Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、光電気変換層を有する第1の電極と、前記第1の電極に対向して配置された第2の電極と、少なくとも前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間に充填された電解質とを有する色素増感太陽電池において、前記第1の電極を、前記第2の電極と対向する方向に重ねて配置された複数の第1電極層で構成している。

Claims (13)
- 光電気変換層を有する第1の電極と、前記第1の電極に対向して配置された第2の電極と、少なくとも前記第1及び第2の電極の間に充填された電解質とを有する色素増感太陽電池において、
前記第1の電極は、前記第2の電極と対向する方向に重ねて配置された複数の第1電極層を有することを特徴とする色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記複数の第1電極層の少なくとも1つは、複数の金属細線を平行に配列してなる金属細線群を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1電極層の少なくとも1つは、金属細線を網目状に成形してなる構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1電極層は、各々同一形状をなし、平面的にずらして配置される構成であることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記光電気変換層は、前記複数の第1電極層毎に異なる波長の光を吸収する構成であることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3又は4に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 透光性を有する基板が前記第1の電極側に配置され、
前記第2の電極は、前記第1の電極に対して前記基板と反対側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4又は5に記載の色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記第1の電極及び前記第2の電極は、透光性を有する2枚の基板の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1電極層の各々は、複数の金属細線を平行に配列してなる金属細線群であり、
前記第2の電極は、前記第1電極層を構成する金属細線群と平行に配置された複数の金属細線群からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記複数の第1電極層の各々は、複数の金属細線を平行に配列してなる金属細線群であり、
前記第2の電極は、前記第1電極層を構成する金属細線群と平面的に直交する複数の金属細線群からなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記第2の電極を構成する複数の金属細線群は、2つの前記第1電極層の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1電極層の各々は、金属細線を網目状に成形してなり、
前記第2の電極は、金属細線を網目状に成形してなることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の色素増感太陽電池。 - 前記第2の電極を構成する複数の金属細線群は、2つの前記第1電極層の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の色素増感太陽電池。
- 前記複数の第1電極層の各々を成す前記金属細線はチタン金属細線であり、
前記第2の電極を成す前記金属細線は、白金によって覆われた銅線であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の色素増感太陽電池。
