Abstract
【解決手段】密閉容器内に、鏡板に渦巻状のラップが設けられた固定スクロール及び旋回スクロールと、該旋回スクロールを旋回させる主軸を軸支する主軸受を有するフレームと、を有するスクロール圧縮機において、前記旋回スクロールの鏡板背面部にある背圧室と、該背圧室と前記主軸受の周辺部の空間とをシールするシール手段と、前記主軸が挿入される前記旋回スクロールの旋回ボス部の端面に対向するように前記フレームの上面に設けられたシール手段取付け部と、該シール手段取付け部に前記シール手段を配置するシール支持手段とを備え、前記シール支持手段は、前記シール手段を支持する支持部と、前記シール手段を旋回鏡板背面部に接触させるための弾性部とを設けた。

Claims (5)
- 密閉容器内に、鏡板に渦巻状のラップが設けられた固定スクロール及び旋回スクロールと、該旋回スクロールを旋回させる主軸を軸支する主軸受を有するフレームと、を有するスクロール圧縮機において、
前記旋回スクロールの鏡板背面部にある背圧室と、該背圧室と前記主軸受の周辺部の空間とをシールするシール手段と、前記主軸が挿入される前記旋回スクロールの旋回ボス部の端面に対向するように前記フレームの上面に設けられたシール手段取付け部と、該シール手段取付け部に前記シール手段を配置するシール支持手段とを備え、
前記シール支持手段は、前記シール手段を支持する支持部と、前記シール手段を旋回鏡板背面部に接触させるための弾性部とを有するスクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1記載のスクロール圧縮機において、
前記支持部の高さは、前記シール手段の高さより低くしたスクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1または2記載のスクロール圧縮機において、
前記支持部の幅は、前記シール手段の幅より狭くしたスクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか記載のスクロール圧縮機において、
前記シール手段取付け部は、前記シール部材を取付ける溝状の空間であるスクロール圧縮機。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか記載のスクロール圧縮機において、
前記シールリングの合口部は、前記主軸の回転軸方向に沿って接する構造であるスクロール圧縮機。
