Description

The present invention relates to a pillow that can sleep in a comfortable posture in response to a posture change accompanying turning over.

Conventionally, various pillows have been proposed and used in order to obtain a sleep state in a stable posture with little load and supporting the user's head at bedtime. In particular, a pillow has been proposed that changes its height in response to changing its posture alternately and alternately between a supine posture (supine) and a lateral posture (recumbent) by turning over during sleep. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a pillow that adjusts its height by allowing a fluid to flow into and out of the height adjusting unit in response to a load applied to the height adjusting unit, thereby expanding and contracting. This pillow includes a fluid feeding device and a plurality of valves and pipes in order to control the inflow and outflow of fluid.

Patent Document 2 proposes a variable-height sleep pillow that includes a pressure sensor that senses the pressure of the head, and a mechanism and circuit that drives the head support portion up and down by a signal from the pressure sensor. . With this variable-height sleep pillow, the pressure sensor detects the pressure fluctuation on the support part caused by the head when the posture changes due to turning over, so that the pressure signal is processed by the circuit and the head is supported by the drive mechanism. Move the part up and down.

Further, Patent Document 3 proposes a sleep pillow having a sealed chamber made of a cylindrical body between a base and a head mounting plate and provided with a truncated cone-shaped constant load spring spring. In this sleep pillow, the height is adjusted by extending and retracting the frustoconical constant load load spring spring while taking in and out the air in the sealed chamber due to the difference in load applied between the posture in the supine posture and the posture in the lateral orientation. .

The following problems remain in the conventional technology.
The pillow described in Patent Document 1 needs to be equipped with a fluid feeding device and a plurality of valves and piping in order to take in and out the fluid, and a sealed structure is indispensable to prevent the fluid from flowing out. There is a disadvantage that the manufacturing cost is greatly increased with increasing complexity. In addition, even if this pillow changes posture due to turning over, it takes time to put in and out of the fluid, and the height changes slowly, so it becomes unstable and overloaded for a while immediately after the posture change. There was a problem.

In addition, since the variable-height sleep pillow described in Patent Document 2 requires a pressure sensor, a processing circuit, a mechanical vertical drive mechanism, a power source, and the like, the structure is complicated and the cost is significantly increased. In general, it is difficult to provide at a popular price. In addition, this height-variable sleep pillow requires a space for accommodating a large number of components inside, and the pillow becomes large, and the components are obstructed so that the head support is sufficiently low. There was a problem that the position could not be set.

Further, in the sleep pillow described in Patent Document 3 above, the sealed chamber and the truncated cone-shaped constant load spring spring are provided between the base and the head mounting plate. There was a disadvantage that the plate could not be lowered sufficiently and could not be set to an appropriate low position. Further, in this sleep pillow, since the fluid is taken in and out in the same manner as in Patent Document 1, it takes time to adjust the height.
Moreover, in each said patent document, there existed a problem which generated the sound accompanying the taking in and out of a fluid, and the operation sound of power supplies, such as a motor, and a drive mechanism, and disturbed sleep.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and provides a pillow that has a low-cost and simple configuration and can perform appropriate height adjustment quickly, smoothly, and quietly according to changes in posture. With the goal.

The present invention employs the following configuration in order to solve the above problems. That is, the pillow according to the present invention is provided on the lower support plate, the head support plate that is arranged substantially in parallel with the lower support plate and on which the user's head is placed, and the lower support plate. A support plate support mechanism that maintains the substantially parallel state and supports the head support plate so that the head support plate can move up and down, and the support plate support mechanism is rotatably connected to the lower support plate at the lower end. A plurality of support members parallel to each other, the upper end of which is pivotally connected to the head support plate and extends obliquely from the lower support plate toward the head support plate; Biasing means for biasing the support member directly or via another member against a load that tilts the support member in the inclined direction.

