Abstract

Cu−Ni−Fe系における鉄の影響を評価した。3種類の試料、すなわち1)フラッシュ炉マット(Cu−23%、Ni−22.6%、Co−0.664%、Fe−25.2%、S−26.7%)、2)合成マット(Cu−14.9%、Ni−16%、Co−0.435%、Fe−39.2%、S−29.4%)、および3)バルクCu−Ni濃縮物(Cu−12.1%、Ni−9.25%、Co−0.278%、Fe−37.5%、S−32.3%)を試験した。それぞれの場合に良好な銅の分離が達成された。この試験結果を表4に示す。各試料に対して、下記の手順を使用した。

Claims (20)
- 銅に加えて、鉄、ニッケルおよびコバルトからなる群から選択された少なくとも一種の他の金属を含む硫化物含有材料から銅を回収する方法であって、前記材料を、硫黄を実質的に含まないか焼物を形成するのに十分な時間焙焼すること、前記か焼物を、前記か焼物中のCuOをCu2Oに選択的に還元し、還元されたか焼物を形成するのに十分な熱および還元性雰囲気にさらすこと、前記還元されたか焼物を酸化性浸出に付すること、および前記銅を回収することを含んでなる、方法。
- 前記還元性雰囲気の酸素分圧が、CuOをCu2Oに還元するのに十分に低いが、NiOを金属Niに還元する程低くはない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元性雰囲気のpO2が約10−10である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記十分な熱が約750℃〜約1050℃である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硫化物含有材料が、ベッセマーマットである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化性浸出が硫酸中で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記還元性雰囲気が、CO/CO2、H2/H2Oおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択された混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記か焼物が、流動床装置を使用する調整された雰囲気中で還元される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化性浸出から出る浸出液を電解採取に付し、該浸出液から銅を回収し、前記電解採取操作から出る使用済み電解質を循環使用し、還元されたか焼物材料のさらなる供給分を浸出するための硫酸水溶液を構成する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ベッセマーマットを完全焙焼し、硫黄をすべて除去する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記温度が約1000℃である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 銅に加えて、鉄、ニッケルおよびコバルトからなる群から選択された少なくとも一種の他の金属を含むか焼物中のCuOをCu2Oに選択的に還元する方法であって、前記材料を、硫黄を実質的に含まないか焼物を形成するのに十分な時間焙焼すること、前記か焼物を、前記か焼物中のCuOをCu2Oに選択的に還元し、還元されたか焼物を形成するのに十分な熱および還元性雰囲気にさらすことを含んでなる、方法。
