Abstract

- 第1の表面(12)及び前記第1の表面(12)と接触状態になるようになった第2の表面(16)と、
前記第1の表面(12)の少なくとも一部分上の第1の保護皮膜(14)と、を含み、
前記第1の保護皮膜(14)が、第1の皮膜層を含み、
前記第1の皮膜層が、第1の成分と第2の成分とを含み、
前記第1の成分が、ホウ素、チタン又はクロムを含み、また前記第2の成分が、窒素又は炭素を含み、
前記第1の保護皮膜(14)の少なくとも一部分が、前記第2の表面(16)が前記第1の表面(12)と接触状態になった時に、該第2の表面(16)と接触状態になる、
物品(10)。 - 前記第1の皮膜層が、窒化チタン、炭化チタン、窒化クロム、炭化クロム、窒化ホウ素又は炭化ホウ素を含む、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第1の皮膜層が、アルミニウム又は炭素を含む第3の成分をさらに含む、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第1の皮膜層が、第1の硬度を有し、
前記第1の保護皮膜(14)が、第2の硬度を有する第2の皮膜層をさらに含み、
前記第2の硬度が、前記第1の硬度よりも小さい、
請求項1記載の物品(10)。 - 前記第1の保護皮膜(14)が、第2の皮膜層をさらに含む、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第2の皮膜層が、チタン又は窒化チタンアルミニウムを含む、請求項5記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第1の保護皮膜(14)が、1ミクロン〜50ミクロンの全体厚さを有する、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 前記第2の表面(16)の少なくとも一部分上に第2の保護皮膜(18)をさらに含み、
前記第2の保護皮膜(18)が、第2の皮膜層を含み、
前記第2の皮膜層が、第3の成分と第4の成分とを含み、
前記第3の成分が、ホウ素、チタン又はクロムを含み、また前記第4の成分が、窒素又は炭素を含む、
請求項1記載の物品(10)。 - 前記第2の皮膜層が、300ビッカース〜1500ビッカースの範囲にある硬度を有する、請求項1記載の物品(10)。
- 物品(10)の第1の表面(12)の磨耗及びかじりを減少させる方法であって、
前記物品(10)の第1の表面(12)に対して皮膜(14)を施工するステップを含み、
前記皮膜(14)が、ホウ素、チタン又はクロムを含む第1の成分と窒素又は炭素を含む第2の成分とを含み、
前記物品(10)が、前記皮膜(14)の少なくとも一部分と接触状態になるようになった第2の表面(16)をさらに含む、