Since this pillow is provided with a biasing means that biases the support member directly or via another member against the load that tilts the support member in the inclined direction, the biasing force of the biasing means is in a lateral orientation. By setting it to be larger than the load applied in the supine position and smaller than the load applied in the supine posture, the support member does not fall down in the lateral posture and the head support plate is maintained at a high position. When the posture is changed, the support member collapses due to an increase in load, and the head support plate is in a low position. In other words, by using the support structure of the head support plate by the inclined support member and the simple structure by the biasing means set to a predetermined biasing force, the load difference between the case of the supine posture and the case of the sideways posture can be used to quickly The height of the head support plate can be automatically changed smoothly and without generating abnormal noise. Particularly, since the support member is tilted, the head support plate does not stay at an intermediate height, and the movement from the highest position to the lowest position or vice versa can be performed quickly and smoothly. In addition, since a power source, a driving device, and the like are unnecessary, it can be manufactured at a low weight and at a low cost.

In the pillow according to the present invention, it is preferable that the biasing means includes a biasing force adjusting mechanism. In other words, since this pillow has a biasing force adjustment mechanism, individual settings can be made for each user by adjusting the biasing force corresponding to users with different head weights, physiques, etc. More accurate vertical movement can be obtained.

Moreover, the pillow according to the present invention includes a biasing member that pulls the head support plate obliquely downward at an inclination angle smaller than an inclination angle of the support member with respect to the head support plate. It is characterized by being. That is, in this pillow, the urging member pulls the head support plate obliquely downward at an inclination angle smaller than the inclination angle of the support member with respect to the head support plate, thereby providing an urging force against a load that tilts the support member. It can be added via a head support plate.

Furthermore, the pillow according to the present invention is characterized in that the biasing member is a coil spring. That is, in this pillow, since the coil spring is used as the urging member, it has high durability even during repeated use and a high urging force can be obtained.

In the pillow according to the present invention, the urging member is a rubber material. That is, in this pillow, since the rubber material is used as the urging member, it is possible to obtain an inexpensive and lightweight configuration.

Moreover, the pillow according to the present invention is characterized in that the urging member is disposed outside a region between the lower support plate and the head support plate. That is, in this pillow, since the urging member is arranged outside the region between the lower support plate and the head support plate, when the support member falls down and the head support plate is lowered to the lowest position, the head The urging member is not sandwiched between the support plate and the lower support plate. Therefore, the biasing member does not get in the way, and the head support plate can be moved to a sufficiently low position.

Moreover, the pillow according to the present invention is characterized in that the biasing means is a torsion spring or a spring hinge whose both ends are fixed to the support member and the lower support plate or the head support plate. . That is, this pillow has a simple structure by attaching a torsion spring or a spring hinge directly to the support member and the lower support plate or the head support plate and urging the support member against the load that tilts the support member in the inclined direction. A lightweight and low-cost pillow can be realized.

In addition, the pillow according to the present invention includes a stopper mechanism that locks the support member at a predetermined inclination angle against the biasing force of the biasing means. That is, this pillow is provided with a stopper mechanism that locks the support member at a predetermined inclination angle against the urging force of the urging means, so that the support member rises more than necessary by the urging force and has a predetermined inclination angle. It is possible to prevent the support member from falling over and exceeding the desired pillow height and breaking in the opposite direction. In addition, if the support member rises more than necessary, the support member is unlikely to fall down and the pillow height cannot be lowered. Therefore, the stopper mechanism is limited so as not to exceed a predetermined inclination angle.

Moreover, the pillow according to the present invention includes a support length adjusting mechanism capable of adjusting a length from a lower end portion to an upper end portion of the support member. That is, this pillow has a support length adjustment mechanism that can adjust the length from the lower end portion to the upper end portion of the support member, so that the length of the support member itself can be changed to a pillow height according to the user. Can be set.

The present invention has the following effects.
That is, according to the pillow according to the present invention, the pillow includes the biasing means for biasing the support member directly or via the head support plate and the lower support plate against the load that tilts the support member in the inclined direction. Therefore, the height of the head support plate can be automatically changed between the supine posture and the lateral posture with a simple and low-cost configuration without generating a noise quickly and smoothly. Therefore, even if you roll over unconsciously during sleep, the height of the head support plate can be adjusted quickly and smoothly and quietly in a supine posture and a horizontal posture, so you can get a comfortable sleep it can.

