在下で、油中水型の逆懸濁重合により重合させ、その際、懸濁剤として、ドープされたナノ粒子を使用するか、
(ii)水不溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、このモノマー混合物に対して0〜10質量%の少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと乳化重合させ、その際、乳化剤として、ドープされたナノ粒子を使用して分散相を安定化させるか、
(iii)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、エチレン性不飽和二重結合を有する共重合可能な色素と一緒に重合させ、そして場合によりこれらの粒子を凝集させるか、又は
(iv)電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるマイクロ粒子群を平均粒径300nm〜500μmの凝結体に凝集させることにより得られるコード化されたマイクロ粒子を使用することを特徴とする方法。 - (i)及び(ii)の重合の際に、少なくとも、色素、周期系の希土類元素の群からの化合物又は放射性物質によりドープされたナノ粒子を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- (i)の重合により得られるポリマー粒子の平均粒径が、0.1〜1000μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- (i)の重合により得られるポリマーの平均粒径が、0.5〜50μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までの何れか1項に記載の方法。
- (i)の重合により得られるポリマーの平均粒径が、1〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までの何れか1項に記載の方法。
- (ii)の重合により得られるポリマーの平均粒径が、10nm〜1000μm、好ましくは10nm〜10μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- (ii)の重合により得られるポリマーの平均粒径が、500nm〜30μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- (ii)の重合により得られるポリマーの平均粒径が、1〜20μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、6又は7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- コード化されたマイクロ粒子として、電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるマイクロ粒子群を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までの何れか1項に記載の方法。
- (i)少なくとも1種の水溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの存在下で、油中水型の逆懸濁重合により重合させ、その際、懸濁剤として、ドープされた粒子を使用するか、
(ii)水不溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、このモノマー混合物に対して0〜10質量%の少なくとも2つの二重結合を分子内に有する少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと乳化重合させ、その際、乳化剤として、ドープされたナノ粒子を使用して分散相を安定化させるか、
(iii)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、エチレン性不飽和二重結合を有する共重合可能な色素と一緒に重合させ、そして場合によりこれらの粒子を凝集させるか、又は
(iv)電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるマイクロ粒子群を平均粒径300nm〜500μmの凝結体に凝集させることにより得られるコード化されたマイクロ粒子を、マーキング用に含有する材料。 - (i)少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを、色素及び/又は、場合により少なくとも1種の色素、周期系の希土類元素の群の元素又は放射性物質によりドープされたナノ粒子の存在下で重合させて、平均粒径300nm〜500μmのマイクロ粒子を得るか、又は
(ii)電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるマイクロ粒子群を平均粒径300nm〜500μmの凝結体に凝集させることにより得られるコード化されたマイクロ粒子を材料のマーキングに使用し、
その際、電磁放射線の吸収、放出及び/又は散乱が異なる少なくとも2種の異なるコード化されたマイクロ粒子群を常に組み合わせて用いる使用。 - 蛍光色素でコード化されたマイクロ粒子を使用することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の使用。
