Abstract
【解決手段】断熱部材で壁面を構成した断熱容器の内部に、輸送品と蓄熱材とを収容する個装容器と蓄熱材を封入した蓄熱容器、および熱伝導部材を積層するとともに、この熱伝導部材によって蓄熱材の熱を個装容器周囲に伝達可能とする。輸送品周りの温度分布を一様化し、かつ温度の保持に蓄熱材の保有蓄熱量を有効に利用することができる。

Description
16の内部に個装容器12,蓄熱容器10,熱伝導部材11が、上下に配置した緩衝材
17に挟まれる形で収納される。このため、輸送品の出し入れ時に、空間部7を囲む緩衝材4などを傷つける恐れがなくなり、長期にわたる装置の信頼性を保障することができる。
Claims (4)
- 壁面を断熱部材で構成した断熱容器の内部に、蓄熱材,熱伝導部材、および輸送品を収納する個装容器を収容できる構成であって、前記熱伝導部材を前記蓄熱材と前記個装容器の間に積層し、かつ前記熱伝導部材の端部を前記個装容器の周囲を囲むように折り曲げたことを特徴とする恒温輸送容器。
- 前記断熱容器の内部は収容部が円筒状であり、前記個装容器の隅部および前記蓄熱材を封入する蓄熱容器によって前記個装容器を前記収容部に固定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の恒温輸送容器。
- 前記断熱容器の内部は収容部が円筒状であり、前記蓄熱材,熱伝導部材、および輸送品を収納する個装容器を収容するための格納容器を前記収容部に固定した構成であって、かつ前記格納容器の側面に、前記蓄熱材,熱伝導部材、および個装容器の出し入れを可能とする切り込みをいれたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の恒温輸送容器。
- 前記熱伝導部材はコの字型に成型し、前記蓄熱材と熱的に接し、かつ前記個装容器の側面を覆うように設置することを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の恒温輸送容器。