A pair of wires Y and a coil spring (biasing member) 11 that are pulled in the direction).
One end of the wire Y is attached to the lower surface of one side of the head support plate 3 and the other end is attached to the coil spring 11 and stretched obliquely downward. In addition, one end side of the wire Y is disposed so as to pass between the pair of bent support plates 10, and the other end is disposed outside via a through hole 18 a formed in the holding plate 18.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the coil spring 11 is a tension spring arranged on a straight line so as to face both ends on the other side of the lower support plate 2. That is, these coil springs 11 are arranged outside the region between the lower support plate 2 and the head support plate 3. Each coil spring 11 is connected at one end to an arc-shaped or substantially ring-shaped spring support member 12 fixed in the vicinity of the corner of the lower support plate 2.

The urging means 9 includes a guide member 13 that bends the other end of the pair of wires Y and guides them to the corresponding coil springs 11. That is, the guide member 13 is arranged so as to change the direction of the pair of wires Y that pass through between the pair of bent support plates 10 from the through holes 18a of the holding plate 18 to the opposite direction by 90 degrees. The pair of tube members 14 thus fixed are fixed inside in a curved state. Therefore, the pair of wires Y is inserted through these tube members 14 and turned, and the other end is connected to the other end of the corresponding coil spring 11.
The coil spring 11 and the guide member 13 are covered with a cover member 19 that can be opened and closed. 3 and 4, the cover member 19 is removed in order to show the arrangement of the coil spring 11 and the like.

Further, the wire Y is provided with an adjusting mechanism 15 for adjusting the urging force (tension) of the coil spring 11. The adjustment mechanism 15 adjusts the length of the wire Y. The shorter the wire Y is set, the longer the coil spring 11 is stretched and the stronger the urging force (tension) can be set. It is also possible to adjust the height of the head support plate 3 at the time of (no load) and on the back. The urging force (tension) of the urging means 9 is set to be larger than the load applied in the horizontal posture and smaller than the load applied in the supine posture.
With such a configuration, the coil spring 11 is set to apply a biasing force that pulls the head support plate 3 obliquely downward from one side to the other side via the guide member 13 and the wire Y.

A hook-and-loop fastener 16 for attaching a pillow cover is bonded to each of four lower surfaces of the lower support plate 2, four upper surfaces of the head support plate 3, and two side surfaces of the abutting wall plate portion 6. That is, by attaching the hook-and-loop fastener of the pillow cover 17 to these hook-and-loop fasteners 16, it is possible to attach the pillow cover 17 so as to be detachable so as to cover the entire pillow 1 by covering it. In addition, you may attach the pillow cover 17 so that only the cushion part 5 may be covered using the hook_and_loop | surface fastener 16 of the head support plate 3. FIG.
The cushion part 5 is detachably attached by bonding to the surface fastener 16 on the upper surface of the head support plate 3. The cushion portion 5 is composed of a material incorporating a large number of pipe pieces, a molded cushion material, a low repulsion material, or the like.

Next, the height adjustment operation accompanying the posture change of the user in the pillow 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

First, when the user is sleeping in a sideways posture, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the user's head H is at a high position by the shoulder and the shoulder is supported to support the head. The load applied to the plate 3 is small. For this reason, the urging force (tension) by the urging means 9 exceeds the force for defeating the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g due to the load applied to the head support plate 3, and the head support plate 3 is high. The position state is maintained.

Next, when the user turns upside down and becomes a supine posture, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, since the support by the shoulder of the user is lost, the load due to the head H on the head support plate 3 is increased. Increase. For this reason, a force (a force for reducing the inclination angle θ1) that causes the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g to fall due to a load applied to the head support plate 3 is an urging force (an inclination by the urging means 9). The first support member 8c and the second support member 8g are tilted, and the head support plate 3 is lowered to the lowest position close to the lower support plate 2.

In addition, when the user turns over and changes from the supine posture to the lateral posture, the reverse operation described above is performed. That is, when the load applied to the head support plate 3 is reduced, the urging force by the urging means 9 exceeds the force for defeating the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g, and again the first support member 8c. Then, the head support plate 3 is raised to the initial maximum position by causing the second support member 8g to reach the initial position in the oblique state. Normally, when turning over from a supine posture to a sideways posture, the head H is temporarily lifted slightly unconsciously and the posture is changed, so the load when the head H is raised is reduced. Accordingly, the head support plate 3 moves to the highest position.

