Abstract
【解決手段】 LaSrTiCrFeOxまたはLaSrZrCrFeOxで表されるペロブスカイト構造を有する混合伝導体材料は、LaSrTiFeOxまたはLaSrZrFeOxのBサイト元素Feの一部がCrに置換されていることから、それらと同程度の酸素イオン伝導性を維持しながら、大きな体積のものであっても焼成割れが好適に抑制される。そのため、この混合伝導体材料で電解質層12を構成することにより、酸素透過速度が高く且つ工業的使用に適した大きさの酸素分離膜10が得られる。

Claims (4)
- 一般式(Ln1-xAex)(B1-y-zCryMz)O3(但し、Lnはランタノイドのうちの1種または2種以上の組合せ、AeはBa、Sr、Caのうちから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組合せ、BはTiおよびZrから選ばれる1種または2種の組合せ、MはFe,Mn,Co,Cu,Ni,Ce,Mg,Ge,Zn,Sc,V,Y,Nb,Mo,Tc,Ru,Pd,Ag,Cd,Sb,Pb,Bi,Po,Al,In,およびSnのうちから選ばれる1種または2種以上の組合せ(但し、Fe,Mn,Co,Cu,Niのうちの少なくとも一種を必ず含む)、0≦x≦1、0<y<1、0<z≦1)で表されるペロブスカイト構造を有し、且つ酸素イオン伝導性および電子伝導性を有する混合伝導体材料から成る電解質層を備えたことを特徴とする酸素分離膜。
- 前記混合伝導体材料は、0<1−y−z<0.3を満たすものである請求項1の酸素分離膜。
- 前記混合伝導体材料は、0.2≦y≦0.5を満たすものである請求項1または請求項2の酸素分離膜。
- 前記請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の混合伝導体材料から成る第1層と、
その第1層の一面に積層され且つ前記混合伝導体材料よりも還元膨張率が小さい他の混合伝導体材料から成る第2層とを、含むことを特徴とする酸素分離膜。
