Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket structure for a bag which structure allows its main part to be used as a pocket and does not allow its contained items to fall even if its slide fastener is accidentally left open. <P>SOLUTION: This pocket structure 25 is for a bag 21 which is placed on the upper part 6a of a carry bag 6 and held to a handle 7 of the carry bag 6. Description

  The present invention relates to a pocket structure of a bag that is placed on an upper portion of a carry bag and can be used alone by being removed from the carry bag.

  Conventionally, this type of bag has a structure as shown in FIG. The bag 1 has a handle 2 and a shoulder belt 3 at the top, and a belt-like belt 5 is provided on the body 4. The carry bag 6 is provided with a telescopic frame-like handle 7. The handle 7 is inserted from the lower part of the belt 5 and protrudes upward to hold the bag 1.

  A bag 8 configured as shown in FIG. 8 is also known. The bag 8 has a pocket 10 in the body portion 9, and a slide fastener 12 that can be opened and closed is provided at a lower end portion 11 of the pocket 10. When the bag 8 is placed on the upper portion 6 a of the carry bag 6, the fastener 8 is opened, the handle 7 is inserted from the lower end portion 11, and the bag 8 is held by protruding from the upper portion of the pocket 10.

  On the other hand, when the bag 8 is removed from the carry bag 6 and used alone, the slide fastener 12 is closed so that small items and the like can be stored in the pocket 10.

As other bags, for example, those disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 3045786 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-308511 are known (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

  In the bag 1 of this conventional example, the trunk 4 cannot be used as a pocket when used alone. Further, the belt 5 is a hindrance and has the disadvantage that it looks bad.

  Further, in the bag 8, if the user forgets to close the slide fastener 12 when used alone, there is a possibility that small items stored in the pocket 10 fall from the lower end portion 11. Moreover, since the slide fastener 12 is in an exposed state, there is a drawback in that there is a risk of touching and damaging the cloth of the outerwear or pants.

  As a specific means for solving the problems of the conventional example, the present invention provides a pocket structure of a bag that is placed on an upper portion of a carry bag and is held by a handle of the carry bag, and the pocket structure includes an upper sheet material. A pocket sheet member is formed by attaching a lower sheet material and a lower sheet material with a slide fastener interposed therebetween, and both end portions and lower end portions of the pocket sheet member are attached to a body portion of the bag.   Further, the vertical dimension L1 of the lower sheet material is longer than the vertical dimension L2 of the upper sheet material, and the fastener concealing portion that hides the slide fastener is provided at the lower end portion of the upper sheet material. Further, a hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the inner side of the upper sheet material and the body of the bag at corresponding positions.

A pocket structure of a bag according to the present invention is a bag pocket structure that is placed on an upper portion of a carry bag and is held by a handle of the carry bag. The pocket structure includes an upper sheet material and a lower sheet material. A pocket seat member is formed by interposing a slide fastener, and both end portions and lower end portions of the pocket sheet member are attached to the body of the bag so that the slide fastener is opened and carried from there. The bag is held when the handle of the bag is inserted and protruded from the top of the pocket.
When the bag is used alone, the slide fastener can be closed and used as a pocket. In this case, since the slide fastener is positioned above the middle of the pocket sheet member, there is an excellent effect that even if the slide fastener is forgotten to be closed, small articles stored in the pocket do not fall.

  Further, since the vertical dimension L1 of the lower sheet material is longer than the vertical dimension L2 of the upper sheet material, the position of the slide fastener is positioned above the middle of the pocket sheet member. Therefore, when the bag is used alone, even if the slide fastener is forgotten to be closed, there is an excellent effect that small items stored in the pockets are not dropped.

  And since the slide fastener is not exposed by providing the fastener hidden part which hides a slide fastener in the lower end part of an upper sheet material, there exists an outstanding effect that the cloth of a jacket or trousers is not damaged.

  Furthermore, a hook-and-loop fastener is attached to the inner side of the upper sheet material and the bag body at corresponding positions, whereby the pocket entrance is locked to the body by the hook-and-loop fastener. In addition, the pocket entrance can be opened and closed freely.

  Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. For easy understanding, portions corresponding to the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals as in the conventional example.

  First, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bag 21 placed on the upper portion 6a of the carry bag 6, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a use state of the bag 21 alone.

  The bag 21 has a handle 22 for carrying on the upper portion 21a, and a shoulder belt 23 for shoulder is attached to the side portion 21b. Further, the body portion 24 of the bag 21 has a pocket structure 25 described later.

