厚さ12μmの片面コロナ処理を施した二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET)を用いて該コロナ処理面にグラビア印刷法により所定の印刷を行い、該印刷面にポリエステル−イソシアネート系接着剤を塗布し、厚さ40μmの片面コロナ処理した未延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(CPP)のコロナ処理面とをドライラミネーション法(DL)により貼合してPET/印刷/DL/CPPなる構成の合成樹脂シートを作製した。一方、紙にポリプロピレンの短繊維を20%ブレンドして混抄した70g/m2 の滅菌紙を用いて片面に所定の印刷とEOG滅菌用のインジケーターと蒸気滅菌用のインジケーターをグラビア印刷法により設けて通気性シートを作製した。その後、給紙軸を二軸有する通常の製袋機を用いて、合成樹脂シートと通気性シートの巻取をそれぞれの給紙軸に取り付けて合成樹脂シートのCPP面と通気性シートの非印刷面とを重ねて製袋し、周縁熱接着部4a、4c、突出熱接着部6で剥離可能に接着し、周縁熱接着部4bを未接着とした第一実施形態の易開封性滅菌用包装袋10の周縁熱接着部4bが未接着で開口した易開封性滅菌用包装袋を作製した。
