Abstract
【解決手段】平均繊維径が0.05〜50μmの脂肪族ポリエステル繊維からなり、軸方向に連続する山部および谷部を有する蛇腹状の円筒体であり、円筒体の目付け量が50超〜200g/m2、膜厚が0.05mm〜1mm、かつ外径は0.5mm〜50mmであり、蛇腹の間隔が2mm以下でかつ蛇腹の深さが0.01mm〜10mmである円筒体。

Description
1.平均繊維径が0.05〜50μmの脂肪族ポリエステル繊維からなり、軸方向に連続する山部および谷部を有する蛇腹状の円筒体であり、円筒体の目付け量が50超〜200g/m2、膜厚が0.05mm〜1mm、かつ外径は0.5mm〜50mmであり、蛇腹の間隔が2mm以下でかつ蛇腹の深さが0.01mm〜10mmである円筒体。
2.該繊維構造体の平均繊維径が、0.2〜10μmであることを特徴とする1に記載の円筒体。
3.該繊維構造体の蛇腹の深さが、0.01〜1mmであることを特徴とする1に記載の円筒体。
4.円筒体の膜厚の厚みムラがn=50において、膜厚に対して10%以下である1〜3のいずれかに記載の円筒体。
5.前記脂肪族ポリエステルが、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、ポリカプロラクトンおよびそれらの共重合体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする1〜4のいずれかに記載の円筒体。
また、円筒体は単層でも多層でもどちらでも良い。細胞接着性、機械強度などの条件に応じて適宜決めることが好ましい。
静電紡糸法により心棒上に円筒体を形成する際、心棒を円周方向に回転させることが好ましい。回転させることにより、均質な厚さの円筒体を形成することができる。
本実施例に使用したポリ乳酸(Lacty9031)は島津製作所(株)、塩化メチレン(特級)は和光純薬工業(株)製を使用した。
ポリ乳酸1gに塩化メチレン9gを加え、室温(25℃)で混合し濃度10%のドープ溶液を調整した。図2に示す装置を用いて、該溶液を毎分100回転する繊維状物質捕集電極(5)(ステンレス棒:直径5mm、長さ30cm、表面粗さ70−S)に10分間吐出した。噴出ノズル(1)の内径は1.2mm、電圧は15kV、噴出ノズル(1)から繊維状物質捕集電極(5)までの距離は20cmであった。繊維状物質捕集電極(5)上に捕集した繊維構造体の一端を指で抑えて固定し、繊維状物質捕集電極(5)を指で抑えて固定した側に引き抜くことでポリ乳酸円筒体を得た。繊維径、蛇腹の間隔及び蛇腹の深さについては、デジタルマイクロスコープVHX(KEYENCE)により測定を行った。外径については、マイクロメーター(株式会社ミツトヨ)により10箇所測定を行いその平均を外径とした。厚みの測定については、チューブを切り開き長さ10cm、幅1cmになるように試料を調整し、マイクロメーターにより10箇所測定を行いその平均を厚みとした。同様に円筒体の厚みムラは標準偏差より求めた。
吐出時間20分で目付け量148g/m2のポリ乳酸チューブを作製した以外、実施例1と同様に円筒体を得て物性を測定した。
吐出時間5分間で目付け量37g/m2のポリ乳酸チューブを作製した以外、実施例1と同様に円筒体を得て物性を測定した。

- 平均繊維径が0.05〜50μmの脂肪族ポリエステル繊維からなり、軸方向に連続する山部および谷部を有する蛇腹状の円筒体であり、円筒体の目付け量が50超〜200g/m2、膜厚が0.05mm〜1mm、かつ外径は0.5mm〜50mmであり、蛇腹の間隔が2mm以下でかつ蛇腹の深さが0.01mm〜10mmである円筒体。
- 該繊維構造体の平均繊維径が、0.2〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の円筒体。
- 該繊維構造体の蛇腹の深さが、0.01〜1mmであることを特徴とする1に記載の円筒体。
- 円筒体の膜厚の厚みムラがn=50において、膜厚に対して10%以下である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の円筒体。
- 前記脂肪族ポリエステルが、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、ポリカプロラクトン、およびそれらの共重合体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の円筒体。
