Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch narrow woven fabric using urethane yarns as wefts and warps, solving the problems of its cutoff side fraying and perpendicular splitting. <P>SOLUTION: The stretch narrow woven fabric is obtained by arranging thermofusible urethane yarns 13, 23 for the every predetermined counts of wefts and warps followed by weaving and then making a heat treatment. In the woven fabric thus obtained, the mutual surfaces of the longitudinal and transverse thermofusible urethane yarns 13, 23 are fused at their intersections 3, wherein the thermofusible urethane yarns 13, 23 are such that low-melting polyurethane filament core yarns are roughly covered. Owing to the heat treatment following the weaving to effect mutual thermofusing of the longitudinal and transverse low-melting polyurethane filaments at their intersections, weft fraying and perpendicular splitting of the final stretch narrow woven fabric can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT

Description

This invention is a stretch yarn in the width direction by including urethane yarn (a covering yarn in which a yarn such as rayon, cotton, wooly nylon, etc. is wound around a core yarn of polyurethane filament). The present invention relates to a narrow-width woven fabric to which is given.

Narrow-width woven fabric (hereinafter referred to as “rubber woven tape”), which uses urethane yarn as warp yarn and is given stretchability in the longitudinal direction, is widely used as a string attached to clothes, especially underwear and underwear. . This type of rubber woven tape usually uses a non-stretchable yarn such as rayon, cotton, wooly nylon yarn, etc. as a warp, and urethane yarn mixed in the ratio of several percent to tens of percent, and weft as rayon, cotton. It is manufactured by weaving a urethane yarn contained in a warp in a stretched state using a non-stretchable yarn such as a wooly nylon yarn.

The rubber woven tape thus obtained is used to sew on the edge or string of underwear such as shirts, slacks, bras, girdles, etc., and impart elasticity to the edge or string.

Such a rubber woven tape is sometimes cut short. For example, for the purpose of facilitating the removal of the hook at the time of attachment and detachment, a hook for stopping the waist of the skirt may be attached via a cloth piece that is stretchable in the direction of detachment. Conventionally, a short piece of cloth used in such a case has been used by cutting a rubber woven tape short and bending the cut side with a frayed anti-warp yarn.

When such a short rubber woven tape is required, a non-stretchable yarn is used for the warp and a urethane fabric is used for the weft to produce a narrow woven fabric that is stretchable in the width direction. It can also be cut into lengths. In this method, when the length in the expansion / contraction direction is constant, but various widths are required, for example, in the previous example, the length in the expansion / contraction direction of the cloth piece necessary for facilitating the hook release. Although there are various width dimensions of the edge cloth sewn around the waist of the skirt, there are cases where various width dimensions are necessary for the cloth pieces to which the hooks are attached.

In such a case, if a rubber woven tape having elasticity in the warp direction is used, various types of rubber woven tapes having different widths are required. However, in the case of a narrow woven fabric having elasticity in the width direction, it is possible to cope with the difference in the width dimension only by changing the cutting length.

Further, by using urethane yarns for the warp and the weft, it is also possible to weave a narrow woven fabric having an elastic property in an oblique direction. Such a narrow woven fabric can increase the expansion / contraction rate as compared with a rubber woven tape having elasticity only in the warp direction. For example, when the urethane yarn is used only for the warp, the stretch rate is about twice, but when the urethane yarn is used for both the warp and the weft, a stretch rate of 2.5 times is obtained. . For example, a stretchable tape attached to the waistline of a female underwear that is attached and detached through the waistline needs a stretch rate of 2.5 times.

The inventor of the present invention woven a narrow fabric using urethane yarn as a weft and a narrow fabric using urethane yarn as a warp and weft as a narrow fabric used for clothes.

However, a narrow woven fabric using urethane yarn as the weft will loosen the weft from the cut side when it is cut to a predetermined length, so long as it is not too large even if the cut side is bent by the warp yarn. There was a problem of fraying.

In addition, in a narrow woven fabric that stretches diagonally using urethane yarn as the weft and weft, when the fabric is scratched in the width direction with a nail, a phenomenon called warp cracking that creates a gap between the warps is likely to occur. It turned out that there was a problem in practical use.

