Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a film-forming composition for cosmetics that is excellent in water resistance and oil resistance, can form a transparent and flexible film, and a cosmetic compounded with the film-forming composition is secondary It is excellent in anti-adhesion effect and makeup persistence, and can form a non-sticky light stretch and flexible makeup film.
Conventionally, it has been studied to add water resistance and oil resistance to a cosmetic film by adding a resin to the cosmetic, and to strengthen the cosmetic film to improve the cosmetic durability. In particular, in a water-in-oil type emulsified composition, a silicone resin is often used in order to obtain a film having little stickiness and excellent water and oil repellency and having a good makeup. On the other hand, as a technique for improving the stability of a water-in-oil emulsion composition, a technique for blending a surfactant with a lipophilic silicone surfactant having good compatibility with silicone oil has been proposed. For example, a technique for obtaining a stable water-in-oil emulsion composition in which a silicone oil and water are blended using a polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone (for example, Patent Document 1), or a polyoxyalkylene-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane is used. A technique for obtaining a water-in-oil emulsion composition having excellent temporal stability at high and low temperatures (for example, Patent Document 2) has been proposed.
However, the technique using polyoxyalkylene-modified silicone or polyoxyalkylene-alkyl co-modified organopolysiloxane is a film that remains after volatilization of the volatile components simply by blending in a water-in-oil emulsion composition containing a silicone resin. Since the film was not sufficiently formed and was sticky, it was difficult to obtain a product that satisfied the makeup-holding effect, feel in use, and usability and was sufficiently stable over time.
For this reason, it has water resistance and oil resistance, development of a film-forming composition for cosmetics capable of forming a transparent and flexible film, and further excellent secondary adhesion preventing effect, and good cosmetic durability. There has been a demand for the development of a cosmetic that can provide a flexible cosmetic film that is lightly stretched on the skin, has no stickiness, and does not feel sticky.
As a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have found that a film formed from a film-forming composition for cosmetics containing a specific silicone resin, a specific polyhydric alcohol-modified silicone, and a volatile oil has water resistance and oil resistance. In addition, it is transparent and flexible, and by blending this film-forming composition into cosmetics, it has a secondary adhesion prevention effect and makeup sustainability, and has a light stretch and flexibility without stickiness. It was found that a cosmetic material that can be formed and was excellent in stability with time was obtained, and the present invention was completed.
In particular, when the cosmetic is a water-in-oil cosmetic, it has an excellent feeling of use that is light, fresh and non-sticky, and has excellent secondary adhesion prevention effects and excellent flexibility. The present invention was completed by finding that a decorative film was formed.

As shown in Table 1, Examples 1-4 which are the film-forming compositions for cosmetics of the present invention are all transparent, and the formed film has an appearance, no stickiness of the film, water resistance of the film and It was excellent in terms of oil resistance and film flexibility.
On the other hand, all of the comparative examples resulted in inferior to the examples, and in particular, Comparative Examples 1 to 3 using other silicone surfactants instead of the polyhydric alcohol-modified silicone of component (B), specifically PEG. In Comparative Example 1 in which -9 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone was blended, the sample spread on the glass plate at the time of film formation, the film became cloudy, sticky, and the water resistance and oil resistance of the film were inferior. In Comparative Example 2 in which the polyoxyethylene / methylpolysiloxane copolymer was blended, the film was transparent, but the film was sticky and the water resistance and oil resistance of the film were inferior. Comparative Example 3 in which methylpolysiloxane / cetylmethylpolysiloxane / poly (oxyethylene / oxypropylene) methylpolysiloxane copolymer was blended was particularly inferior in appearance, non-stickiness, water resistance and oil resistance of the film. . In Comparative Example 4 in which the polyhydric alcohol-modified silicone of component (B) was not blended, the film gradually cracked, and when touched, it collapsed into powder, and in terms of transparency, stickiness, water resistance and oil resistance, Although good evaluation was given, it was inferior as a decorative film.
In addition, as a result of evaluating the non-stickiness of the film by measurement with a texture analyzer with respect to Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, the result is less force in the order of Example 1, Comparative Example 1 and Comparative Example 2. , Consistent with sensory test results. However, in the sensory test, both of the comparative examples had an evaluation of x (which was also sticky to the touch or the film was broken). It was consistent with the result of the measurement by the analyzer.

About the feeling of use (lightness of stretch, no stickiness), the flexibility of the makeup film of C, and the durability of the makeup (no secondary adhesion), each sample is tested by 20 specialist panels, Each panel member gave a rating based on the following absolute evaluation and assigned a score. The average value was calculated from the total score of all the panel members for each sample, and the determination was made according to the following four-step criteria. In addition, about the flexibility of the makeup film of C, each sample is applied to the lips, the degree of lack of lip tension after 10 minutes, and about the durability of the makeup (no secondary adhesion), Each sample was applied to the lips, and after 10 minutes, the tissue paper was applied to the lips to evaluate the degree of transfer to the tissue paper.
