Abstract
【解決手段】 円盤状に形成された2枚のディスク基盤A,Bの間には、UV硬化性接着剤Cが充填され、重合状態にされて基盤保持手段11によって吸着される。基盤保持手段11は重合状態になされた前記2枚のディスク基盤A,Bを回転させるスピン工程を実行すると共に、一方のディスク基盤Aの上面に配置されたUV光照射手段21によりUV光の照射を受ける。前記UV光照射手段21には、UV光を発する光源22とシャッター23が具備され、シャッター23の調整により前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる領域毎の接着剤に対してUV光が照射される。これにより、領域毎の前記接着剤を選択的に硬化させる工程が複数回に分けて実行される。

Claims (15)
- 円盤状に形成された2枚のディスク基盤の回転中心を一致させて、当該ディスク基盤間に充填された光硬化性接着剤を硬化させることで中間層を形成する情報記録または再生用の光ディスクを製造する製造方法であって、
前記光硬化性接着剤を介して重合状態になされた前記2枚のディスク基盤を回転させるスピン工程を実行すると共に、前記一方のディスク基盤を介して予め定められた領域毎の前記接着剤に対して接着剤硬化用の光を照射することで、領域毎の前記接着剤を選択的に硬化させる工程を複数回に分けて実行することを特徴とする光ディスクの製造方法。 - 前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる領域毎の接着剤に対して前記光を照射することで、前記接着剤を選択的に硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤を硬化させる光を遮るシャッター機構を用い、前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる領域毎の接着剤に対して前記光を照射することを特徴とする請求項2に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる複数の領域のうち、最も内周の領域に充填されている前記接着剤に対して最初に前記光を照射する工程を実行することを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる複数の領域のうち、最も内周の領域から外周の領域に向かって、それぞれの領域毎の接着剤に対して順次前記光を照射する工程を実行することを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる複数の領域毎の接着剤に対して照射される光の照度が異なるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記ディスク基盤における同心円で分けられる複数の領域毎の接着剤に対する光の照射時間が異なるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記接着剤として、紫外線を受けて硬化する紫外線硬化型樹脂を用いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記スピン工程は、ディスク基盤における複数の領域毎の接着剤に対して前記光を照射する各工程前に実行することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記各スピン工程における前記ディスク基盤の回転速度が、異なるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記各スピン工程における前記ディスク基盤の回転駆動時間が、異なるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載された光ディスクの製造方法。
- 円盤状に形成された2枚のディスク基盤の回転中心を一致させて、当該ディスク基盤間に充填された光硬化性接着剤を硬化させることで中間層を形成する情報記録または再生用の光ディスクを製造する装置であって、
前記光硬化性接着剤を介して重合状態になされた前記2枚のディスク基盤を回転可能に保持する基盤保持手段と、
予め定められたディスク基盤の領域に対応した前記接着剤に対して選択的に接着剤硬化用の光を照射する光照射手段と、
予め定められたプログラムにしたがって、前記基盤保持手段に対して回転駆動動作を実行させる指令と、前記光照射手段に対して前記ディスク基盤の各領域に対応する前記接着剤に選択的に接着剤硬化用の光を照射させる指令を出力する制御手段と、
を具備したことを特徴とする光ディスクの製造装置。 - 前記光照射手段には、接着剤硬化用の光を発する光源と、当該光源と前記ディスク基盤との間に配置されたシャッター機構が具備され、前記シャッター機構は前記制御手段からの指令により前記光源から前記接着剤に至る光を選択的に遮るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載された光ディスクの製造装置。
- 前記光照射手段には、接着剤硬化用の光を発する多数の光源が具備され、前記各光源は、前記制御手段からの指令により選択的に点灯されることで、予め定められたディスク基盤の領域に対応した前記接着剤に対して選択的に前記光を照射させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載された光ディスクの製造装置。
- 前記光照射手段を構成する多数の光源が、紫外線発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載された光ディスクの製造装置。
