Claims (9)
- ハウジング(10)と、回転モータによって駆動される出力軸(11)と、回転モータを出力軸(11)に連結するアングルドライブ装置(12)とを有し、上記アングルドライブ装置(12)が、回転モータに連結されかつピニオン(16)を支持している駆動スピンドル(15)及び出力軸(11)に装着されたかさ歯車(17)を備え、上記駆動スピンドル(15)が、内側リング(31)と外側リング(26)とを備えた玉軸受(24)、及びかさ歯車(17)に対して上記駆動スピンドル(15)及びピニオン(16)の軸線方向位置を設定する調整手段(32、33)によってハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に支持されている動力工具において、
上記外側リング(26)がハウジング(10)に対して軸方向に固定され、また上記調整手段(32、33)が、
上記駆動スピンドル(15)におけるねじ部(33)と、
上記内側リング(31)と一体に形成され、上記駆動スピンドル(15)における上記ねじ部(33)と共動するように構成された内部ねじ(32)と、
上記駆動スピンドル(15)の所望の軸方向位置が得られる際に、上記駆動スピンドル(15)に対して上記内側リング(31)を回転的にロックするカップリング手段(35)と
を有する
ことを特徴とする動力工具。 - 上記カップリング手段(35)が、上記内側リング(31)における多数の軸方向に向いたカップリング歯(34)と、上記カップリング歯(34)と共動する軸方向に向いた係合歯(39)を備えた環状カップリング要素(35)とを有し、上記環状カップリング要素(35)が上記駆動スピンドル(15)におけるスプライン(37)と共動する半径方向内方に向いた歯(36)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 上記カップリング要素(35)が上記駆動スピンドル(15)における周囲溝(43)に受けられたロックリング(42)で軸方向にロックされることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の動力工具。
- 上記スラスト軸受(35)が角度接触玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力工具。
- 上記ピニオン(15)が上記駆動スピンドル(15)と一部片部材として一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の動力工具。
- ハウジングと、回転モータによって駆動される出力軸(111)と、回転モータを出力軸(111)に連結するアングルドライブ装置(112)とを有し、上記アングルドライブ装置(112)が、回転モータに連結されかつピニオン(116)を支持している駆動スピンドル(115)及び出力軸(111)に装着されたかさ歯車(117)を備え、上記駆動スピンドル(115)が、内側リング(131)と外側リング(126)とを備えたスラスト軸受(124)、及びかさ歯車(117)に対して上記駆動スピンドル(115)及びピニオン(116)の軸線方向位置を設定する調整手段(132、133)によってハウジング(110)に対して軸方向に支持されている動力工具において、
上記内側リング(131)が上記駆動スピンドル(115)に対して軸方向に堅固に固定され、また上記調整手段(132、133)が、
上記ハウジング(110)におけるねじ部(133)と、
上記外側リング(126)と一体に形成され、上記ハウジング(110)における上記ねじ部(133)と共動するように構成された外部ねじ(132)と、
上記駆動スピンドル(115)の所望の軸方向位置が得られる際に、上記ハウジング(110)に対して上記外側リング(126)を回転的にロックするカップリング手段(134、135)と
を有する
ことを特徴とする動力工具。 - 上記スラスト軸受(124)が十分な数の非ケージ型ボールを備えた深溝玉軸受であり、上記内側リング(131a、131b)が二つの半体に分割されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の動力工具。
- 上記カップリング手段(134、135)は、上記外側リング(126)における少なくとも二つの外部軸線方向に向いた溝と、上記溝と共動する少なくとも二つの半径方向歯(136)を備えた環状ロック要素(135)と、上記環状ロック要素(135)が変形により係合するようにされるハウジング(110)における少なくとも二つの軸方向に向いた歯(134)とを有することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の動力工具。
- 上記ピニオン(116)が上記駆動スピンドル(115)と一部片部材として一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の動力工具。