This invention was made for the purpose of solving the above-mentioned problems of narrow fabrics using urethane yarns for wefts or warp yarns and weft yarns. It is an object to solve the problem of fraying and the problem of fraying of the cut edge and warp cracking of a narrow woven fabric using urethane yarn as warp and weft.

This invention arranges and weaves heat-bonded urethane yarns 13 and 23 for every predetermined number of wefts and warps, and heat-treats the resulting woven fabric to obtain the surface of the warp-welded urethane yarns 13 and 23. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a narrow woven fabric having stretch properties characterized in that the yarns are fused together at the intersection 3 of these yarns.

The heat-sealable urethane yarns 13 and 23 are covering yarns having a polyurethane filament as a core yarn in the same manner as a urethane yarn conventionally used for imparting stretchability to a woven fabric. The yarn is used and the cover ring is rough, and the low melting point polyurethane filament is exposed on the yarn surface.

If such heat-sealable urethane yarns 13 and 23 are arranged in the background, the surfaces of the low-melting point polyurethane filaments are in contact with each other at the intersection 3 and the parts that are in contact by performing heat treatment after weaving. Thus, it is possible to prevent the low melting point polyurethane filaments having the above-mentioned circumstances from being heat-sealed with each other and the wefts on the cutting side to be frayed or warped.

The narrow woven fabric of the present invention is such that all of the warp and weft are heat-bonded urethane yarns 13, 23, all of the weft are heat-bonded urethane yarns 23, and one or a plurality of warps are used. One heat-sealing urethane yarn 13 is arranged for each high-coating urethane yarn 12, and one weft-forming urethane yarn 22 and one heat-sealing urethane yarn 23 are wefted simultaneously as a weft. Various types of yarn can be used, such as one in which warp yarns 13 of heat-sealing urethane yarns are arranged for every several to dozens of non-stretch warps 11 as warps.

If all the warp and weft yarns are heat-bonded urethane yarns, a thin, narrow fabric that extends in both the weft and warp directions can be obtained. The narrow woven fabric according to the invention of claim 2 of this application is characterized in that, in the narrow woven fabric having the above-described configuration, all of the warp and the weft are heat-bonded urethane yarns 13 and 23. is there.

In the narrow woven fabric according to the third aspect of the present application, in the narrow woven fabric having the above-described configuration, all the wefts are the heat-bonded urethane yarns 23, and each of the heat-bonded urethane yarns 13 is used as the warp. One or a plurality of highly-coated urethane yarns 12 are included in this.

Here, the highly coated urethane yarns 12 and 22 are urethane yarns generally used as conventional rubber yarns, that is, a covering yarn such as rayon, cotton or wooly nylon is used as the core yarn of the polyurethane filament, and the core yarn is provided on the surface of the yarn. It is a yarn that is sufficiently wound in the S and Z directions so as not to be exposed and covers the surface of the core yarn.

In the woven structure, the vertical and horizontal heat-bonded urethane yarns 13 and 23 are made to have a large number of intersections 3 that are heat-sealed as plain weaves or rather woven in each one. On the other hand, when it is desired to impart good dyeability and touch to the resulting narrow woven fabric, for example, the non-stretchable yarn 11 and the highly coated urethane yarn 12 included in the warp yarn are entangled every two weft yarns. Or the front side Mitsukoshi and the back side over the twill weave. As for the weft, when weaving with a needle loom with one needle, the high covering urethane yarn 22 and the heat-sealing urethane yarn 23 are used side by side, and both are wefted simultaneously. In this case, one highly coated urethane yarn 22 in the weft direction is inserted for every one of the heat fusion urethane yarns 23.

According to the present invention, when a narrow fabric using urethane yarn as a weft is cut into a desired length and used, fraying of the weft at the cutting edge can be effectively prevented. That is, even if the weft yarn at the cut side portion is about to be detached, the weft-direction heat fusion urethane yarn 23 fused to the warp-direction heat fusion urethane yarn 13 contained in the warp yarn prevents the separation. Prevent fraying of the weft.

