この時、この回動部材10には、前記回動基板1が有する3本の線条の穴3の各々が、前記回動体4が有する3本の線条の穴6の各々と一対一に交差することで、3個の前記保持部材9が各々挿通可能な3個の穴21が出現する。
なお、これら出現する3個の穴21の位置は、前記回動基板1に対する前記回動体4の位置をピン13を中心軸にして左右に回転させることで、回動部材10の板端付近から中心付近の間で連続的に変化する。
前記回動基板1は、該回動基板1に前記回動体4が回動自在に軸着された時に外側になる面(裏面)に、ゴム15が貼り付けられている。ここで、該ゴム15は、回動基板1に形成されている線条の穴3を塞ぐことがないように貼り付けられている。このゴム15は、瓶や缶等に取り付けられた蓋の上面に接触した時、滑りにくい
