(Sheet cosmetic)
The sheet-like cosmetic of the present invention is obtained by attaching an emulsified composition to a sheet-like base material, and further having other layers as necessary.
The emulsified composition contains silicone, a silicone derivative having a solubility parameter with a difference in solubility parameter of 1 or less, and a swellable clay mineral. In addition to the silicone, the silicone derivative, and the swellable clay mineral, And water-insoluble powder, and further contains other components as required.
-Silicone and silicone derivatives-
The silicone used in the present invention is not particularly limited and may be appropriately selected depending on the intended purpose. Examples thereof include dimethyl silicone oil such as methylpolysiloxane (SH-200 series manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd. as a commercial product). , Shin-Etsu Silicone KF series), Cyclic silicone oils such as octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (commercially available SH series made by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Shin-Etsu Silicone KF) Series), methylphenyl silicone oils such as methylphenylpolysiloxane (SH series manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd.). Among these, dimethyl silicone oil having a viscosity at 25 ° C. of 1 to 1000 mm 2 / s is preferable. If the viscosity is less than 1 mm 2 / s, the silicone oil may not be slippery and may cause skin irritation. If the viscosity is higher than 1000 mm 2 / s, stickiness may be felt. is there.
The silicone derivative is not particularly limited as long as the difference in solubility parameter from the various silicones is 1 or less. For example, a polyoxyethylene / methylpolysiloxane copolymer (as a commercial product) SH series made by Toray Dow Corning Silicone, KF series made by Shin-Etsu Silicone), polyether-modified silicones such as dimethylsiloxane, methyl (polyoxyethylene) siloxane, methyl (polyoxypropylene) siloxane copolymer, etc. . Among these, a polyoxyethylene / methylpolysiloxane copolymer is particularly preferable in that the swelling property of the swellable viscosity mineral in any of the silicones can be enhanced.
As a preferable combination of the silicone and the silicone derivative, a difference in solubility parameter with polyether-modified silicone-dimethylsilicone oil is 1 or less, and a difference in solubility parameter with polyether-modified silicone-cyclic silicone oil is 1 or less. It is desirable that the difference in solubility parameter between the polyether-modified silicone-methylphenyl silicone oil is 1 or less. When a silicone derivative having a solubility parameter difference exceeding 1 is used, adjusting the emulsion composition using a dispersion mixed with the swellable clay mineral makes the dispersion of the swellable clay mineral unfavorable. .
In addition, an emulsion composition using a dispersion obtained by mixing the silicone and the swellable clay mineral without using the silicone derivative having the above characteristics is not preferable because aggregation of the clay mineral cannot be reliably prevented yet.
As a compounding quantity of the said silicone, 0.01-30 mass% is preferable with respect to the emulsion composition whole quantity, and 0.1-10 mass% is more preferable. When the blending amount of the silicone is less than 0.01% by mass, the feel of silicone may not be obtained and the usability may be deteriorated. When the blending amount exceeds 30% by mass, problems such as stickiness may occur. This is not preferable.
As a compounding quantity of the said silicone derivative, 0.01-20 mass% is preferable with respect to the emulsion composition whole quantity, and 0.01-5 mass% is more preferable. When the blending amount of the silicone derivative having the above characteristics is less than 0.1% by mass, stability over time may not be secured, and when it exceeds 20% by mass, it may adversely affect the feeling of use such as stickiness. In the sheet-like cosmetic of the present invention, the sheet-like base material is impregnated or coated with an emulsion composition containing silicone, a silicone derivative, a swellable clay mineral, a water-insoluble powder, and other components as necessary. It is made to adhere by.
In this case, the method for impregnating or applying the emulsified composition to the sheet-like substrate is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately selected from known ones according to the purpose. For example, a spray or an air gun is used. It can be prepared by carrying it on a sheet-like substrate by a method such as spraying used or coating using a slit type nozzle or bar coater.
The impregnation ratio of the emulsion composition is preferably 50 to 400 parts by mass, particularly preferably 150 to 350 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the sheet-like substrate.
If the impregnation ratio is less than 50 parts by mass, it may be difficult to transfer a sufficient amount of the impregnation component to the skin. On the other hand, if it exceeds 400 parts by mass, the usability is reduced due to liquid dripping from the sheet-like substrate. It may be damaged.

From the results of Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 shown in Tables 2 to 5, when producing an emulsion composition containing silicone and a swellable clay mineral, the solubility parameters of silicone and the silicone were previously determined. A silicone derivative having a difference of 1 or less and a swellable clay mineral are mixed to prepare a dispersion in which the swellable clay mineral is dispersed in silicone, and the dispersion and other components are mixed and dispersed to emulsify. By adjusting the composition and impregnating with this emulsified composition, it not only cleans the skin, gives a refreshing feeling, suppresses the smell of sweat, but also makes the skin not whiten and comfortable without leaving a sticky feeling It has been found that it is possible to provide a sheet-like cosmetic material that can provide a smooth feeling. In addition, since this emulsion composition does not show separation of oil such as silicone in the upper layer portion and the clay mineral can be uniformly dispersed, aggregation of the swellable clay mineral can be surely prevented, and stability over time can be improved. It turned out to be excellent.
Furthermore, according to Examples 3 to 8, it was found that the water-insoluble powder having a water absorption amount of 1 ml / g or more was further improved to improve the smooth feeling after wiping.
On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 is a case where an emulsified composition was prepared without containing silicone, Comparative Example 2 was a case where an emulsified composition was prepared without containing a silicone derivative, and Comparative Example 3 was Since the difference in SP value between the silicone and the silicone derivative is more than 1, the skin is not whitened, but the sticky feeling remains and the sheet-like cosmetic is inferior to the dry feeling. In addition, it was found that an oily component such as silicone was separated in the upper layer part, the clay mineral was aggregated, and the emulsion composition was inferior in stability over time.
Claims (5)
