Claims (5)
- 大きい長さを持つ棒(1,2)場合によっては特定断面の棒例えばレールの端面を摩擦溶接により金属結合する方法において、棒(1,2)の端部の軸線に対して直角な仕上げ加工及び軸線が一直線をなす整列が行われ、それから仕上げ加工されたその端面又は断面(11,12)が互いに寄せかけられ、圧力を加えられ、両方の棒端部(12,22)が互いに逆方向に向けられて振動するように動かされ、その際接触面に摩擦熱が形成され、金属結合の基準に達すると、棒端部(12,22)が軸線方向に整列され、断面(11,21)の印加圧力(P1,P2)が高められ、これらの断面が互いに完全に結合されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 棒端部(12,22)の相対運動が、周回軌道上に円を描いて又は楕円状に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 両方の棒が取付け具に固定され、その棒端部(12,22)がそれぞれ逆方向に運動素子(13,23)により曲げられ、逆向きに同じ角速度で周回軌道上を動かされることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 両方の棒(1,2)が、その端面又は断面(11,21)からそれぞれ実質的に同じ距離(A1,A2)で、静止した取付け具(14,24)に締付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の方法。
- 棒(12,22)の結合方法にその熱処理方法が重畳されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の1つに記載の方法。