As described above, in the pillow 1 of the present embodiment, the first support member 8c and the second support member 8c and the second support member 3 are interposed via the head support plate 3 against the load that tilts the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g in the inclined direction. Since the biasing means 9 for pulling and biasing the support member 8g is provided, the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g do not fall down and the head support plate 3 is in a high position in the horizontal posture, but the supine posture When the posture is changed to the first position, the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g fall due to an increase in the load, and the head support plate 3 is lowered.

That is, the head support plate 3 is supported by the inclined first support member 8c and the second support member 8g, and the simple structure of the biasing means 9 set to a predetermined biasing force makes it possible to change the posture in the supine posture and the lateral posture. Using the load difference from the case, the height of the head support plate 3 can be automatically changed quickly and smoothly without generating abnormal noise. In particular, since the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g are tilted, the head support plate 3 does not stay at an intermediate height, and the movement from the highest position to the lowest position or vice versa is instantaneous. Can be done quickly and smoothly. In addition, since a power source, a driving device, and the like are unnecessary, it can be manufactured at a low weight and at a low cost.

Moreover, since the pillow 1 of this embodiment has the adjustment mechanism 15 of urging | biasing force, it adjusts urging | biasing force according to the user from whom the weight of the head H, a physique, etc. differ, for every user. Individual setting is possible, and a more accurate vertical movement can be obtained.
Further, the coil spring 11 pulls the head support plate 3 obliquely downward at an inclination angle θ2 smaller than the inclination angle θ1 of the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g with respect to the head support plate 3, thereby providing the first support. An urging force can be applied to the member 8c and the second support member 8g via the head support plate 3 against a load that tilts the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g.

In addition, since the coil spring 11 is used as an urging member, it has high durability even during repeated use and can obtain a high urging force.
In addition, since the coil spring 11 is disposed outside the region between the lower support plate 2 and the head support plate 3, the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g are tilted and the head support plate 3 is at the lowest position. Therefore, the coil spring 11 is not sandwiched between the head support plate 3 and the lower support plate 2. Therefore, the coil spring 11 does not get in the way, and the head support plate 3 can be moved to a sufficiently low position.

In addition, the head support plate 3 is pulled obliquely downward by the wire Y, and the wire Y is guided and connected by the guide member 13 to the coil spring 11 installed at a separate position. Can be arbitrarily arranged regardless of the direction of the urging, and the degree of freedom in design is increased, so that the pillow 1 as a whole can be downsized.

Next, 2nd and 3rd embodiment of the pillow based on this invention is described below with reference to FIGS. In the following description of each embodiment, the same constituent elements described in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted. Moreover, in drawing after FIG. 5, illustration is abbreviate | omitted about the cushion part 5 and the pillow cover 17. As shown in FIG.

The difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that, in the first embodiment, the wire Y passes between the lower support plate 2 and the head support plate 3 and is connected to the coil spring 11 via the guide member 13. On the other hand, in the pillow 20 of the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pair of wires Y passes through the side of the head support plate 23 as the biasing means 29 and is directly applied to the coil spring 11. It is a point connected to.

That is, in the pillow 20 of the second embodiment, protrusions 23a protruding in the long side direction are provided on one side of the head support plate 23, and the wire fixing member 24 is attached to these protrusions 23a. ing.
The wire Y has one end connected to the wire fixing member 24 and the other end connected to the coil spring 11.
In the second embodiment, the one end fixing portion 8a is folded inward and fixed on the lower support plate 2.

As described above, in the pillow 20 of the second embodiment, the wire Y and the coil spring 11 are linearly connected on both sides of the head support plate 23 without the guide member 13 interposed therebetween. While not disturbing the vertical movement of the part support plate 23, the number of parts and the part cost can be reduced.

The difference between the third embodiment and the second embodiment is that, in the second embodiment, a predetermined biasing force is obtained by the biasing means 29 using the wire Y and the coil spring 11, whereas the third embodiment is different from the third embodiment. In the pillow 30, as shown in FIG.7 and FIG.8, it is the point which has acquired predetermined | prescribed urging | biasing force by the urging means 39 using a pair of plate-shaped rubber material (biasing member) 31.
That is, the pillow 30 of the third embodiment has a pair of rubber members 31 that are fixed at the upper end of the second support member 8g and stretched in the oblique direction (arrow A direction in FIG. 7). A biasing means 39 is configured by the rubber fixing member 32 that fixes the other end of the rubber material 31 to the lower support plate 2 in the vicinity of the lower end of the first support member 8c.