  The carry bag 6 has a handle 26 on the side 6b, and a caster 27 is provided on the bottom 6c. Further, an extendable frame-like handle 7 is provided on the upper portion 6a of the carry bag 6, and the handle 7 can be pulled out and moved so that it can be stored inside the carry bag 6 when not in use.

  As shown in FIGS. 3 (a), (b), (c), and (d), the pocket structure 25 of the bag 21 is attached to an upper sheet material 28 and a lower sheet material 29 with a slide fastener 30 interposed therebetween. A sheet member 31 is formed, and both end portions 31 a and 31 a and a lower end portion 31 b of the pocket sheet member 31 are attached to the body portion 24 of the bag 21.

  A description will be given according to the manufacturing process of the pocket structure 25. The upper sheet material 28 is formed to have a horizontal dimension substantially the same as the horizontal dimension of the body portion 24, and is formed to have a predetermined vertical dimension L2. A hook-and-loop fastener 32 is attached inside the upper sheet material 28. Furthermore, the lower portion of the upper sheet material 28 is bent and attached with a predetermined width inward, and the bent portion forms the fastener hidden portion 33 (see FIG. 3 (A)).

  The lower sheet material 29 is formed to have substantially the same lateral dimensions as the upper sheet material 28. Further, it is desirable that the vertical dimension L1 of the lower sheet material 29 is formed longer than the vertical dimension L2 of the upper sheet material 28 (see FIG. 3 (A)). Thus, by making the longitudinal dimension L1 longer, the position of the slide fastener 30 is positioned above the middle of the pocket sheet member 31, and when the bag 21 is used alone, the slide fastener 30 is closed. Even if it is forgotten, the stored item 42 stored in the pocket does not fall (see FIG. 2).

  Next, one side portion 30 a of the slide fastener 30 is attached to the upper end portion 29 a of the lower sheet material 29. Then, the other side portion 30b of the slide fastener 30 is attached to the upper portion 33a of the fastener hidden portion 33 (see FIG. 3A). By sewing in this way, the slide fastener 30 is hidden behind the fastener concealed portion 33 and is not exposed, so that the fabric of the outerwear or pants is not damaged (see FIG. 4).

  Further, the front end 30c and the rear end 30d of the slide fastener 30 are reinforced by presser sewing to prevent the slider 34 from coming off (see FIG. 3B).

  Note that the length of the slide fastener 30 needs to be slightly longer than the width of the handle 7 of the carry bag 6. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the slide fastener 30 is opened, and the handle 7 of the carry bag 6 is inserted through the slide fastener 30 so as to protrude above the pocket 36.

  On the other hand, a hook-and-loop fastener 35 is attached to the body 24 of the bag 21 (see FIG. 3C). The hook-and-loop fastener 35 is attached to a position corresponding to the hook-and-loop fastener 32 of the upper sheet material 28. In this manner, the hook-and-loop fastener 35 and the hook-and-loop fastener 32 are attached to the corresponding positions, whereby the entrance of the pocket 36 is locked to the trunk portion 24, and the opening and closing of the pocket 36 can be freely opened and closed (see FIG. 3 (d)).

  The pocket sheet member 31 has both end portions 31 a and 31 a and a lower end portion 31 b attached to both end portions 24 a and 24 a and a lower end portion 24 b of the body portion 24 of the bag 21. In this case, the slide fastener 38 is formed long so as to correspond to the wide width of the handle 7 of the carry bag 6.

  FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the bag including the pocket structure 25. For example, the briefcase 41 has a pocket structure 25, and an arch-shaped handle 40 is provided on the upper portion thereof.

Since the pocket structure 25 of the bag configured as described above opens the slide fastener 30 and inserts the handle 7 of the carry bag 6 from there and protrudes to the upper part of the pocket 39, the bag 21 is held. This is convenient when moving (see FIG. 1).
When the bag 21 is used alone, the slide fastener 30 can be closed and used as the pocket 39 (see FIG. 2). In this case, since the slide fastener 30 is positioned above the middle of the pocket sheet member 31, the stored item 42 in the pocket 39 does not drop even if the slide fastener 30 is mistakenly closed.

  The pocket structure 25 of the bag of the present invention is not limited to the bag 21 shown in the embodiment. For example, various types of bags such as a shoulder bag, a business bag, a Boston bag, a handbag, a soft attache, an attache case, a rucksack, a knapsack, etc. It can be provided in different types of bags.
