Abstract
Description
収縮(%)=100(L0−Lf)/L0
80デニール−26フィラメントの二つの「W」横断面糸を290℃の温度で紡糸した。該糸を、45〜47の相対粘度(RV)を有するナイロン6,6と紡糸した。二つの「W」横断面を有するパック当たり3端の構造の紡糸口金を用いて標準ナイロンパック配合物を使用した。ナイロン6,6を3000〜3200ヤード毎分の巻取速度で紡糸し、2.5〜2.7倍の延伸比で延伸した。フィラメントの強力はデニール当たり3.6グラムであり、糸は42%の破断伸びを有した。糸は実質的に図4に示されたものの断面形状を有した。標準スピン仕上剤/第2スピン仕上剤を使用した。糸の顕微鏡写真を図5に示す。
対照断面もまた比較のために測定した。これらの対照糸は双葉(また「蚕」としても知られる)およびドッグボーン(また「ディアボロ」としても知られる)断面のものであり、それぞれを同じナイロン6,6ポリマーから形成した。80デニールおよび28フィラメントの蚕断面フィラメント糸(比較例a)と90デニールおよび26フィラメントのディアボロ断面フィラメント糸(比較例2)とを比較のために使用した。それぞれを織り、本発明糸と同じ方法で製造した。
Claims (27)
- ジグザグ形状の少なくとも7つの隣り合ったセグメントを含む横断面を含む合成ポリマーフィラメントであって、前記断面が呼び幅、呼び長さおよび呼び厚さを有することを特徴とするフィラメント。
- 隣り合ったセグメントが約40度〜約60度の角度を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- ポリヘキサメチレンアジパミド、ポリカプロアミド、ポリエナントアミド、ナイロン10、ポリドデカノラクタム、ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド、ポリヘキサメチレンセバカミドホモポリマー、n−ドデカン二酸とヘキサメチレンジアミンとのポリアミドホモポリマー、およびドデカメチレンジアミンとn−ドデカン二酸とのポリアミドよりなる群から選択されるポリアミド合成ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 呼び幅対呼び厚さの比が約3未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 約0.1〜約4.0のフィラメント当たりデニールを有する請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 約0.25〜0.6のくぼみ対厚さ比を有する請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 少なくとも一部が請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントから形成される糸。
- 前記糸が多数のフィラメントから形成され、かつ、請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントが前記糸中のフィラメントの数の少なくとも約50%を構成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の糸。
- 約15〜約200のデニールを有する請求項7に記載の糸。
- 少なくとも一部が請求項7に記載の糸から形成される布。
- 少なくとも一部が請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントから形成される布。
- 布の一面上に請求項1に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントを含む両面布であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の布。
- 湿潤剤が一面に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の布。
- 前記湿潤剤が親水性ポリアミド、親水性シリコ−ン、および親水性ポリエステルよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の布。
- ジグザグ形状の7つの隣り合ったセグメントを含む横断面を含む合成ポリマーフィラメントであって、各セグメントが近位端と遠心端とを画定し、第1セグメントの遠心端が第2セグメントの近位端に連結され、前記第2セグメントの遠心端が第3セグメントの近位端に連結され、前記第3セグメントの遠心端が第4セグメントの近位端に連結され、前記第4セグメントの遠心端が第5セグメントの近位端に連結され、前記第5セグメントの遠心端が第6セグメントの近位端に連結され、前記第6セグメントの遠心端が第7セグメントの近位端に連結され、および回転中心が前記第4セグメントに沿って画定され、かつ、前記フィラメントの横断面が前記回転中心のまわりに180度回転された時に対称であることを特徴とするフィラメント。
- 隣り合ったセグメントが約40度〜約60度の角度を形成することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- ポリヘキサメチレンアジパミド、ポリカプロアミド、ポリエナントアミド、ナイロン10、ポリドデカノラクタム、ポリテトラメチレンアジパミド、ポリヘキサメチレンセバカミドホモポリマー、n−ドデカン二酸とヘキサメチレンジアミンとのポリアミドホモポリマー、およびドデカメチレンジアミンとn−ドデカン二酸とのポリアミドよりなる群から選択されるポリアミド合成ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 約1.0〜約4.0のフィラメント当たりデニールを有する請求項15に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 約0.25〜約0.6のくぼみ対厚さ比を有する請求項15に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメント。
- 少なくとも一部が請求項15に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントから形成される糸。
- 前記糸が多数のフィラメントから形成され、かつ、請求項14に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントが前記糸中のフィラメントの総数の少なくとも約50%を構成することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の糸。
- 約15〜約200のデニールを有する請求項20に記載の糸。
- 少なくとも一部が請求項20に記載の糸から形成される布。
- 前記布の一面上に請求項14に記載の合成ポリマーフィラメントを含む両面布であることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の布。
- 湿潤剤が一面に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の布。
- 前記湿潤剤が親水性ポリアミド、親水性シリコ−ン、および親水性ポリエステルよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の布。
- 逆W形状の部分とセグメントを共有する直立したW形状の部分を含む二つの「W」形状に配置された多数のセグメントを有する横断面を含むことを特徴とする合成ポリマーフィラメント。
