Abstract
Description
本発明は、風力タービン羽根の製造方法、請求項10の前文に従った風力タービン羽根、請求項19の前文に従った前カバー、及び前カバーの使用に関する。
現代の風力タービンは通常、図1に示されたような、相当に大きい直径サイズのロータを有する。現代の風力タービン用の風力タービン羽根は、50メートル以上の長さに近づきつつある。
本発明によると、風力タービン羽根の製造方法であって、
少なくとも2つの風力タービンシェル、及び好ましくは一つ以上の耐荷重構造部を鋳込み成形するステップと、
上記少なくとも2つの風力タービンシェル、及び上記一つ以上の耐荷重構造部を合わせて接着することにより、少なくとも2つの長手方向接合部を有する風力タービン羽根構造体を形成するステップと、
一つ以上の前カバーを、上記風力タービン羽根構造体又はその一部にほぼ対応する形状に形成するステップと、
上記一つ以上の前カバーを上記風力タービン羽根構造体に関連させて位置付けるステップと、
上記一つ以上の前カバーを上記風力タービン羽根構造体に接着手段で留め付けるステップと、
を含む風力タービン羽根の製造方法が提供される。
風力タービン羽根又はその一部にほぼ対応する形状に部分的又は全体的に事前成形される前カバーに関する。
図1は現代の風力タービン1を示し、これは、塔2、及び塔の頂部に配置された風力タービンナセル3を有する。3枚の風力タービン羽根5を有する風力タービンロータが、ナセル前部から外向きに延出した低速シャフトを介してナセルに接続されている。
b)接着手段による羽根シェル及び内部耐荷重梁構造部の組み立て。
c)たとえば、スペーサ手段上の接着手段による前カバーの風力タービン羽根への仮留め。

Claims (39)
- 風力タービン羽根の製造方法であって、
少なくとも2つの風力タービンシェル、及び好ましくは一つ以上の耐荷重構造部を鋳込み成形するステップと、
前記少なくとも2つの風力タービンシェル、及び前記一つ以上の耐荷重構造部を合わせて接着することにより、少なくとも2つの長手方向接合部を有する風力タービン羽根構造体を形成するステップと、
一つ以上の前カバーを、前記風力タービン羽根構造体又はその一部にほぼ対応する形状に形成するステップと、
前記一つ以上の前カバーを前記風力タービン羽根構造体に関連させて位置付けるステップと、
前記一つ以上の前カバーを前記風力タービン羽根構造体に接着手段で留め付けるステップと、
を含む風力タービン羽根の製造方法。 - 前記一つ以上のカバーは、前記少なくとも2つの長手方向接合部の1つ又はその一部の上方に位置付けられる、請求項1の方法。
- 前記一つ以上の前カバーを前記風力タービン羽根構造体に留め付ける前に、前記接着手段は、前記一つ以上の前カバーの内面、及び前記風力タービン羽根構造体、たとえば前記風力タービン羽根構造体の一つ以上の対応部分に塗布される、請求項1又は2の方法。
- 前記留め付けは、
前記一つ以上の前カバーを前記風力タービン羽根構造体に仮留めするステップと、
前記一つ以上の前カバーと前記風力タービン羽根構造体との間の、又は前記一つ以上の前カバーの2つ以上の相互間の一つ以上の空間開口を閉鎖するステップと、
前記空間に接着剤塊の形の接着手段を充填するステップと、
を含む、請求項1又は2の方法。 - 前記空間は、前記一つ以上の前カバーの内面から拡張するスペーサ手段を使用することによって形成される、請求項4の方法。
- 前記空間開口の閉鎖は、前記一つ以上の前カバーの長手方向縁部及び/又は横方向縁部に内側又は外側接着手段を位置付けることを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項の方法。
- 前記閉鎖は、隣接する前カバーの相互係合又はロックを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項の方法。
- シリコーン塊や発泡体等を使用し、それにより、前記前カバー及び前記風力タービン羽根間の、又は隣接する前カバー間の空間開口を閉鎖する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項の方法。
- 前記接着手段は、射出時に高い流動性を有する塊として塗布又は射出される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのぼほ長手方向の接合部に沿って互いに留め付けられる少なくとも2つの羽根シェル(13a、13b)を有する風力タービン羽根(5)であって、
一つ以上の前カバー(6)が、該羽根又はその一部の表面を覆うとともに、接着手段(18)で前記表面に接着され、
前記一つ以上の前カバー(6)は、該風力タービン羽根又はその一部にほぼ対応する形状に事前成形されることを特徴とする風力タービン羽根。 - 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、前記一つ以上の前カバー(6)は、前記少なくとも2つのぼほ長手方向の接合部の一つ以上を部分的又は全体的に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項10の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)が、前記一つ以上の前カバー(6)の内面から拡張し、該一つ以上の前カバー(6)と該風力タービン羽根(5)との間の空間に接着手段(18)が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、前記接着手段(18)は、塗布又は射出時に高い流動性を有する塊であることを特徴とする、請求項12の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、前記接着手段(18)は、エポキシ接着剤、ポリウレタン接着剤又はメタクリレート接着剤等の一成分型又は二成分型接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項10乃至13のいずれか1項の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、前記前カバー(6)は、該羽根を基部から先端まで連続的に、又は実質的に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項10乃至14のいずれか1項の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、前記前カバー(6)の端部が重なることを特徴とする、請求項10乃至15のいずれか1項の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、前記前カバー端部は、内縁部又は内側リム及び外縁部又は外側リム(10a、10b)等の係合又はロック手段、及び/又は接着手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項16の風力タービン羽根。
- 風力タービン羽根(5)であって、テープ又はストリップ(10c)が、前記隣接する端部、又は前記端部間の交差部分を接続して閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項10乃至17のいずれか1項の風力タービン羽根。
