Description

The present invention relates to a support for a guidance display and an installation method.

Recently, along with the increase in size and cost of thin flat display devices such as liquid crystal display devices and plasma display devices, a guide display device using a thin flat display device instead of a conventional LED display device is used as a guide display for railways. Practical use is being promoted.
As shown in FIG. 9, there are cases where two guide indicators 101 and 102 using a thin flat display device are connected to each other and are suspended. For the guidance indicators 101 and 102, a connector 103 as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is used. Since the general-purpose thin flat display device is configured for indoor use, when the guidance display devices 101 and 102 using the flat display device are installed in a semi-outdoor area such as a station platform, the guidance display devices 101 and 102 are used. Has a configuration in which a general-purpose thin flat display device is housed in a housing for dustproof and drip-proof.
Conventionally, the installation method of such guidance display devices 101 and 102 has been based on the following steps.
First, as shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), the connector 103 is lifted up and connected to a fixture 104 such as a suspension column that is previously fixed to a beam or the like.
Next, as shown in FIGS. 11 (b), 11 (c) and 11 (d), one guide display 101 and the other guide display 102 are lifted up separately, and the back portion is connected to the connector 103.

As described above, a construction method has been adopted in which the connector 103 and the two guide indicators 101 and 102 are lifted up in order and assembled on top.
However, this method has a problem that the work is complicated.
Further, since the guidance indicators 101 and 102 are for hanging installation, there is a problem that they do not have a structure and strength suitable for floor placement and make it difficult to handle on work.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems in the prior art, and provides a guide display support and an installation method capable of improving the workability of the guide display hanging installation using a thin flat display device. The invention according to claim 5 is a guide indicator installation method using the guide indicator support tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
Transporting the guidance indicator supported by the stand connected to the connector and the stand to an installation site;
Lifting up the guide indicator by a lifter for each stand in a state of being supported by the stand, and connecting the connector in a suspended state;
It is an installation method of a guidance indicator provided with the process of detaching the stand from the connector in the order described above.

By using the support for the guide display of the present invention, before the lift of the guide display, by connecting the connecting tool and the guide display based on the stand, the guide display and its hanging tool Assembling can be facilitated, and assembling workability is improved.
In addition, if the guide indicator support tool of the present invention is used, it is not necessary to directly touch the guide indicator after assembly of the guide indicator, connector and stand, and the guide indicator can be handled by handling the stand portion. Therefore, the guidance display can be easily handled without fear of being damaged or deformed, and there is an effect that workability such as movement, inspection, and hanging installation is improved.
In addition, if the support device for the guide indicator of the present invention is used, even if the guide indicator is lifted up and suspended with the stand, the stand is removed by moving downward from the connecting device, which is no longer necessary. The stand can be easily removed, and the workability of the hanging installation is not impaired.

In particular, when two guide indicators are connected back-to-back to the connector, it is difficult to remove the guide indicator in the rear direction. Therefore, a configuration in which the stand is detached from the connector by moving downward is effective. To work. Moreover, the whole suspended object can be comprised thinly.
Similarly, when two guide indicators are connected back-to-back to the connector, it is difficult to insert bolts from behind the guide indicator. A configuration in which an insertion portion of a bolt to be fixed is formed is effective.
Moreover, although it is preferable that a stand has a caster for easy movement, you may move the stand which does not have a caster on a cart.

In addition, according to the installation method of the guide display of the present invention, the support tool of the present invention is used, the connection tool and the stand are connected, and the guide display supported by the stand is transported to the installation site. It has the effect that it can be transported and the assembly level in the factory can be increased.
Further, according to the installation method of the guide indicator of the present invention, the guide indicator is lifted up by the lifter for each stand while being supported by the stand, and the connecting tool is connected to the suspended state. Since the connection work after the lift-up only needs to be performed by connecting the connection tool to the suspension column or the like in the suspended state, the number of steps is reduced and the workability of the suspension installation is improved.
In addition, according to the guide indicator installation method of the present invention, after the connecting tool is connected to the suspended state, the stand is detached from the connecting tool by moving downward, so that the unnecessary stand can be easily removed. There is an effect that can be done.

After the suspension connector 6 is connected to the stand 7 in this way, the angle adjustment connectors 5 a and 5 b are connected to both sides of the suspension connector 6 via the anti-vibration rubber 10.
Next, the back mounting frames 4a and 4b are connected and fixed to the angle adjusting connectors 5a and 5b.
Next, the rear housing parts 3a and 3b are fixed to the rear mounting frames 4a and 4b by aligning the openings formed on the rear surfaces of the rear housing parts 3a and 3b with the peripheral portions of the rear mounting frames 4a and 4b.
Next, necessary devices such as the FPDs 1a and 1b and the power supply device and the communication device are fixed to the rear mounting frames 4a and 4b.
Next, the front casing parts 2a and 2b are connected to the rear casing parts 3a and 3b so as to be covered.
The above assembly is performed in the factory.

Below, the installation method of the guidance display will be described.
First, the guide indicator assembled as described above is transported to the installation site while effectively using the stand 7 (FIG. 6 (a)).
Next, a guide indicator is placed on the lifter 14 for each stand 7 in a state of being supported by the stand 7, and lifted by the lifter 14, and the suspended connecting tool 6 is coupled and fixed to the suspended posts 8 and 8 (see FIG. 6 (b), FIG. 7 (a)).

Next, the bolt 9 is removed, the stand 7 is lowered by the lifter 14, and the stand 7 is moved downward with respect to the suspension coupler 6 to be detached from the suspension coupler 6. Further, the stand 7 is lifted by the lifter 14. Is lowered (FIG. 7 (b)). Thereafter, the stand 7 can be used for assembling, transporting and installing other guidance indicators. For the transportation and storage of the stand 7 alone, the stand 7 may be configured to be easily folded or disassembled.
Next, wiring work is performed, and the side cover 13 is attached to the suspended connector 6.

As described above, the stand 7 supports the guidance display unit away from the floor in the floor-mounted state. This protects the guidance indicator from contact with the floor. In addition, the stand 7 supports the suspended coupler 6 by arranging the vertical direction of the suspended coupler 6 in the same direction as when suspended. Thereby, the suspension work of the suspension coupler 6 is facilitated.
In the case of the angle adjustment couplers 5a and 5b shown in FIG. 4, the guide display surface is arranged vertically. As shown in FIG. 8, by using other angle adjusting connectors 15a and 15b having different connection angles, the guide display surface can be arranged at the depression angle. In this way, the angle adjustment connector can change the angle of the guide display surface by exchanging it with another type having a different connection angle. The angle of the guidance display surface is determined according to the installation location, and an angle adjustment connector according to the angle is selected and assembled at the factory. Since the guide indicator or its support is not provided with the function of adjusting the angle of the guide display surface, the guide indicator and its support can be configured simply and lightly, and the angle can be maintained permanently. In addition, since angle adjustment work is not required at the installation site, workability at the installation site is improved.
