Abstract
【解決手段】縦長な短冊状に形成された複数枚のエレメント部材40が一定の隙間を開けて同一面内に並列され、これらの上辺部同士及び下辺部同士がそれぞれ上端ビーム部材42と下端ビーム部材44によって連結された電気集塵装置12の集塵極板20において、複数枚のエレメント部材40、40…の隙間を挟んで隣り合う側辺部同士を、上端ビーム部材42と下端ビーム部材44の間の少なくとも一カ所で連結固定する固定ピース46を設けるとともに、固定ピース46は、少なくとも一方が弾性変形を利用したバネ効果を有する形状に形成された一対の当て板48、49と当て板同士を締結する締結具53、54で、隣り合う側辺部同士を挟み込む。

Claims (2)
- 電気集塵装置に設けられた集塵極板を槌打装置で槌打することにより集塵極板に付着したダストを剥離除去する電気集塵装置であって、前記集塵極板は、縦長な短冊状に形成された複数枚のエレメント部材が一定の隙間を開けて同一面内に並列され、これらの複数枚のエレメント部材の上辺部同士及び下辺部同士がそれぞれ上端ビーム部材と下端ビーム部材によって連結された電気集塵装置の集塵極板において、
前記複数枚のエレメント部材の前記隙間を挟んで隣り合う側辺部同士を、前記上端ビーム部材と下端ビーム部材の間の少なくとも一カ所で連結固定する固定ピースを設けるとともに、前記固定ピースは、少なくとも一方が弾性変形を利用したバネ効果を有する形状に形成された一対の当て板と該当て板同士を締結する締結具で、前記隣り合う側辺部同士を挟み込む構造であることを特徴とする電気集塵装置の集塵極板。 - 前記固定ピースは、
前記隙間を挟んで前記側辺部同士の一方面に当てがう板状の第1の当て板と、
前記隙間を挟んで前記側辺部同士の他方面に当てがうとともに縦断面が山高形状をした第2の当て板と、
前記隙間を介して前記第1の当て板と前記第2の当て板とを締結する締結ボルトと、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気集塵装置の集塵極板。
