Claims (12)
- 逆流防止装置(1)であって、ガスまたは液体導管(2)内に挿入可能であって、流出側で開放された中空体として形成された閉鎖体(3)を有しており、該閉鎖体(3)は、該閉鎖体(3)と中央の閉鎖体対応部材(4)との間に貫流通路(5)を制限しており、閉鎖体(3)が、貫流方向(Pf1)で貫流通路(5)を貫流する流れ媒体によって、閉鎖体対応部材(4)に密着した閉鎖位置から、閉鎖体(3)の固有弾性及び/又は固有安定性の戻し力に抗して開放位置へと運動可能であって、閉鎖体(3)は負荷されていない閉鎖位置ではまずは、シールリップ(12)として形成された部分領域でのみ閉鎖体対応部材(4)の部分領域または端部領域(6)に当接しており、貫流方向(Pf1)に反して逆流する流体の負荷圧下では、逆流する流体のために流出側の緩衝容積を解放しながら付加的に、閉鎖体(3)の長手方向の延在の部分領域で閉鎖体対応部材(4)に対して押し付け可能である形式のものにおいて、
逆流防止装置(1)の閉鎖体(3)が、ガスまたは液体導管(2)に不動に保持されていることを特徴とする逆流防止装置。 - シールリップ(12)が、閉鎖体対応部材(4)に接触している自由縁部領域に、該縁部領域の周囲の拡大に抗して作用する縁部補強部(13)を有している、請求項1記載の逆流防止装置。
- 縁部補強部(13)が、閉鎖体(3)の環状の横断面拡大部または横断面肉厚部として形成されている、請求項1または2記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体対応部材(4)が丸くされた端部領域(6)を有しており、有利には滴状に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 中央の閉鎖体対応部材(4)が流入プレート(7)に結合されていて、流入プレート(7)が、貫流通路(5)に開口する貫流開口(9)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 流入プレート(7)が貫流通路(5)の領域で、有利にはハニカム状の複数の貫流開口(9)を備えた網目または孔付きプレートとして形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 流入プレート(7)と閉鎖体対応部材(4)とが互いに一体に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)が流入プレート(7)の外周面に保持されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)が、流入プレート(7)に保持された閉鎖体区分で、ガスまたは液体導管(2)の内周面に密着する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)の、ガスまたは液体導管(2)に密着する流入側の端縁部領域が、リング状の横断面肉厚部(10)として形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 閉鎖体(3)が横断面肉厚部(10)で、流入プレート(7)の外周面に設けられた保持溝(11)に保持されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
- 逆流防止装置(1)が主として2つの部分から形成されていて、一方では閉鎖体(3)を、他方では閉鎖体対応部材(4)と該閉鎖体対応部材に一体に結合された流入プレート(7)とを有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の逆流防止装置。