In addition, in narrow fabrics that use warp yarns and weft yarns to make warp and warp diagonally, fraying of the weft yarns at the cutting edge is prevented and the fabric is scratched in the width direction as described above. Can be prevented. In other words, the warp direction heat fusion urethane yarn 13 is fused at the intersection 3 with the heat fusion urethane yarn 23 inserted in the weft direction at a fine pitch, so that the separation between the warp yarns is the heat in the weft direction. This is prevented by the fused urethane yarn 23.

Accordingly, the above-mentioned problems of the narrow woven fabric woven using weft yarn or warp yarn using urethane yarn are solved, and the narrow woven fabric having stretchability in the width direction or the narrow width fabric having stretchability in the oblique direction. Can be used as an edge or a string of clothes, and there is an effect that the use of the narrow fabric and the function of the clothes can be improved.

In addition, since the fusion point of polyurethane filaments does not harden even when heat-sealed, a narrow-width woven fabric having a good touch and texture can be obtained, and the non-stretchable yarn 11 and the highly coated urethane yarn 12 are mixed into the warp and woven. Thus, it is possible to adjust the touch, texture, dyeability, and the like of the narrow fabric obtained.

1 and 2 are diagrams schematically showing a first example of a narrow woven fabric having stretchability according to the present invention, wherein 11 is a woolen nylon warp, 13 is a heat-sealed urethane warp, and 22 is a high covering. A weft of urethane yarn, 23 is a weft of heat-bonded urethane yarn.

The warp-bonded urethane yarn 13 in the warp direction is inserted at a ratio of 5 to 15 Woolley nylon yarns 11 which are non-stretchable yarns. On the other hand, as for the weft, the high-coating urethane yarn 22 and the heat-sealing urethane yarn 23 are aligned and simultaneously weft-inserted, and one high-coating urethane yarn is inserted for each heat-sealing urethane yarn. Warp yarns do not contain highly coated urethane yarns, and wefts do not contain non-stretchable yarns.

The heat fusing urethane yarns 13 and 23 are low-temperature fusing urethane yarns to be fused by heat treatment at 130 ° C. to 160 ° C., and are made by roughly covering a 12 denier polyurethane filament with a 210 denier polyurethane filament. Further, the highly coated urethane yarn 22 used for the weft is a yarn obtained by covering two 140 denier urethane filaments in a S and Z directions with a 140 denier urethane filament.

The warp and weft are woven into a narrow woven fabric using a needle loom. The weft 23 of the heat-sealing urethane yarn and the weft 22 of the highly coated urethane yarn are simultaneously wefted by one needle. That is, a pair of heat-sealed urethane yarn and highly-coated urethane yarn forms one weft and is woven with warp. The warp 13 of the heat-sealing urethane yarn is entangled with each weft (a pair) of wefts, and the non-stretchable warp 11 is a woven fabric that is entangled with every two wefts.

After weaving the narrow woven fabric as described above, the resulting woven fabric is uniformly heated to 130 ° C. with a heating kettle, and the thermally fused urethane yarns 13 and 23 are fused at the intersection 3 thereof. A narrow woven fabric is obtained.

The second example shown in FIG. 3 is an example in which all the warp and weft yarns are heat-bonded urethane yarns 13 and 23 and are made of a narrow woven fabric having stretchability in the vertical and horizontal directions, using thin yarns as warp and weft yarns. This is an example of a narrow woven fabric having a large stretchability in the vertical and horizontal directions by rough weaving. As the heat-sealable urethane yarns 13 and 23, yarns obtained by single-covering 12 denier wooly nylon to 40 denier polyurethane filaments are used, and the woven structure is plain weave. In this example, all the entanglement points of the warp and the weft are heat-sealed by heat-treating the woven narrow fabric.

4 and 5 show a third example in which the dyeability and the touch of the narrow woven fabric extending in the vertical and horizontal directions in FIG. 2 are improved. In this example, all the wefts are heat-bonded urethane yarns 23, and one heat-bonded urethane yarn 13 is arranged for every two highly coated urethane yarns 12 as warps. As for the weaving structure, the warp heat-sealed urethane yarn 13 is rather woven, and the warp highly coated urethane yarn 12 is a twill weave.