- 中央部分(C)及び少なくとも2つのカバーフラップ部分(F)を有する前カバー(6)であって、
該前カバー(6)は、風力タービン羽根(5)又はその一部にほぼ対応する形状に部分的又は全体的に事前成形されることを特徴とする前カバー。 - 前カバー(6)であって、前記風力タービン羽根(5)の一つ以上の長手方向の接合部(14a、14b、15a、15b)又はその一部を実質的に覆うのに十分であることを特徴とする、請求項19の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記風力タービン羽根(5)の前側接合部(14a、14b)を実質的に覆うのに十分であることを特徴とする、請求項20の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該カバーの内面及び外面(11、12)は、平滑であるか、又はほぼ平滑であることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至21のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該カバーの前記内面(11)は、一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)を有することを特徴とする、請求項19乃至21のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)の端部は、前縁部の形状等の前記風力タービン羽根の形状に対応する形状に事前成形されることを特徴とする、請求項23の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)は、前記一つ以上の長手方向接合部に関して対称的に、たとえば、前記接合部上、又は接合部から等距離の位置で接合部の各側に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項23又は24の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)は、長円形バー、円錐形、三角形、矩形、円筒形、半球形又は他の同様な形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項23乃至25のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)は、該前カバーの中心線、又は前記風力タービン羽根の前記一つ以上の長手方向接合部に関して対称的に位置付けられるスペーサ手段を含むパターン等のスペーサ手段パターンを有することを特徴とする、請求項23乃至26のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記一つ以上のスペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)は、異なった形状のスペーサ手段を含むスペーサ手段パターンを有することを特徴とする、請求項23乃至27のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該前カバーの厚さは、0.1〜5ミリメートル、好ましくは0.5〜3ミリメートルの範囲にあり、たとえば、前記カバーフラップ部分で0.5ミリメートル、該前カバーの中心で1.5ミリメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至28のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該カバーの長さは、1〜100メートル、好ましくは1〜5メートルの範囲にあり、たとえば、2メートルであることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至29のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記スペーサ手段(9、9a、9b、19a〜19d)は、0.5〜8ミリメートル、たとえば3ミリメートルの長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項19乃至30のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該カバーは、前記羽根の形状に対応した幅及び高さを有し、たとえば、幅が0.1〜5メートルの範囲で、たとえば0.02〜0.2メートル、及び、高さが0.1〜2メートルの範囲で、たとえば0.05〜0.2メートルであることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至31のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該前カバーは、エポキシ又はポリエステル樹脂を強化するガラス繊維材料、又は炭素若しくはアラミド繊維材料等の同様な繊維材料、プラスチック材料、又は前記材料の組み合わせで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至32のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該前カバーは、アルミニウム等の金属板材料又は同様な軽金属板にスペーサ手段を溶接又は接着して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項19乃至32のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該前カバーの前記内面、好ましくは前記少なくとも2つのカバーフラップ部分(F)の内面は、少なくとも1つの接着層(11a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項19乃至34のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、前記少なくとも1つの接着層は、10〜100ミリメートルの範囲、たとえば50ミリメートルの幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項35の前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該前カバーの前記端部は、該カバーの一端部の内縁部又は内側リム(10a、10b)及び他端部の外縁部又は外側リム(10a、10b)、及び/又は接着手段等の、隣接する前カバーに係合又はロックするための手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項19乃至36のいずれか1項に前カバー。
- 前カバー(6)であって、該前カバーの前記端部は、前記隣接する端部又は前記端部間の交差部分を接続して閉鎖するテープ又はストリップ(10c)等の、隣接する前カバーに係合又はロックするための手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項19乃至37のいずれか1項の前カバー。
- 風力タービン羽根への補助取り付け用ユニットとしての、請求項19乃至38のいずれか1項の前カバーの使用。
