Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるインダクタは、高透磁率の磁性体コア(1)と、磁性体コアの内部に一体的に埋設されたコイル素子(2)とを有する。磁性体コア(1)は球状構造を有し、コイル素子(2)はコイル導線が球状に積層された球状コイル構造を有する。コイル素子の引出し端部は磁性体コアの外部に延在して接続端子(2a,2b)を構成する。球状構造の磁性体コアの内部に、球状コイル構造のコイル素子が一体的に埋設されているので、漏洩磁束が大幅に減少すると共に磁束乱れが防止される。

Description
さらに、本発明の別の目的は、小型で且つインダクタンス値を大きくできるインダクタを実現することにある。
磁性体コアは、ほぼ球状構造を有し、
前記コイル素子は、ほぼ球状の外形を有するようにコイル導線が巻回された球状コイル構造を有し、コイル導線の2つの引出し端部が磁性体コアの外部まで延在して接続端子を構成することを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- 高透磁率又は高飽和特性の磁性体コアと、磁性体コアの内部に一体的に埋設されたコイル素子とを有するインダクタにおいて、
磁性体コアは、ほぼ球状構造を有し、
前記コイル素子は、ほぼ球状の外形を有するようにコイル導線が巻回された球状コイル構造を有し、コイル導線の2つの引出し端部が磁性体コアの外部まで延在して接続端子を構成することを特徴とするインダクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のインダクタにおいて、前記コイル素子は空心コイルにより構成され、前記磁性体コアは、空心コイルの内側に位置するヨークを構成すると共に空心コイルの外周を覆うコアを構成することを特徴とするインダクタ。
- 高透磁率の磁性体コアと、磁性体コアの内部に一体的に埋設され、断面が板状のコイル導線が複数回巻回されたコイル素子とを有するインダクタにおいて、
前記磁性体コアは、ほぼ球状の構造を有し、
前記コイル素子を構成する板状のコイル導線の2つの引出し端部は、磁性体コアの外部まで延在して接続端子を構成することを特徴とするインダクタ。 - 請求項3に記載のインダクタにおいて、前記コイル導線の2つの引出し端部は、コイルの巻回部を構成するコイル導線に対して直角に折り曲げられて接続端子をそれぞれ構成し、2つの接続端子は、コイル素子の中心軸線と平行な同一面内に位置し、当該2つの平面状の接続端子により回路基板上に面実装されることを特徴とするインダクタ。
- 請求項4に記載のインダクタにおいて、前記コイル導線の2つの引出し端部は、各接続端子が同一平面内に位置する同一の軸線に沿って互いに反対向きに延在するように直角に折り曲げられていることを特徴とするインダクタ。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のインダクタにおいて、当該インダクタは、絶縁性コーティングされた磁性体粉末とコイル素子とを一体的にプレス成型加工することにより製造され、又は電気的絶縁性のバインダ中に高透磁率の磁性体粉末が混合された混合粉末とコイル素子とを一体的にプレス成型加工することにより製造されたことを特徴とするインダクタ。
