Claims (12)
- 中心線LTを有する工具保持具と、
前記工具保持具に搭載される、中心RCを備えるノーズ範囲を有する切断インサートと、を含み、
前記切断インサートのノーズ範囲の中心RCが前記工具保持具の中心線LTに整列され、
前記工具保持具の前記中心線LTが、作業片の長手軸LWに実質上垂直な軸Pに対してゼロではない角度に整列される、ゼロ中心線工具保持具組み立て体。 - 前記ゼロではない角度が、約25°〜約45°である請求項1に記載の工具保持具組み立て体。
- 前記工具保持具組み立て体が約80〜120mmの工具長さを有する請求項1に記載の工具保持具組み立て体。
- 前記工具保持具の前記中心線LTが前記工具保持具組み立て体の回転軸CT2に実質上整列される請求項1に記載の工具保持具組み立て体。
- 中心線LTを有する工具保持具と、
前記工具保持具の挿入窪みに搭載される、中心RCを備えるノーズ範囲を有する切断インサートと、を含み、
前記切断インサートのノーズ範囲の中心RCが前記工具保持具の中心線LT上にあり、
前記工具保持具の前記中心線LTが、作業片の長手軸LWに実質上垂直な軸Pに対してゼロではない角度に整列される、ゼロ中心線工具保持具組み立て体。 - 前記ゼロではない角度が、約25°〜約45°である請求項5に記載の工具保持具組み立て体。
- 前記工具保持具組み立て体が、約80〜120mmの工具長さを有する請求項5に記載の工具保持具組み立て体。
- 前記工具保持具の前記中心線LTが前記工具保持具組み立て体の回転軸CT2に実質上整列される請求項5に記載の工具保持具組み立て体。
- 切断インサートのノーズ範囲の中心RCを工具保持具の中心線LTに整列させ、
前記工具保持具の中心線LTを、作業片の長手軸LWに実質上垂直な軸Pに対してゼロではない角度に整列させる、ことを含むゼロ中心線工具保持具組み立て体の形成方法。 - 前記ゼロではない角度が約25°〜約45°である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記工具保持具組み立て体が約80〜120mmの工具長さを有する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記工具保持具の前記中心線LTを前記工具保持具組み立て体の回転軸CT2に整列するステップをさらに含む請求項9に記載の方法。