The rubber fixing member 32 is a pair of long plates disposed on the one end fixing portion 8a and sandwiching the pair of rubber materials 31, and is fixed on the lower support plate 2 by screws 33 in a state where the rubber material 31 is taught. ing. In addition, by adjusting the position of the other end of the rubber material 31 fixed by the rubber fixing member 32, the tension of the rubber material 31 is adjusted, and the urging force with respect to the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g is adjusted. be able to.

The first support member 8c is formed with a horizontally long insertion hole 8j through which the stretched rubber material 31 is inserted.
Therefore, in the pillow 1 of the third embodiment, a predetermined biasing force is directly applied to the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g by the rubber material 31. According to this pillow 30, since the rubber material 31 is used as the urging member, it is possible to obtain an inexpensive and lightweight configuration.

Next, 4th and 5th embodiment of the pillow based on this invention is described below with reference to FIGS. 9-12.

The difference between the fourth embodiment and the third embodiment is that, in the third embodiment, the second support member 8g is inclined by the rubber material 31 smaller than the inclination angle θ1 of the second support member 8g with respect to the head support plate 3. The pillow 40 according to the fourth embodiment is biased by pulling diagonally downward at an angle θ2, whereas the first support member 8c and the lower support plate 2 have both ends as shown in FIGS. A pair of torsion springs (biasing means) 41 having fixed portions apply an urging force against the load that tilts the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g against the first support member 8c. It is.

In the fourth embodiment, a metal plate 42 such as stainless steel is bonded with an adhesive near the corners on the other side of the lower support plate 2, and one end portion 41 a of a torsion spring 41 is formed on each of the metal plates 42. It is fixed by welding. Moreover, the lower end of the first support member 8c of the fourth embodiment is not fixed to the lower support plate 2, and both sides of the first support member 8c protrude in the longitudinal direction and the metal fitting 44 is fixed. The other end portion 41 b of the torsion spring 41 is fixed to the first support member 8 c via these metal fittings 44. That is, the other end 41b of the torsion spring 41 functions as a support member together with the first support member 8c.

In a state where a load is applied to the head support plate 3 in an initial or sideways posture, the torsion spring 41 opposes the load that tilts the first support member 8c and the other end 41b in the inclined direction, and the first support member 8c. And an urging force for maintaining the other end 41b in an inclined state. Further, the torsion spring 41 is set to have a biasing force smaller than a load that tries to tilt the first support member 8c and the other end portion 41b applied to the head support plate 3 in a supine posture. Therefore, when turning over from the horizontal posture to the supine posture, the load to fall the first support member 8c and the other end portion 41b exceeds the urging force of the torsion spring 41, and the first support member 8c and the other end portion 41b. And the 2nd supporting member 8g falls down and the height of the head support part board 3 becomes low. Since the torsion springs 41 are disposed on both sides of the head support plate 3, the torsion springs 41 are sandwiched between the head support plate 3 and the lower support plate 2 even if the first support member 8 c and the second support member 8 g fall down. There is nothing.

The difference between the fifth embodiment and the fourth embodiment is that a predetermined biasing is performed by the torsion spring 41 in the fourth embodiment, whereas in the pillow 50 of the fifth embodiment, FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, four spring hinges (biasing means) 51 in which blade portions 51a at both ends are fixed to the lower portions of the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g and the lower support plate 2 It is the point which is energizing.

That is, in the fifth embodiment, one blade portion 51a of the spring hinge 51 is fixed to the inclined direction side surfaces of the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g, and the inclined first support member 8c is inclined. The other blade portion 51a of the spring hinge 51 is fixed to the upper surface of the lower support plate 2 on the side facing the second support member 8g. Note that the lower end of the first support member 8c of the fifth embodiment is fixed to the lower support plate 2 so as to be rotatable as in the first to third embodiments. Each of the spring hinges 51 incorporates a spring member 51b. In a state in which a load is applied to the head support plate 3 in an initial or sideways posture, the first support member 8c is tilted in a tilt direction. It has a biasing force that keeps the first support member 8c in an inclined state against the opposite.

