In this way, when the elevator is in a door-closed state, it is necessary to cope with a case where a passenger who has escaped from the elevator car (hereinafter referred to as “the car”) becomes trapped. However, the above Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3 do not disclose the correspondence to such a situation in any document.

FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the elevator control device 30. In FIG. 3, the same components as those in FIG. 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals.
The elevator control device 30 stores a central processing unit (hereinafter referred to as CPU) 3001 as control means for performing various arithmetic processes, a pulse count unit 3004 for counting the pulse output of the pulse encoder 2, and a control program for the CPU. ROM 3005, two-port RAM 3003 for exchanging data with transmission interface 31, RAM 3002 for storing CPU calculation data, etc., and PWM unit for outputting a PWM command for controlling raising / lowering of car 8 according to the CPU calculation result 3006.

Next, operation | movement of the elevator control apparatus 30 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated.
When a call registration occurs from the car call registration device 82 or the hall call registration device 10, this is read into the 2-port RAM 3003 via the transmission interface 12 via the transmission line 12. In response to this call registration signal, the CPU 3001 reads a predetermined speed pattern (speed command) from the ROM 3005.
The pulse count unit 3004 counts the pulse output of the pulse encoder 2 that rotates in synchronization with the rotation of the motor 1, and the CPU 3001 determines the position of the car and the rotation speed of the motor 1 based on the count value of the pulse count unit 3004. And the rotational speed of the motor 1 at each position point is controlled so as to follow the speed pattern.
The program for this operation is stored in the ROM 3005.
The PWM unit 3006 outputs a PWM command corresponding to the speed pattern command value, and the gate signal generation circuit 4 outputs a gate signal according to the PWM command.
Note that the program for this operation is also stored in the ROM 3005.
The power circuit 6 supplies a power output to the motor 1 while switching according to the gate signal.
In this way, the car moves up and down by controlling the rotation speed of the motor 1.

Next, the main part in Embodiment 1 is demonstrated based on FIG.1 and FIG.4.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram for each S / W function of the elevator control device 30, and FIG. 4 is a flowchart for realizing the S / W function block of FIG. 1, and this program is stored in the ROM 3005.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 301 denotes a car load detection unit that detects a car load based on a scale signal WH from the scale device 81. Reference numeral 302 denotes in-car image detecting means for detecting passengers in the car from camera images from a camera (not shown) attached to the car. 303 is an elevator operation mode detection means, and detects that the elevator has shifted to the door closing standby state without any direction.
304 is not able to get off from the inside of the car for reasons such as being delayed from the inside of the car based on the detection signals from the in-car load detecting means 301 or the in-car image detecting means 302 and the elevator operation mode detecting means 303. A pseudo confinement passenger detection means for detecting a pseudo confinement passenger remaining in the car, 306 is an announcement for prompting the passenger to perform an operation for getting off the vehicle based on the announcement ringing command from the pseudo confinement customer detection means 304 It is an announcement issuing means for reporting. 305 is a door opening / closing control means for outputting a door opening / closing command for opening the car door in response to a door opening request signal from the pseudo confinement customer detecting means 304, the announcement issuing means 306 and the car door control device (not shown). is there.

Next, the operation of the CPU in the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 4, in step 41, it is determined whether or not the elevator rest state has elapsed for a predetermined time (60 seconds in this example). Here, the elevator resting state is a state in which the elevator is in a non-directional state and is in a door-closed standby state, or when a disaster occurs, the elevator is landed on the evacuation floor or the nearest floor and a rescue operation is performed, and then the safety operation is performed. Therefore, the elevator cannot be used any more by placing the elevator in a closed door state.
If it is before progress of the predetermined time of an elevator rest state, it will progress to step 48 and will continue normal driving | operation operation | movement.
If the predetermined time has elapsed, the process proceeds to step 42 to determine whether there is a passenger in the car. For example, it is determined whether the predetermined value of the scale detection value is 30 kg or more. Here, the determination of the presence / absence of passengers in the car is made based on the scale detection value, but a camera may be installed in the car and the presence / absence determination of passengers based on the in-car image or a combination thereof.
If the scale detection value is less than the predetermined value, the suspension state is continued in step 49 as no passenger in the car. If the specified value is exceeded, it is assumed that there are passengers in the car, and an announcement is issued to prompt the passengers to get off the vehicle. Please press the door open button. If the light is off, turn it on.
In step 45, it is determined whether or not the door open button has been pressed, and if it has been pressed, the process proceeds to step 46, and the door is opened, and in step 47, "please get off when the door opens" is announced.
If the door open button has not been pressed, it is determined in step 50 whether a predetermined time (for example, 60 seconds) has elapsed, and if not, step 45 is repeated.
If the predetermined time has elapsed, it is determined that the passenger in the car cannot perform the operation for getting off the vehicle, and the door is opened in step 51, and “boo Xn” is announced in step 52.
The step 52 is not an announcement for prompting the passenger to perform an operation for getting off, but is for notifying the surrounding residents and the like that there is a possibility that the passenger in the car may not move.

As described above, since the announcement is issued to prompt passengers who are late to get out of the car to get out of the car, the elevator can be used in the rescue operation when a disaster occurs. Even if the passenger is late to escape from the car after landing on the floor, there is an effect of avoiding a pseudo confinement state.
In addition, even if passengers in the car become unable to get out of the car for some reason, it is configured to forcibly open the door and notify the surrounding residents, etc., as the predetermined conditions are met, This improves safety and prevents long-term rides such as suspicious persons, children, and elderly people.
