Description
前記燃料のためのリザーバを製造する工程であって、該リザーバの壁は、その外側面の凹面である凹部を有するリザーバを製造する工程と、
蓋を製造する工程と、
前記蓋を前記凹状の凹部の周縁部に気密的に取り付けてチャンバを形成する工程と、
添加剤を蓋の取付け前又は取付け後に前記チャンバ内に導入する工程と、
前記チャンバを、前記チャンバ内に前記添加剤を導入する前又は後に、前記添加剤を計量するシステムに連結する工程と、を備えている方法に関する。
Claims (10)
- 液体燃料で作動する内燃エンジン用の燃料システムであって、前記液体燃料向けの燃料リザーバと添加剤リザーバとを有する燃料システムにおいて、
前記添加剤リザーバは、前記燃料リザーバの壁の凹状の凹部に形成されたチャンバを有する、
ことを特徴とする燃料システム。 - 前記添加剤は、前記燃料に添加されるように構成されており、前記チャンバは、該チャンバを貫通して設けられた開口部を介して前記燃料リザーバと連通している、
請求項1記載の燃料システム。 - 前記チャンバは、前記開口部を通る前記チャンバから前記リザーバ内への添加剤を計量するシステムを有し、前記計量システムは、ポンプ及び前記開口部を貫通したインジェクタを有する、
請求項2記載の燃料システム。 - 前記燃料リザーバの給油直後に、前記燃料リザーバの開閉を検出できる装置に結合された搭載型コンピュータ又は計算機によって計算された量の前記添加剤が、前記燃料に添加され、
前記コンピュータ/計算機は、給油中に給油された燃料の量を計算でき、その結果、前記添加剤を計量できる、
請求項2又は3に記載の燃料システム。 - 前記燃料がディーゼル油であり、前記エンジンが圧縮着火エンジンであり、
前記添加剤が、炭化水素溶剤中に溶け、前記エンジン内でのディーゼル油の不完全燃焼により生じた炭素質固体粒子の低温燃焼のための触媒の組成物を含む、
請求項2ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム。 - 前記チャンバは、前記燃料リザーバと同一の材料で作られた蓋によって閉鎖されている、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム。 - 前記燃料システムは、前記燃料リザーバに給油する前記管内に出てきて、前記添加剤リザーバを充填する管を有する、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム。 - 前記燃料システムは、前記燃料リザーバに給油する前記管内に出てきて、前記添加剤リザーバを脱ガスする管を有する、
請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システム。 - 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料システムの製造方法であって、
前記燃料のためのリザーバであって、該リザーバの壁が、その外側面の凹面である凹部を有するリザーバを製造する工程と、
蓋を製造する工程と
前記蓋を前記凹状の凹部の周縁部に気密的に取り付けてチャンバを形成する工程と、
添加剤を蓋の取付け前又は取付け後に前記チャンバ内に導入する工程と、
前記チャンバを、前記チャンバ内への前記添加剤の導入前又は後に、前記添加剤を計量するシステムに連結する工程とを有する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記リザーバ及び前記蓋は熱可塑性材料で作られ、
前記リザーバはインフレーション成形法で作られ、
前記蓋は射出成形法で作られる、
