Claims (8)
- 管状支持構造物(2)を備えたステントが環状セグメント(3,4,5)から構成され、前記環状セグメント(3,4,5)は、お互い軸方向に沿って連続して存在し、かつ、移行部(8,9)を介して連続で互いに隣接するセグメント支柱(6,7)から形成され、隣接する前記環状セグメント(3,4,5)が、コネクタ支柱(10)によって連結されているステントにおいて、
前記セグメント支柱(6,7)が波形に湾曲しており、各前側移行部(8)は、前記ステントの長手方向軸(L)から見て端側に位置する少なくとも1つの前記環状セグメント(3)上に、軸方向に突出して広がったヘッド端(22,23)を有し、周方向(U)に隣接する前記ヘッド端(22,23)は、前記長手方向軸(L)に沿って互いにオフセットして配置され、前記隣接する環状セグメント(4)に前記コネクタ支柱(10)を介して取り付けられており、各コネクタ支柱(10)は、波形に湾曲した軸部(11)及び前記支持構造物(2)の前記周方向(U)に向いているV字形の補正部(12)も備えていることを特徴とするステント。 - 前記補正部(12)は、平行な端部(13,14)において突き出す2つのアーム(15,16)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記アーム(15,16)の傾斜した線状部(17,18)は、湾曲した線状の経路を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記軸部(11)の幅BAは、前記セグメント支柱(6,7)の幅BSよりも薄くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記ヘッド端(22,23)は、アイレットの構造に設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載のステント。
- 1つおきに配置された前記ヘッド端(22)が連結部(25)を介して移行部(8)に接続され、前記連結部(25)は凹状に丸みを帯びた側部溝(26)を有し、前記側部溝(26)は、前記支持構造物(2)が挿入状態にある場合、隣接する前記ヘッド端(23)の周りと部分的に係合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記補正部(12)は、前記補正部の閉鎖した端部(21)を同一の周方向(U)に向いていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記補正部(12)は、前記隣接する環状セグメント(4,5)の前記移行部(9)に直接取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
