Abstract
【解決手段】電池モジュールは、間隔をおいて配列される複数の単位電池、及び前記複数の単位電池の間に設けられる隔壁を含む。前記隔壁は間隔をおいて配列されながら、空気流れ部を形成する複数の突起、及び前記隔壁の一方向に沿って形成されるチャンネルを有する強度強化部を含んで成る。

Claims (13)
- 間隔をおいて配列される複数の単位電池と、
前記複数の単位電池の間に設けられる隔壁とを含み、
前記隔壁は、
間隔をおいて配列されながら、空気流れ部を形成する複数の突起と、
前記隔壁の一方向に沿って形成されるチャンネルを有する強度強化部とを含んで成る電池モジュール。 - 前記強度強化部が前記隔壁の対向する両側辺部に配置され、前記複数の突起がこの強度強化部の間に配置される、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記突起は一定の間隔をおいて形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁の全領域における前記強度強化部が形成される領域の比率が10〜30%である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突起は前記隔壁に対して同一方向に突き出されて形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突起は円すい台形状である、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記チャンネルが前記隔壁の前面及び後面に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記強度強化部は、前記隔壁が有する板材に任意の間隔をおいて突き出される複数のリブを含み、前記チャンネルはこの複数のリブの間に形成される空間からなる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブは前記突起と同一方向に突き出されて形成される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記リブの幅は前記突起の最大直径と同一である、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は一対が備えられて、各々の強度強化部同士と突起同士とがそれぞれ対向するように配置される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記一対の隔壁が溶接によって固定結合される、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記隔壁は、前記電池モジュールの側端から中央へ行くほど前記強度強化部が形成された領域が次第に減るように形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