In addition, the spring hinge 51 is set to have a biasing force smaller than a load that tries to tilt the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g applied to the head support plate 3 in a posture in a supine position. Therefore, when turning over from the horizontal posture to the supine posture, the load to fall the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g exceeds the urging force of the spring hinge 51, and the first support member 8c and the second support member 8c. The support member 8g falls and the height of the head support plate 3 decreases. In addition, since the spring hinge 51 is formed in a flat plate shape, even if the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g fall down, the spring support 51 can be maintained at the low position of the head support plate 3. .

Thus, in the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment, the torsion spring 41 or the spring hinge 51 is directly attached to the first support member 8c and the lower support plate 2, and the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g are attached. By urging against the load to be tilted in the inclination direction, the pillows 40 and 50 having a simple configuration and light weight and low cost can be realized.

Next, a sixth embodiment of the pillow according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS.

The difference between the sixth embodiment and the second embodiment is that, in the second embodiment, a pair of wires Y are directly connected to the coil spring 11 through the side of the head support plate 23 as the biasing means 29. On the other hand, in the pillow 60 of the sixth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13 to 15, a single coil spring 61 is provided between the head support plate 3 and the lower support plate 2 as the urging means 69. And a stopper mechanism 100 that locks the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g at a predetermined inclination angle against the biasing force of the biasing means 69. It is a point that has. Further, the sixth embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that a support length adjustment mechanism 101 that can adjust the length from the lower end portion to the upper end portion of the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g is provided. ing.

In the sixth embodiment, one end of the coil spring 61 is connected to the head support plate 3 in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the second support member 68g, and the other end is adjusted in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the first support member 68c. It is connected to the mechanism 65. The adjustment mechanism 65 is inserted into a rectangular insertion hole 65a formed at the lower center of the first support member 68c, and is a male screw member that is rotatably supported on the first support member 68c by two support fittings 102. 103, a wing nut 104 screwed to the male screw member 103 between the two support fittings 102 so as to be able to advance and retreat, and connected to the other end of the coil spring 61, and a locking nut fixed to the tip of the male screw member 103 103a.

In other words, the adjusting mechanism 65 is capable of adjusting the position of the other end of the coil spring 61 because the wing nut 104 screwed by rotating the male screw member 103 can be adjusted. The biasing force can be adjusted.

The stopper mechanism 100 has a locking rectangular plate 105 provided on each of the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g. As shown in FIGS. 15 to 17, the locking rectangular plate portion 105 is a rectangle formed by extending to the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g to the one end fixing portion 68a and the other end fixing portion 68i. It is provided in the hole 106. In other words, the upper end and the lower end of the locking rectangular plate 105 are connected to the upper end and the lower end of the rectangular hole 106, respectively.

As shown in FIGS. 16 to 19, the locking rectangular plate portion 105 has an upper end slit 105a formed on the upper surface side of the upper end portion and a lower end slit 105b formed on the upper surface side of the lower end portion. Yes. Therefore, the rotation centers C1 and C2 of the locking rectangular plate portion 105 are arranged on the opposite side of the upper end slit 105a and the lower end slit 105b. On the other hand, support portion slits 68s are also formed at lower ends (first fold portion 68b and fourth fold portion 68h) of the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g. Therefore, the rotation center C3 of the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g is disposed on the opposite surface side of the support portion slit 68s.

The rotation center C1 of the locking rectangular plate 105 and the rotation center C3 of the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g are predetermined in the width direction of the one end fixing portion 68a and the other end fixing portion 68i. It is set with a gap. Thus, the first support member at a predetermined angle as described below, depending on the slit width (opening width) and opening angle of the upper end slit 105a, the lower end slit 105b, and the support portion slit 68s and the positional relationship between the rotation centers C1 to C3. 68c and the second support member 68g are raised and locked.

That is, the upper end slit 105a and the lower end slit 105b are open as shown in FIG. 19 in the direction in which the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g are tilted, but the first support member 68c and In the direction in which the second support member 68g is raised, when the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g are inclined and rise at a predetermined angle, the slit width is completely closed as shown in FIG. As the slit surfaces are engaged with each other, the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g are prevented from rising any further.

