Abstract
陰イオン交換樹脂からの有機物溶出量を低減させるための追加の単位操作・装置が不要であり、且つ有機物の溶出量が確実に一定量以下となる、陰イオン交換樹脂における有機物溶出量の低減方法の提供。
【解決手段】
陰イオン交換樹脂を密閉状態で保存することによりエージングし、該エージング後の陰イオン交換樹脂を超純水で洗浄することを含む、陰イオン交換樹脂における有機物溶出量の低減方法。

Claims (5)
- 陰イオン交換樹脂を密閉状態で保存することによりエージングし、該エージング後の陰イオン交換樹脂を超純水で洗浄することを含む、陰イオン交換樹脂における有機物溶出量の低減方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法により処理された、陰イオン交換樹脂。
- 陰イオン交換樹脂を、陰イオン交換樹脂の2倍量の超純水中に3日間浸漬し、次いで、陰イオン交換樹脂量の10倍量の超純水を用い空塔速度20h−1で洗浄した際のΔTOCが20ppb以下となる、陰イオン交換樹脂。
- 請求項2記載の陰イオン交換樹脂に被処理水を接触させることを含む、超純水の製造方法。
- 請求項3記載の陰イオン交換樹脂を用いる、超純水の製造方法。
