軸筒の内部に収容された筆記体の前方移動により該軸筒の前方に配した蓋体が筆記体の先端に押圧されて開き、筆記体が後方移動して軸筒の内部に収容されたときに蓋体に付設したバネの弾発力で該蓋体を閉じて軸筒を閉塞する構造の開閉蓋付の筆記具において、軸筒の前方部に中空パイプを配し、中空パイプの前方部に傾斜前端面と該中空パイプの貫通孔に連設する開口部とを有する弾性先首を配し、弾性先首の前方に該弾性先首の傾斜前端面に密接する蓋体を配し、表面にメッキ層を設けたステンレス線材でコイル部と第一アームと第二アームとを成形し且つ成形後に該メッキ層を剥離して成した捻りコイルバネを、蓋体に設けた係止受部に第一アームを係止し、中空パイプの側面に第二アームを当接し、蓋体の下端に形成した一対の巻返部の間にコイル部を配し、ステンレスからなる軸棒を中空パイプの側面に形成した取付孔へ装着することにより該軸棒を捻りコイルバネのコイル部及び蓋体の巻返部に挿通して固定し、筆記体が軸筒の内部に収容されたときに捻りコイルバネの弾発力で蓋体を弾性先首の傾斜前端面に密接させ軸筒を閉塞する構造を特徴とした開閉蓋付の筆記具。