The first support member 68c, the second support member 68g, the one end fixing portion 68a, the other end fixing portion 68i, and the locking rectangular plate portion 105 are made of polypropylene and include an upper end slit 105a and a lower end slit 105b. The portion where the slit is formed has sufficient flexibility and strength even if the rotation and folding operations are repeated around the slit portion.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the support length adjusting mechanism 101 includes an upper divided member 107A and a lower divided member 107B obtained by dividing the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g in the vertical direction, and an upper divided member 107A and a lower divided member. The split member 107B is configured by a fixing screw 108 that is detachably fixed by overlapping the end portions of the split members 107B with a predetermined length. The upper split member 107A and the lower split member 107B are formed with a plurality of screw holes 109 at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in regions where they can overlap each other. That is, in order to adjust the overlapping length of the end portions of the upper divided member 107A and the lower divided member 107B, the first screwing holes 109 in the vertical direction are aligned with each other and fixed with the fixing screw 108. The lengths of the support member 68c and the second support member 68g can be adjusted.

As described above, the pillow 60 of the present embodiment includes the stopper mechanism 100 that locks the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g at a predetermined inclination angle against the biasing force of the biasing means 69. The first support member 68c and the second support member 68g rise more than necessary due to the urging force, exceed a predetermined inclination angle and reach a desired pillow height, or in the reverse direction, the first support member 68c and the second support member 68c. It is possible to prevent the member 68g from falling and breaking. In addition, if the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g rise more than necessary, the first support member 68c and the second support member 68g will not easily fall down and the pillow height will not be lowered. As described above, the stopper mechanism 100 restricts the movement.
Moreover, since the support length adjustment mechanism 101 which can adjust the length from the lower end part to the upper end part of the 1st support member 68c and the 2nd support member 68g is provided, the 1st support member 68c and the 2nd support member 68g itself The length of the pillow can be changed to set the pillow height according to the user.

As shown in FIG. 15, a small radio device, audio playback device, or a speaker, alarm clock, scent generator, etc. connected to the space 120 or the like vacated on the lower support plate 2 is operated as described above. You may attach so that there is no trouble.
Further, the other end of the coil spring 61 is connected to the wing nut 104, but other members may be used as long as the other end of the coil spring 61 can be connected to the male screw member 13 so as to be able to advance and retreat. For example, a hooking screw may be fixed to the side portion of the top member screwed to the male screw member 13 so as to be able to advance and retreat, and the other end of the coil spring 61 may be hooked and connected to the hooking screw.

The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, in each of the above embodiments, the lower support plate 2 and the head support plate 3 are formed of plates, but may be formed in a substantially plate shape by a frame structure or a lattice structure. In this case, the weight of the entire pillow can be reduced.

In the first embodiment, the coil spring 11 may be installed at another position. For example, two coil springs 11 may be installed side by side at one corner of the lower support plate 2, and a pair of wires Y may be guided to these coil springs 11 by the guide member 13.
Furthermore, in 1st Embodiment, although the guide member 13 which has the tube member 14 which penetrates the wire Y is used, you may employ | adopt the guide member which has another structure. For example, a guide member using a pulley that guides the wire Y may be used.

In the first and second embodiments, the wire Y is connected to the coil spring 11, but a string may be used instead of the wire Y. In addition, the wire Y of the metal wire with small elongation by repeated use is suitable for long-term use.
Further, one end of the wire Y is fixed to the head support plate 3 and the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g are biased in a predetermined direction via the head support plate 3, but one end of the wire Y is May be directly fixed to the first support member 8c and the second support member 8g and urged in a predetermined direction.

In each of the above embodiments, the coil spring 11, the plate-shaped rubber material 31, the torsion spring 41, and the spring hinge 51 are employed as the biasing member or biasing means, but other biasing members or biasing means are used. It doesn't matter. For example, you may employ | adopt elastic members, such as a constant load spring, a leaf | plate spring, and a rubber string, as a biasing member or a biasing means.
Moreover, although the cushion part 5 is installed on the head support plates 3 and 23, you may install a cushion part also in the outer surface of the 2nd support members 8g and 68g in addition to this. Accordingly, the head H can be placed on the cushion portion on the upper surface of the second support members 8g and 68g in a state in which the second support members 8g and 68g are tilted in the supine posture.
